The service that I received last month from Nick and Owen was incredible!My 11 year Toro zero turn tractor, which I ve always maintained myself, suddenly became immobile in the middle of a mow. At first glimpse, I couldn t tell if it was as simple as the transmission drive belt slipping off the pulleys or something more serious like the hydrostatic transmission drive system. I went over to Eagle where Nick spent a good deal of time listening to me describe the problem and he was pretty certain that it was the transmission drive belt and guided me on what to look for. Upon returning home and getting under the tractor as best I could without a jack, he was right. It was the transmission drive belt. Unfortunately, this belt is very challenging to reinstall even with the right tools including a jack which I didn t have. Although the original belt wasn t broken, I didn t want to take the chance of having it reinstalled for fear that it had stretched and it would slip off the pulleys again. Unfortunately, Eagle didn t have a new belt in stock for my tractor, but I was able to find one at another local dealer. Nick was able to arrange Owen to perform field service at my home (see photo). I texted Nick when I was on my home with the new belt and he then texted Owen who met me at my house to install the new belt. Owen had the new belt installed within a half hour and I was able to finish mowing that same day at a reasonable cost for on site service. You just don t see service like that let alone see it within an hour or so of letting them know about the problem. With that said, it wouldn t be fair to expect Eagle, or any business for that matter, to always be able to respond that quickly. It just so happened that they were able to accommodate me. The point is that Nick s main interest was to get me back up and running as soon as possible. If they weren t able to get to me that day (Friday), they would have been able to help me on Monday (the next business day)!I have used Eagle before for helping me with my chainsaw (which I had purchased from Histands) and their service was great!It s refreshing to have Eagle to rely on for consistently great customer service and have them so close to the house. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and will strongly consider purchasing new/replacement equipment from them.

I took my mower in for basic service oil, blades. They broke a part. Took a long time to get the part in. Then charged me for installing a part they broke. What they charge is absolutely absurd. Ridiculously expensive. Horrible customer service. Businesses like this one that treat their hard working customers like this are a huge problem in America right now. I see why the reviews are so bad. They are a rip off and a scam.

As an owner of both a land & snow company in multiple regions it's imperative we partner with the best. We utilize Eagle Power for purchases and service maintenance for our equipment. They are prompt in their communication, service work, and sales. We've been working with them for over a decade and plan to continue using them in the future.

Recently had my lawnmower repaired at Eagle Power Turf & Tractor, they did an excellent job, they researched that my mower was indeed covered by an engine warranty and fought for coverage for the repair. Excellent job on the repair and great customer service. Would highly recommend using their services and I will again if I ever need any lawnmower services in the future.

Called and spoke to Ryan as they are a Boss Snowrator dealer. Ryan said they didn t have the part, but a sister store did. Ryan went out of his way to confirm with the other store that the part was there and we picked it up just in time for a snow event. Thank you Ryan for the awesome customer service, it s hard to find nowadays.

The service department is incredible! Especially Nick, Lauren, and Asher. We are here all the time and the service is always prompt and high quality, we are only here all the time because our team likes coming here so much that they break the equipment just to stop in! Thank you!

The service department was incredible. They walked me through some issues with my chainsaw and weed wacker. Many people would think they were very trivial issues, but they were kind, informative and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Nick (service manager) and Dave (shop foreman/technician) on an on site repair. Eagle Power kept us in the loop on when the parts would be shipped to their facility and they came out immediately next day to make the repairs once the parts where in their possession. Will always be my go to place place the service is outstanding I have had several emergency situations with my mowers and Nick and Owen always get me backup running quickly.I highly recommend this place for equipment and all services the entire staff is great to work with.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Eagle Power Turf and Tractor. They pickup my riding lawn mower and snow blower for servicing. They offer a discount period for pickups that I find convenient. The driver is courteous and on time. On one occasion, he was able to repair the problem without taking it back to the shop. I, also, found the prices reasonable.

I asked 3 area lawn mower repair companies to give me an estimate for replacing the mower belts on my Gravely Zero Turn mower. Only Eagle responded promptly! The others, to this day, have yet to respond to give me an estimate. The Eagle team was courteous, prompt, and very responsive. They had my zero turn fixed in less then a week! (and under the estimated cost!) I recommend them highly. They will be getting all my future business.

Very nice people but the service is really poor. Couple years ago put my log splitter together for me, delivered it and wheel fell off, had to pick it up again and they fixed it this time. Last year had my 48" Gravely lawn mower in for service (they picked up and delivered), first time out wheel fell off, had to pick up...fixed it and delivered....this year my Gravely has been sitting there for a month for normal seasonal service...still don't have it yet....Had to cut my acre with a 22" mower.

This place is horrible. They picked up my husqvarna tractor to service (it wouldn t start) and returned it a week later. It ran for 30 minutes and died. They picked it up the same day and a week later they can t tell me anything other than that the estimate is with Parts. I don t think they should be mentioning estimates to me because I paid $300 for service that was faulty. In the meantime, my grass is about knee high. Find a different place. The only reason I rated them 1 is that there is nothing lower.

Called 4 times before anyone returned my call for service. They took my mower then told us the gas was dirty. They told us the charge would be $500 for a 1 year old mower with 34 hours on it. Seemed very high, not a fan of the service department. Sales department was great but they dont seem to care much about you once your out the door.

Nice people, but they rip you off. It costed $139 to fix a snow blower without any parts, just a cleanup. I had the same service in another store for $50. Not an honest team... cannot recommend.

I had a great experience at Eagle Power Turf & Tractor. I had a good idea of what I wanted and requested information online. Colin was able to help me out. He gave me the information I was looking for and helped me when I went to in. He was good at goving me facts and there was no pressure to buy.The Team there was great at putting me with the equipment that was sized for the jobs that I will be using it for.I will continue to bring them my business!

I have a Gravely lawnmower that I had serviced. We ran into a strange problem with the muffler. The Eagle Service team did a fantastic job in finding the problem and fixing it. The lawnmower now is in great shape! This service is what we all desire now! Great job Eagle Power Turf & Tractor! Keep up the great work!

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Eagle for repair of my walk-behind mower. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the fix was diagnosed and made quickly. Will be a future customer for sure.

In the process of purchasing my 4th Stihl chain saw from this store. The service department is excellent; and extremely knowledgeable; and everyone goes out their way to be both personable and helpful.

Don t try learning a trade here because they re not professional nor are they competent with new employees. They can t except new employees. The women employees are cool. The guys are incompetent and there is theft that goes on the property.

Charged me to fix a tire and all they did was put air in it. When it went flat again, they wanted to charge me again to fix it and claimed it was my fault. Horrible customer service.
