Rarely do I write reviews but these guys deserve all the recognition. Had a punctured tire and was losing air quickly. Pulled in randomly and was met by the friendliest staff imaginable. Not only did they fix my tire but didn t ask for anything in return (other than future business). Since then I ve had 2 other tire issues that needed replacement and was more than happy to give them the business. I hope these guys get all the business they can handle as they really know how to treat a customer and be transparent in servicing/pricing. Great experience!!

I've been coming to these guys for a little under 2 years now. and every time I come. I'm always leaving satisfied. they fit me in for any time I need to come in and they're always very sweet to me. they take care of my car and they're always justified in their pricing.

My dad and I have always chose United Tire in Downingtown over every auto service establishment simply because of their transparency and honesty that we ve always experienced in our years going there. Frank and Chris do an exceptional job here and will not bring my car anywhere else.

This is a great place! I have been coming to United Tire of East Caln for a long time. Frank and his team are very good and very fair. I drive over 40 mins to come to this location to bring my 06 Hummer H3 and 08 Toyota Prius (320,000 miles). The waiting area is very clean and they are very accommodating. If you need tires, repairs, or general service this is the place I would suggest. Thank you for all of your help Frank and team!

Couldn't be happier after taking my car to Frank and his guys over at United Tire & Service for my oil change and inspection. Frank is a up front guy who gives it to you straight and honest. He respects the business, and actually cares about his customers. Also they are conveniently located close to my work so I can drop of to them in the morning g and pick up after work. I recommend United to anyone in the area who needs good, quality service. 5 star business all day long.

DO NOT COME HERE. The word swindling doesn't do this place justice. Came in due to my check engine light being on for servicing and asked them to call me after they ran a diagnostic. They did not call me, and proceeded to charge me almost $400 without warning for a failed emissions test, diagnostic + interpretation, and an oil change. Need I mention they called me next day to let me know THEY FORGOT TO DO THE OIL CHANGE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! They will play on ambiguous statements and what they think they can get away with to financially exploit you. The United Tire on Robbins Road has done honest business but this United Tire on Lancaster Ave is completely corrupt.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing

The service here was excellent. Having only dealt with dealerships in the past, the transparency of everything being done on my vehicle and everything that needed to be done was amazing. I was shown what needed to be done before anything was actually done and I was given a breakdown of everything my car needed and might need soon. Blew a tire over holiday weekend. Came in at noon, they were able to replace tires same day and complete an oil change that afternoon. Great service and timely repair!! Chris and Frank are both very knowledgeable and friendly guys. Their team of technicians have road force tested tires and wheels for me and my car has become a much smoother ride! Kudos to the United Tire team!

Chris and Frank may have solved an ongoing mystery issue with my Jeep GC. Though I can t say for sure if the issue has been resolved yet (just got my car back), I still felt compelled to share my experience with their services. After numerous visits and message exchanges with various Jeep dealerships and Jeep team members after reoccurring issues with my vehicle not starting, yet no consistency in how or when it happened, Jeep was unable to replicate the issue and therefore would not assist. I made them aware that there were others online reporting a similar, if not, exact issue that I was having, in hopes they would investigate. No such luck. I walked away frustrated each time and concerned that there may be a deeper rooted issue that is being swept under the rug.After feeling at a loss, and after my extended warranty had officially expired, I took my chances on another place - United. As soon as I explained my issue to Chris and Frank, they both already had some insight to what the problem may be. They listened to me, watched the video I had of the issue occurring, and took my advice about reading the numerous forums showing other people experiencing similar issues. My vehicle stayed with them for a week and of course, the issue did not occur. Instead of releasing my vehicle back and saying they could not help, they continued to investigate the issue on their own - looking online and reaching out out to friends in the industry. They are fairly certain they found the problem and offered a suggested fix. This alone is reason for me to leave them the highest possible rating. Will the issue be solved? Hopefully, but at least they exhausted all other options.I received my car back yesterday with the new part, and I m crossing every limb in hopes that it fixes the issue. Unfortunately, without being able to replicate the issue, it cannot be guaranteed, but to me this was worth taking a chance on. They provided more help than I have received from other parties thus far, and for that I am extremely grateful. They have a great team working there and want to help people because they are genuine, and passionate about what they do. If you want to feel valued as a person, please go see them.Thank you so much!!!!

I shoulda left a 5 star review years ago - Frank, Chris, and the whole crew are great. We ve been using them and always recommend them to people asking for mechanics. They re upfront, honest, and always very nice and take the time to explain what s going on. They re also extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I needed my car inspection and oil change done yesterday. Chris welcomed me, as he always does, when I walked in. We always spend time catching up while my car is being serviced. And I was greeted with a very pleasant surprise by Frank's dog Dexter. He's so adorable and super friendly!! Frank also welcomed me when he came up to the front desk. I like knowing that my car is always in good hands whenever it needs something serviced. Doug did an excellent job and completed the work in a very timely manner. I let Doug know my 12V socket; power outlet wasn't working. Upon inspection he realized the chord wasn't attached and he fixed it for me. Thank you for mailing me coupons throughout the year. It definitely helped saving me a few bucks yesterday, especially since I recently lost my job.If you're looking for a reputable, family friendly company, with knowledgeable mechanics, then United Tire & Service of East Caln is the best! Thank you for all that you do Chris, Frank, Doug & the rest of your crew!!

Been going here for a number of years now. Frank and his team have always taken great care of us and our cars. Chris has always been great with getting us scheduled and repairs completed on time and Doug has always been able to resolve whatever issues we have brought them. I trust them 100% and recommend them with zero reservation.

I have been taking my cars here for many years. I stumbled upon this place in a snow storm and have been using them ever since.. The staff has always been honest, polite and professional. I know nothing about cars but I trust the staff at United Tires to help me make the best decisions for the safetyand upkeep of my vehicle. Prior to a new vehicle purchase I frequently needed service to keep an older car on the road. Frank and his team always gave honest assessments of work needed at a fair price, whereas my previous mechanic was trying to have me do services that were not necessary. I trusted him and his team so much that he even helped me by answering questions prior to my purchase decision for a new car. If you are in search of a new mechanic with high integrity I would 100% consider going here!

I m beyond happy with the services provided here. The shop was clean and all employees were very polite and professional. The work being done was thoroughly explained along with cost so there was no confusion. I love that they take pictures for visual reference during the inspection. This definitely helps if you aren t the most well versed in car parts and lingo! Frank and Paul were more than helpful with setting up any service needed. Their scheduling was flexible and the pretty much worked around my schedule. The technicians are very knowledgeable, they replaced a clutch on my 2012 Audi which is not an easy task. I take my car here for every single service and my car is running fantastic, at almost 100,000 miles and still running strong. This shop is highly recommended and whenever anyone needs recommendations on service this is the first place that comes to mind.

Frank and his team are phenomenal. I am new to the area and was driving back to my old area to meet my mechanic when necessary. They did a wonderful job, were very informative, and fit me in quickly compared to other places I ve dealt with. Top notch team with great prices. Safe to say I ve found my new mechanic - I can rest easy taking my vehicle here!

I ve been coming to this shop for over a decade, before Frank took over and have never been disappointed. Very upfront and honest about everything going on with your car. They ll tell you what you NEED and what you SHOULD take care of. I only work in the area once a week (I live an hour and a half away) and still only come here for my automotive needs because I know I can trust these guys.Super friendly, and plenty of things within walking distance if you need to wait around for a while!Highly recommend!

Very helpful, friendly and professional. - always communicate clearly what needs to be done, cost, and estimated time. All work is done well and quickly. I have taken my car there twice - once was for accident related repairs and they helped me navigate my insurance and repairs. Second time was for inspection and oil change - they found some issues with my car that were repaired quickly and cost effectively.Service: Oil change

The customer service is above and beyond. They are honest and answer any questions I may have. I never have to wait long and if there is an issue, they give me several solutions. I have been coming here for years and recommend them all the time.
