930 am appointment for oil change for a vehicle we bought there months prior. 11 am get told they had to order the oil filter and it would be there by 1..Drove 45min with my kids to get oil changed and hang in Doylestown for a bit but by the time a simple oil change was done we had to head back home for other plans.It was free for our first oil change, but after seeing how much it would have cost we will never go back... Wait for it...$189.79 would have been price for 6 quarts oil, filter, labor... Same thing in store is $40 total... $150 in labor!? Do they use gold plated tools or detail vehicle? Nah.

This place price gouges the customer and calls it "market adjustment" to the tune of 120% more than MSRP. If I could give negative stars I would. Epitome of scummy dealer practice.
