Today was my first time going to Vega Automotive and it was such a great experience! They come highly recommended by everyone in the area and I can see why. I was in and out in 45 minutes for my inspection. I always go in expecting to be told my car needs this and that but not with them and it was very refreshing. I will definitely continue to use them every year and recommend them to anyone else!

I went there to get my car inspected and turn around I needed a rod for the engine. Paid the money the next day coolant started leaking from the engine. Unfortunately I had a mechanic that could travel to where the car was. He took care of the issue, but just like he said it all started with the engine. But it s all good. I will never use there services again. Of course everyone didn t do it. The owner didn t do the work his worker did.

I went here for an issue I had for work that I had done by someone else, and he diagnosed my car within minutes, repaired the problem, and potentially saved my life. I also went back to this business for a brake light installation, and they were able to squeeze me in on such short notice, and as a courtesy. Also reasonably priced, great service, and the energy was welcoming and warm from the door. Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I usually go to the Dealership and have been putting off getting brakes for awhile because it is expensive. I needed to get them done quick and googled places near me and found Vega Automotive. They were able to get me in next day and they were so quick and the price is very reasonable. I love this place and will be doing all my automotive business here from now on.Service: Brakes

Efficient and fair pricing. The front desk was also professional and did research and followup. Especially as a female, I felt very comfortable knowing that I was not being overprice and not feeling I had to shop around. Overall Highly Recommend!

It's been said, its hard to find a good mechanic.. not here! My first visit ~ I came in with my check engine light on needing new spark plugs & ignition coil.. (car was sputtering while pushing gas pedal).. I called to explain my situation and to set up an appointment. Dropped off the car in the morning (before opening hours) .. Andy called me to give me the details of what was needed and price estimate Before any work was started. I gave the green light for the work.. I got the call everything went well & the work was complete, ready for pickup. Orlando greeted me & gave me the detailed run down of costs & his insight of what I should keep an eye on and I was good to go! Extremely professional. Reliable. Trustworthy. & Didn't break my piggy bank ;) Great to know I can tell others about my experience! I called 10 minutes before closing time & Mr Vega was generous enough to take me anyways! He was polite and very quick & efficient. I m from the downingtown area & this is the one place I trust most! Such good, honest, hard workers! I normally don t ever do reviews this is my first time. ( that s saying a lot about this company.) I will continue to send any & everyone to Vega automotive shop! Extremely impressed with the level or professionalism and friendliness of everyone working here. They made everything so easy, from scheduling to an efficient diagnosis. Estimate for work was extremely fair. One I approved of the work they completed it quick so I wouldn t have to be down a car for long. I found my new spot in Downingtown!! Honest, reliable, and trustworthy! I recently had my three vehicles inspected and could not be happier. I used to take my car to the dealership, but that got to be a lot of travel and unnecessary expense. I tried Vega because it is local and I would rather use a small business. After the service and price I received, I do not take my car anywhere else. Orlando was a source of great help. I told him what I was feeling and he suspected the problem. I had a front tire that was shedding the steel belt. I needed quick help and he did not have a tire for me but suggested moving the tire to the back where it would get less activity. Then he did not want to takes a payment because it was a quick job. Recently, my 93 year old aunt decided not to drive anymore, so she asked me to start driving her car. I wasn't sure where I was going to take the car for the inspection, but my son told me he had work done on his car at Vega Automotive, so he made an appointment for me. My aunt kept her 2008 Kia in very good shape! The gentlemen at Vega did an inspection and called before they did any work, which I really appreciated! The air conditioner isn't working but they are able to fix it, soooo I will be making another appointment for that very soon! Mr Vegas and employees are the best they will not cheat if he can t take care of you he sends you to someone who can help! But most of the time he can fix it and within a timely matter.
