Went here for a Tesla inspection. Rex is great and knows how to properly jack the car and loves to talk Tesla if he has a minute. I'd trust him with any brand car. Fair price for inspection, he did a tire rotation and front balance for me and i was in and out in no time. Rex's place isn't around the corner from me, but I will travel to get there for the great service offered.

It's no longer Rex Carle Automotive. It's better now. Still handling Mercedes and BMW, they do the job right, better then dealer and the price is better.

Rex is THE Mercedes guy. We met him 30 years ago when the dealer from whom we bought a new C class could not keep the car from stalling out on the road. A classic mechanic recommended Rex. Rex spent a week with the car, eventually calling Stuttgart and learning that we had a virtually one production month model, needing a slight adjustment to run smoothly. We have had five MB since - one now 20 years old, and all have received Rex's superb care. In addition to his technical skills, Rex is a gentleman and a scholar.

Very thankful to have found Rex Carle Automotive. I have several older Mercedes in widely varying conditions and Rex s expert knowledge and skilled service allow me to keep them on the road affordably. Also, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Nowhere else I would go.

Rex has been working on my BMW's for 7 years and I have complete faith in him. He is reasonable, affordable, and very knowledgeable. I would give more stars if I could. Thanks Rex!

Rex is the best. I've taken my last four Mercedes there. He's super honest and will never do or even recommend any unnecessary work. Also, if there's any warranty items or recalls covered by MB he'll arrange transport to and from MB.

I ve had my car worked on by Rex and I absolutely love him but I had my car worked on by the other tech and he was horrible, I asked him when my car was going to be ready and he was extremely rude. He kept it longer than it was supposed to be kept for an oil change and I didn t know when it was supposed to be back because he was still extremely rude and defensive. Extremely disrespectful and I will never be coming back!

Tesla Model 3 AWD - Great experience with Rex Carle Automotive to have my state inspection done after putting it off for some time. I did not feel comfortable with most shops having little to no experience with Tesla's, especially lifting them properly but with Rex Carle, my fears were put to rest. The owner has hands on experience with most of the Tesla models and even owns one himself! Will be returning for regularly scheduled maintenance and other service items related to my Tesla Model 3 AWD.

This is not Rex Carl anymore, if i could give negative stars I would, wanted to charge me $2000 for a rust hole the size of a finger nail, unfortunately Rex Carl is gone and sold the business to a dealer service writer who is going to rip you off with dealer prices and dealer games. BEWARE!!!I m going to watch and wait for when this business goes under when the people find out how much of rip off they are,LADIES BE WARE, AND IM A GUY

Take our A4 and Q5 here for All service and maintenance. Parts are reasonably priced and quality. Customer Service is amazing. You will not receive death by a thousand cuts all too common among dealerships. A solid plan of action is discussed during drop off with prices included, and rarely have we had to react to the unexpected. You don t cringe when you see them calling you after drop off.Thanks Rex

Wish I could give six stars! Everything from the greeting when you first call to when your receipt is handed to you is professional here. The technicians here value true quality when working and truly make what can be a difficult situation into a great experience. The service was fast and I can truly say it was a pleasure meeting and interacting with staff as they were experienced and hospitable while knowing my car was in great hands.Service: Steering & suspension repair

A TRUE 5-Star Operation! Mr. Rex Carle handled a unique issue with my 181,000 mile R230 Mercedes SL500 while I was driving through Downingtown, PA. I asked several local BMW and Mercedes owners; and everyone one of them only trusted one guy in town, Mr. Rex Carle!Rex sold me only what I needed, and worked late to get me back on the road quickly. Also, pointed out some unsafe tires, before I made a trip back to Florida. I am glad he pointed these out.I will highly recommend Mr. Carle and his shop to anyone! Truly an awesome, trustworthy and highly respected Technician!

Rex is very reasonable very honest and knows what he's talking about he will be my go to guy for working on my 2003 325xi BMW for now on he is excellent at what he does.. highly recommend him for BMW owners

No experience, called several times about my vehicle and they said they had to look it up. Took my number, never heard from them. Called back, I was told that the service person himself would call me back, never heard from him. Ended up going to the dealer.
