Had a transmission evaluated and rebuilt here. Great communication through out the process, upgrades suggested and explained well . Service was quick and appreciated since it is a work vehicle. When I picked up one set up a routine maintenance service on another vehicle which also went well. Will use for trans repair if needed again and may start taking for routine maintenance/repairs in the future basically because of the communication.

Very fast turn around with getting my LX470 fluid filmed and helped with getting an old stripped bolt taken out. Super friendly, very communicative Bonus was the extra friendly pup.

These guys were so friendly, kind, and responsive. They explained in detail what my car needed so I could understand it, and followed up about everything. I was quoted a price for the work from another place, and Transplant was willing to do it for half the price. They were fair, honest, diligent, kept their word, and went above and beyond, and everything they could, to properly diagnose my car. I will definitely be returning!Service: Transmission

I've just had my car undercoated at TT and Shawn's attention to my concerns were exceptional. In addition, he was very astute in discovering that one of the bolts on my brake caliper was missing. Apparently, the mechanic from another shop forgot to install it when I had it inspected. So I'm very grateful that Shawn noticed the missing bolt. TT is now my place for car repair. Thanks Shawn and TT

I have been through a few mechanics and Transplant transmission has by far been the best one I have ever worked with. Not only do I feel like I can trust everything they say, but they make you feel like family and that is so important to me. I cannot say enough about this company, they truly are amazing!

I had Fluid Film installed on my Toyota 4Runner. Transplant transmission provided very prompt service and a reasonable price. I will be going back yearly FluidFilm re-coat.

Very pleased! I brought my car to transplant for a noise no one could figure out. They were able to diagnose it and get it fixed the same day for reasonable price. Will definitely be using and recommending them in the future

Very professional and customer service was outstanding. Gave a verbal pre-quote prior to seeing car and was almost spot on.They said a week 7 days and it was ready in 5 days. I have been getting the run around with my warranty company. But I have been working with Kelly. She is the sweetest, calmest, most PT woman I have ever met. She has worked with me, and even went as far to contact the warranty company on multiple occasions. She really went above and beyond and i will recommend them to anyone. Talked to Sean and he put my mind at ease. Usually when a shop calls you expect the worst, but instead he was calling me to inform me on the status on the vehicle. He would fill me in on the progress and I really appreciated that. He gave me a great price and was very fair when I need something else done.

Absolutely horrible! Tripled the price AFTER having my vehicle towed there before even looking at it. Zero communication. Had my truck for over 2 months. Went to pick it up twice when I was told it was ready but there were new issues created by their mechanics. I was then told they couldn t fix it it was starting and running but in safe mode. I sent a tow truck to pick it up only to find out it no longer starts now either. I had to continually call for status updates and would be told next week next week would come and go with no call when I d call they d again say next week.

Everybody at Transplant Transmission was incredible!! As a woman I get nervous taking my car in to a shop because I feel like I have a target on my head. Dave got me in right away, they diagnosed my car issue right away, ordered parts they needed immediately, were incredibly communicative about timeline and what worked best for my schedule, and were SO friendly and reasonably priced. The entire crew at Transplant did a great job in helping us with our 9-year-old car. We wanted to give our money to a local shop rather than a nationwide one, and after reading the reviews, we went there. We immediately felt welcomed, and they were patient when we told them our tales of woe with recent repairs. It did take a little time to get the car repaired, but they told us that they were trying to get the best price for us because of the age of the car. They all care about their customers and they obviously know that keeping the customer happy should always be priority. We would recommend Dave, Tino, and the gang over there rather than some "double A" place that cares more about the limit on your credit card.

Transplant transmission offered me quality and comprehensive transmission services. Their quote for repair was significantly less than the dealership. They offer follow up check-ups and service to ensure their work holds. Dave and Arlene are personable and friendly. They take the time to thoroughly explain all options and details of the repairs. They accommodated my work schedule and time demands. Transplant transmission was a much nicer experience than I had with dealerships.

DO NOT TRUST!Edit: Sorry Dave, Its a 17 year old car. there is nothing wrong orunsafe about the Control arm bushings. That is not whatwarrants the "Negative no trust"; its just a do not do "Businesswith again, The rotor is. Both rear pads are well over 2/32bonded and have flush contact patterns that match the rotorsIf you believe what you are saying about safety, then youshould probably find Techs that know what they are looking at.With your failure there was nothing to talk about, but you havemy number if you want to "talk".I have been out of the professional auto repair business for about 15 years. I still have my contacts but it is more convenient at the present time to sub some work. Recently the shop that I had do the work on my truck moved and I needed a more convenient shop to take it to; that is how I ended up at Transplant Transmission. I took my truck in for a state inspection, and everything went well. I thought that I found a trustworthy shop; I was wrong. I scheduled to have my car inspected the following day, and that is where I discovered their deceitfulness; my car failed inspection. I waited to write this until after I could verify the items condition for myself. Transplant transmission failed my car for two deceptive issues; First, they told me the control arm bushings were dry rotted and failed, which is incorrect. Second Item was one of the brake rotors had a ridge on it and it failed; there is no ridging of the rotors, the brake pads are flat to the rotor. As far as rotors are concerned, PA inspection code only referenced Rotor thickness and scoring, not a ridge. I don't know why the first one went so well and the second job went so wrong, but I will take the car back to my normal shop and search for another closer proximity trustworthy shop that can handle a large truck.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have searched for a decent transmission shop for the past year, as I needed the rear upgraded and rebuilt on my 94 GT Convertible. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give them a call and get a quote. The price was good, so I went ahead with Transplant Transmission servicing my car. Given that it was a holiday week and they were shorthanded, they still serviced my car on time and stayed very close to the initial quote. I will say that their customer service was excellent and the mechanic who serviced my car came out to notify me that he heard a slight noise in the axle bearing seals. Nothing serious and the car drives fine, but something that I should keep an eye on. Thank you! I never would have known that and I appreciated the feedback. With all of that stated, I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend that you consider them when gathering quotes.

I've had to take my Ford here a couple times now. The first time was to get a transmission and I have to say, these guys did a great job. It was a busy time around the holidays, but they still got it done in a couple days. They gave me a great price, treated me like a valued customer, and got me back on the road asap. At this point, I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. If I had to choose one word to describe Transplant Transmissions, it would be honest. In the end, that's the main reason they will always have my business.

My husband took our Jeep in since we were having a bit an issue with our transmission.Arlene was so nice and she knew exactly What the problem was.This is a family operated business with Arlene and Her son David.I could ve been more happy with how my Jeep runs. Their very reliable and Professional.I would Highly recommend transplant transmission to friends and family.Fantastic service.
