Worked with Craig from 2015-2021 at Mercedes Benz of West Chester and can vouch that he is 100% fair and honest. His technicians Tyler and Austin are both very knowledgeable. Had my car in to get some work done as I needed someone I knew I could trust. Would definitely recommend if you own a German car.

Tyler, Craig and Austin are top tier individuals that run a very well lubricated operation. They have been around their industry for a substantial amount of time and are tremendously knowledgeable of their craft with no job too big or small. They price the work reasonably and get it done correctly the first time. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Silver Star indefinitely.You can avoid the bun scratching backcountry mechanics and the weasels that you tend to find in dealerships going forward, this is the place for you.

Great service at reasonable prices! Craig is very responsive and provides good guidance on must do items vs can wait items. I ve used them for the bigger things on my BMW 528i xDrive. CV joint, valve cover gasket, and driveshaft flex disc. Very satisfied with the results.

Terrific service. We were going out of town and discovered a coolant leak just before we left. Craig got the car in THAT day and we were on the road the next day. Two thumbs up .

These guys are great! Had a lot to get done to get my 2005 CLk55 AMG back up and running again after sitting neglected for several years. Very responsive and knowledgeable, upfront pricing was reasonable for the amount of work I had to get done. Will be the only place I take my Mercedes to both maintenance and custom mod work. Highly recommend Craig and Tyler and the group at SilverStarServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Auto emissions testing

I fully intend on bringing my Mercedes GLA 250 here for every service I need. This garage is 3 hours from my home and it is worth every mile! Honest and swift with resolving all of my issues. I drove away like I was in a new car. I give 5 gold stars to Silver Star Automotive!

I have nothing but positive and great things in fact, about "Silver Star Automotive". Craig and his "Master-Certified" Mercedes-Benz team are simply great at what they do! They are honest, workmanship is excellent, and they are more than fair when it comes to repair & maintenance cost. They have worked on both my 2007 SL5550 & a 2017 C300. 100% Top-Notch service. Craig and Tyler were awesome. Our 03 E320 was a hot mess (No exaggeration!) when they took it in and now it s feels and drives BETTER than our 18 E300! Update: The check oil light went on. I called Craig and was able to bring my GLK immediately. Craig and Tyler were able to look at my car immediately, which was a huge peace of mind. Tyler checked for any oil leaks and add oil. He also checked the status of my brakes. What a great group of people!!Brought my GLK in for inspection. Clean shop, friendly service. Craig took the time to explain all notes and observations from the road test. Great to have a place that takes good care of cars and does quality work.Took my car to Silver Star Automotive. It was great to meet the owners. They are well versed with Mercedes and were thorough. Plus side . No up sell on services not needed. Wonderful service. My Audi is as good as new! The auto shop specializes in Benz and BMW. But Craig and his partner were kind enough to honor my prior relationship with the previous owner who did Audis as well. There was a strange vibration and sound coming from the passenger side of the vehicle. The mechanic was able to identify and fix it. Their turnaround time was quick. Very clear in communication and are customer focused. I highly recommend this place.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Professional and honest are the words I have for Silver Star team. My 12 years new W212 E-Class just had transmission service done at Silver Star, car is shifting faster and smoother now. Craig and his team members are all Mercedes gurus, they love and know Mercedes cars so much, they treat your Benz like babies. A+ experience, highly recommended.

I have a 1999 Mercedes SL 550. It s in mint condition and I ve had it for about 10 years. I have spent the last 10 years looking for someone to repair it that was either reasonable or responsible. I just had my car serviced at Silverstar for the first time And they were fantastic extremely professional and incredibly competent. I love the car and I love the idea that I have somewhere I can go to have it serviced. Highly recommend these guys.

I ve known Craig for 13 years ever since he was my service advisor at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. I would never let anyone else there advise me as to what my cars needed. He was that honest, caring, and professional. Now that he has his own automotive service business, I have a new place to take my Mercedes vehicles. He and Tyler recently replaced a battery in my 2012 C300 sedan while I waited. Very fast and very thorough service. There is no need to continue receiving assembly line type service at a dealer when you can receive personalized service at Silver Star Motors. Craig and Tyler have my vote of confidence. I used to use Craig as my service writer when he was at MBWC and was always happy with his service. When I learned that he opened his own shop I could finally say my days of going to the dealer are over with, what a relief! His prices are fair, his techs are great and thoroughly check the whole car out even if you just bring it in for basic maintenance. Even topped up fluids and adjusted a few little things and didnt charge me extra. Thanks so much

I can't thank Craig and Tyler enough for all the great cooling system and electrical work they performed this past week on my 2011 BMW 550i.I really wish I would have found Silver Star Automotive sooner. Because, before coming to them, I had already visited with 3 other local repair facilities over the past 6 months; including the BMW dealership. And no one, except Craig and Tyler, were able to fully diagnose and determine why my car was randomly losing power and leaving me stranded on several occasions.So if you have a Mercedes or BMW, and you want a repair facility you can trust to treat you fair and do things right. I would highly recommend you schedule an appointment with Craig and Tyler for any repairs or routine maintenance.
