After having my car serviced at Fred Beans Jeep for new brakes and a water pump replacement, my car was returned to me with minor front end damage. After speaking to GM Jeffrey Reed, he took accountability and offered to make the repair. I am happy that we were able to get this issue resolved. I have always been happy with the service provided by the Fred Beans family of dealerships for my daily and collectible Chevrolet and Jeep vehicles.This is a great example of how a dealership provides outstanding customer service!

Bob Mitchell was not only extremely helpful throughout the purchase of our new Dodge Ram but equally as knowledgeable on everything about the vehicle and beyond. We never felt pressured but rather appreciative of his guidance and professionalism. He even called us twice after the purchase ( something new to us) to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any other questions. We would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking to purchase a new Dodge/Chrysler product.

The sales experience with Sid Shore was amazing but I m always concerned with how the service will be. This is the place for great service! Making appointments is easy, and they actually keep your appointment (I ve had issues with other dealers). Also they communicate better than any dealer service department I ve ever experienced. Fred Beans CDJR is simply the best all around dealership hands down!

Leased a Jeep Renegade Upland on 1/30/24. Dealer was extremely pleasant to deal with. Met my budget expectations, and were super accommodating. Salesman-Sid Shore was great, a pleasure to deal with and very helpful/knowledgable. Had very positive experience at Fred Beans Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Was worth the 1.5 hour drive to their location. Would not hesitate to obtain another vehicle from them again! Highly recommend this dealership!!

Wonderful experience buying a 2022 Wagoneer! Max was a great help was great help and the service manager Jake was awesome. We don't normally enjoy going to dealerships and dealing with salesman but the staff at this one was amazing. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

My car was towed in last Wednesday. Friday, 9 days later. The day after they received my car they told me it would take 3 hours of work to determine what the problem was. Through this conversation it was discovered there was an issue with my warranty that they said was on them and they were communicating with the warranty company to resolve it. I was told I would get a call back by Monday but I should not move forward with the work until it was resolved. Since Monday I have called every day and left voicemails on multiple parties phones. I have not received a call back or any information.

This was our first and NOT our last experience shopping with Fred Beans, we leased a Jeep and had one of, if not THE BEST experience working with Sid Shore! We are happy and enjoyed the process, we were educated and supported in our decisions. Sid went above and beyond. If you are looking then shop Fred Beans!

After getting a flat tire on my bicycle I stopped in to see if I could leave it in there building as I was in route to work. I couldn't move it, and was far from home and work. The woman behind the desk advised me I could leave it in a service bay. I was saved from having to walk 3 miles at a snails pace because of her kind hospitality... Thank you

I purchased my Pacifica from Fred Beans Doylestown Chrysler. Zach and Anthony were great. Very knowledgable about the vehicle and helped me with different options for purchase. My trade also came in a better price than I expected. I was very happy with the service I received. The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Nice folks. Highly recommended!!

I make a point to always schedule my service appoints at Fred Beans Ram with service associate Mike Huber. Mike is thorough and knowledgeable and the process is always smooth with him. He takes the time to go over the work preformed to ensure all my requests have been addressed. All of my service appointments at Fred Beans Ram to date have been a positive experience and I would surely recommend them to others.

Amazing experience with Sidney and Ryan at Fred Beans. Sidney was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The financial manager Ryan was so friendly and personable. My sister and I had a lot of good laughs and connections during our experience at Fred Beans. We would highly recommend to anyone in the area that would appreciate respectful customer service without the unwanted pressure.

This dealership goes the extra mile to ensure a great vehicle at a fair price. We visited other dealerships with thousands of dollars in hidden fees, but that didn t happen here. We worked with Sid who was incredible. This was the best used car dealership purchase we ve ever had!

Went here to check out a used car for my son that i saw online. Been doing business with FB Chevy for years (i have walked in on 2 or 3 occasions and purchased a vehicle as i know exactly what i am looking for). My guy that I generally deal with was away so went in this location hoping to get some info. The guy that helped me was very unknowledgeable and when I asked a price on the SUV the salesman went to ask the manager ... who wouldn't give me one... said I had to test drive the vehicle first. Really? Wow. Walked out and no one even tried to stop me. This would have been my 6th or 7th cash purchase from FB. Got hold of my regular salesman and told him what happened... he was great as usual and plan to purchase from him. Going forward will only deal with him... not sure what I will do when he retires fully.

Great Service! Phil, Bob and Company let me review the on lot inventory and then the options on them. I picked the Gladiator Rubicon with the 5speed transfer case and ADAS equipment. I was completely satisfied on all aspects of the purchase. They also got a great deal on the interest rate too.

Over the phone you told me it takes 2 hours but I was done within 40 minutes. Amazing! This is in addition for you being honest and giving me the best deal for my budget and needs

I had been looking for the Overland for quite awhile. When I contacted Fred Beans I was answered by Andrew. I set up an appt. to see the vehicle. I never felt pressured, and I was offered extra packages for the existing warranty. Everyone there was very friendly, even asking about our dog. (sticker on my old jeep) I felt very comfortable through the whole purchase.

Impressed by the service department. Went in for warranty work. It was completed in a timely manner. While my Jeep was in, the service manager noticed my inspection sticker was coming up in 2 months, and asked if I wanted it done since the vehicle was in. I was impressed because they could have made me come back, but saved me another trip. The waiting area/dealership is super clean too! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this dealer!!! Long story short had a awful experience with Hudson jeep in jersey " lucky me" witch led me to Fred beans jeep and I had the pleasure to deal with Ryan he was nothing short of amazing " should be a manager " answered all my questions " got me numbers I was happy with " and made me feel comfortable while waiting. I had a great experience purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the help of sales associate Nick Spano. He did a great job of creating a relaxed buying environment. The car was fairly priced and they offered me well above the KBB value (and more than other dealers had offered) on a trade in for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They owed me slush floor mats for the car which were back ordered. I had them 3 days later because Nick personally drove to another dealership to buy them and then met me halfway to deliver on his day off since I live 45 minutes from the lot!

I was really upset after I drove an hour to the Fred beans ford in langhorne to be disappointed because the car I had called about and made a point to come see that day was driving off of the lot as I pulled in I really liked the car and thought there was no way I was finding something better that was until I caught wind that exactly what I was looking for was traded in earlier that week so I gave Fred beans dodge a call and thats where Ryan Archibald sprung into action I explained the situation and told him that I knew exactly what I was looking for was traded in earlier in the week and he explained that they didn t want to sell that car because of some things done to it and after talking on the phone and doing a lot of convincing he got me the ok to buy it from that moment I knew he was the salesman that I wanted to deal with immediately he was 100% transparent and I appreciated it so much as I have never made that big of a purchase before he walked me through it and when I made it to the dealership he was just as excited as I was for the car he is definitely getting my business again in the future it felt like a dream come true when the keys were put in my hand for the test drive I knew from that point that the car was leaving with me and he came with and I could see his smile in the rear view as I was loving everything about the car and he matched my excitement thank you again ryan archibald for making this dream a reality

To anyone who is in the market for a car: bypass the other dealerships and just come here. I've been to a good handful of dealerships in the area and not one compared to Fred Beans. You feel the difference the moment you walk into the spotless new showroom. Our salesperson was welcoming, relaxed, and answered every question we had without applying pressure for us to make a purchase. Every step of the process was transparent and clearly explained. And the customer care they provide after you've made your purchase is unlike anything I've seen before. I honestly didn't know making a monumental potentially-stressful decision like buying a new car could be this positive! We felt like we were in good hands from start to finish, and I will only be purchasing future vehicles here!
