I trust Epoch Automotive with my 2013 Honda Accord; Johnathan and his crew are truly knowledgeable and they are willing and technologically able to keep all of my car s systems purring. On this visit, it was for State Inspection. My car was seen on-time as scheduled and was completed after a thorough review and a clean bill of health. The price was reasonable and service and courtesy were beyond excellent. And the Shop Dog, Lucky is pretty cute, too.

I loved my experience. All of the people are nice it s almost as if they know you. The atmosphere is great almost makes you want to work there soon as you walk in. Very thorough and detailed check of my vehicle. Would recommend this shop over any other!

Epoch automotive, it's owner, and staff take this industry seriously and breakdown all of the age old stereotypes that have plagued the industry for many decades. They are knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and efficient. They got my families vehicle back on the road quickly and treated us, as new customers, like family. Thanks!

2020 Subaru Outback battery kept draining. Car would sit for a couple of days and need a jump. Very untrustworthy car. Happened for over a year. Took to two different Subaru dealers, where it remained for 2-4 days at each. They couldn t find problem. Took it to Epoch and , a couple of days later, problem solved!!! Bad GPS unit draining battery. Replaced it and we let car sit for a week and it started right up! So grateful to Epoch for resolving this!

This is a great place , they were informative, professional and had a great sense of humor, also another added bonus they had a Christmas tree decorated with matchbox Cars and candy canes that my kids were able to pick out one and take It home. I will definitely recommend this shop and will be back for future service. Thank you !

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were friendly, honest and just real Car Guys. Walking in the shop, you can tell that they love cars and consider customer trust an overriding objective.While I didn't need the (expensive!) work that was recommended by the dealer, I will definitely go back to this shop when I need any type of service. They were courteous and engaged with me and my car, taking time to show me the the non-issue and explained what I should look for in the future.In addition to the diagnosis, they looked over my entire car for any other issues, topped off fluids and advised on a future service. And last but not least, they used a paper floor mat before getting into the car and washed hands before driving it in and out of the bay. This was in stark contrast to the tire dealer I visited in the morning who left the steering wheel, floor mat and gear shifter covered in black grease.Thank you for making my day!Service: Tire rotations

I scheduled an inspection with Epoch and had to move my appointment. They were very accommodating with my last minute change and got me in as soon as possible. I waited with my car during the inspection and was back on the road faster than ever before! They have a great email interface where you can see everything they checked on the vehicle and what recommendations they make for maintenance. I m very excited to have a shop I trust being new to the area and one that I ll be coming back to for all of my vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

With my car running into sudden issues, epoch was willing to take in my Subaru Forester the same day I called them to schedule a consultation which was helpful and convenient. They let me know what exactly was wrong with my car with confidence giving me a sure feeling knowing my car was coming out guaranteed. I really appreciate the service and professionalism. I was nervous trying them out for my first time (and as a female you hear so many horror stories of auto body shops taking advantage) but these guys made me feel totally comfortable as they were honest, explained EVERYTHING, showed me pictures with detailed descriptions of the issue and best of all - they were affordable!
