Pa auto select made my first time car buying experience one that I won't forget. I came in just on word of mouth and reading reviews and I was not disappointed, not only was I treated with respect and fairness, I GOT THE CAR I CAME FOR!!! a BMW 535I. The process wasn't stressful at all, Chris and josh really looked out for me, and chris treated my son and I like family from the beginning to end. 10/10 experience !!

Can I use six stars in my evaluation? We just had a great experience with PA Auto Select in Downingtown. I recently purchased a used vehicle with the assistance of Chris, Josh, and Mike. All three are true professionals, and dealing with them was a pleasure---from beginning to end. They all displayed a commendable "customer first" attitude--so refreshing in these days. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. Chris and Josh worked patiently on the details of the sale, and I left feeling grateful to have found their business. Also, BTW they have a beautiful collection of high-end vehicles in their warehouse. While I can t afford them, I could (and did) admire them!! I would recommend PA Auto Select, without reservation, to family and friends looking to purchase used vehicles or to service them. Thanks to Chris, Josh, and Mike for your concern and service!

definitely do not sleep on PA Auto Select when on the search for a used car. they have great reliable cars, great warranty plans, amazing customer service! they're not pushy sales people by anymeans which makes buying from them so relaxing and not feeling like you're being pressured. Chris is a gem and patient man who delt with a tight time crunch and tornado that walked through the door. Josh shows how he keep the machine well oiled and running smoothly. Josh not only stands behind the cars he sells but will make sure everything is as it should be. not to mention taking the extra time to explain new buttons and features that are unknown. thank you all so much for being such a breeze and making this so simple. next car we're headed back your way!

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler today. Vehicle exceeded my expectations in mechanical and overall appearance. Chris, our contact there, was a pleasure to deal with from the inital contact, to the test drive, and the overall buying experience. I normally don't buy pre-owned vehicles but this was a real pleasure. If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, i highly recommend Chris and PA Auto Select.

I've never written a review until now. This one, I believe, is well deserved. I hate to say I'm happy to see this didn't just happen to me. Hopefully this review helps ot from happening to you. I first came to this dealership because I fell in love with an Infiniti Q50. I traded in my 2017 Subaru Impreza for that car the following week. When I had the car it was running fine for the first few hours. The car broke down the first time, said the catalytic converters were messed up. Okay, no big deal. I got the car back and not even a day later the car started shaking and was doing weird things. I took a video and sent it to the manager to explain what happened. I had it towed again to the Westchester dealership, as Josh from pa auto select told me to do.The manager there was super nasty to me, asking why my car was at her dealership. I explained the why it was there and the whole situation going on. I was told nothing was wrong and got the car back. It broke down so many times the tow truck driver knew exactly where to take it without me telling him. In the amount of time I had that car (maybe less than a month?) I had less than a day (24 hours total) of total driving time. I didn't know what else to do, so I traded it back for an Infiniti QX30 hoping it was just a mistake with the car. I don't know what these guys do to these cars, but my QX30 kept having ventilaton issues and to be what almost smelled like mold? Everytime I had passengers or friends everyone always felt so sick. I traded it for another car since no one could figure out the issue. Don't let these people put you in financial debt for a "name brand" car, or for really just any car they have. You're not sorry for your actions because you've done it to how many other people. You can make it right by being truthful about what you're selling. I just hope you all live the life you deserve.

I took me some time to write this review. Do not buy a car from these people unless you get in writing a 14 day money back guarantee. Youll likely need it and don't sign anything on it being as is where is. I assume they are buying cars at auction with problems - and at least mine a 2010 Mercedes s400 with 49,000 miles on it. Sold to me with bad hybrid system. Wouldn't do anything other than stating if I got an Attorney to sue "they wished me luck" this dealership disguised my purchase as an out of state buyer as legit - pa auto select scams people this is the PA dealer. Wouldn't do anything to help me. Bought the car, was out of town in Austin for business, came back a week later. Started a few times, then would not restart. Never even drove the car. Told me to get diagnosed and would reimburse. Never saw a penny. We are talking a $23,000 car the dealer wanted $25,000 to fix. The Owner will dodge your calls. I was too far away to pay him a visit but read this with total caution. Let's say even if it ran - the salesperson lied when I quizzed him on all options working. The HID doesn't work for night, the rear flat screen is dead. Sold with one key, when questioned on why one key they happened to have 4 more. Do you know why I assume? They kept making keys when it was the charging system on the hybrid being bad. Sold it with a known problem. This is likely why it was auctioned off in the first place. Dont ignore what I am writing here. Hybrid cars in general that was my own folly. Getting a used one from an independent dealer was stupid. I saw 4.1 stars thought ah ok. Look at the review sites too it will tell you story after story like this they should have their license pulled.

I recently purchased an Audi a6 from PA auto select. Initially the car had some issues that surfaced after I bought it. Honestly, When the issues came up I felt like I made a bad decision buying a car that I fell in love with too quickly. After reaching out to Josh (the owner) he immediately offered to take care of whatever the issue could possibly be. It took some time, but they were able to completely resolve the problems the car was having and even replaced additional items that gave me future concern for no extra cost. I purchased the car with no warranty and they still went above and beyond to do good business. Thank you again to Josh and the beautiful team down at PA auto select, special thanks to Neal for doing the hard mechanic work to make all this possible. 5 stars. I heard alot of negative things about car dealerships over the years so I'm still pretty surprised I was fortunate enough to stumble onto such a good business.

I had a phenomenal experience with Bruce and Josh. They had a vehicle I was very interested in. Bruce was very polite and patient with all my questions I had! PA Auto Select offered more for my trade than I was anticipating and Josh was amazing during the signing process. Both were knowledgeable and at no point did I ever feel the pressure of a normal car lot. They allowed us to look over the vehicle without circling like a Hawk and allowed us privacy to discuss before we moved forward. I m happy with the entire process from start to finish. In total, we were in and out in about 2 hours!! I highly recommend going and seeing them both!

I couldnt have been any happier with my shopping experience. When we arrived we were greated by Josh. We told him the vehicle that brought us there and he immediately brought it to us and prepared it for a test drive. There was no hassle, no cringy salesman pitches it was all about the vehicle and our budget. We were offered a great value on our trade in. By the time we got the details worked out it was after the banks had closed. The next day when he received the approval he went above and beyond by having the vehicle delivered and finishing the paperwork at our home. This was extremely helpful as i was at work and my fiance was at home with our 2 small kids. Unfortunately on the first drive the check engine light illuminated. When Josh found out he had us bring it in immediately to be examined by the service department. After examining the vehicle we scheduled a time for repair. It was repaired along with a few other minor things no questions asked. They will definitely get our future business and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

We were extremely happy with our experience at PA Auto Select. Their team was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Anastasia in Sales, Josh in Finance and the General Manager, Ryan, all guided us through the purchasing process with no pressure and down to earth hospitality. We toured their outdoor lot and showroom while visiting and the quality of attention they put into their vehicles is very apparent. We are so grateful for their services and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

I can't say enough great things about PA Auto Select. We took a train from Rhode Island to PA because the car we saw on their website looked and sounded perfect ( which it was). I had been looking for a Toyota Avalon in RI and nothing felt right. Either the price was too high for the level of quality or the price was reasonable but the car was not in good condition. My husband showed me this gorgeous Avalon on the website. At first I was skeptical but we took a chance and so glad we did. This is hands down the nicest car I have ever owned. Mint condition. Reasonable price.The staff are great as well...... gracious, down to earth, and have a good sense of humor. Didn't feel like a typical car dealership at all. We had some glitches ( our fault) during the buying process and they were extremely helpful and patient. I've had my car for over a month now and just couldn't be happier.

Wonderful service and overall experience.We drove over 2 plus hours to see a car at PA Auto Select. The staff was wonderful- professional and informative. Ryan, the manager, was a pleasure to work with and was always available for questions during the days prior to and after our purchase. He is honest, friendly, and made a potentially stressful purchase easy and comfortable. His guidance on financing options and insurance coverage was invaluable. One would never know this was a used car facility. The Audi A5 I purchased is awesome!

Had another car on order and the dealer was starting to pull some shenanigans.The car i eventually bought came on market the same day. Called PA Auto and from the first conversation just had a good feeling about them.I unwound the first deal and rolled the dice on PA Auto.I m glad i did. The car showed up a day earlier than expected and made for a great father s day.The car is immaculate.Josh was awesome to deal with. Great communication and professional from start to finish.I ve bought cars sight unseen over the internet before and by far this was the best experience i ve had.Thanks a bunch guys. Hopefully i can be a repeat customer for you.

I generally don t like to deal with car dealerships because I feel they are often dishonest. Not these guys! They were 100% honest and straight with me. They kept me informed on the cars status and when I drove 2 hours to see the car it was as they described. The price we agreed on in advance was honored and the deal was done quickly and efficiently. 100% would recommend and use them again!

I recently realized an 18-year old dream by purchasing my first Mini Cooper from PA Auto Select. I have purchased 20-25 vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say that working with this dealership has been by far the best experience! My sales person Paul, was accommodating, patient, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He sincerely took interest in my story, and the specifics of my vehicle needs. And I loved their low-key, non-pressured, sales environment! Do not hesitate to stop in and shop this 5-star dealership! Thanks again for everything!

All I can say is this experience was nothing like what happens when I would go to a auto dealership! First of all I was greeted by the whole staff and the owner, they were very nice and approachable. Chris help my partner and I, he explained all of the facts regarding the car we selected and help us with our financing. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the best financing we could, and did not show any interruption when I had to change my co-signer. I recommend PA Auto Select to help you find the car of your needs. Also, they provide very good continuing care to your auto!

PA Auto Select is probably the best dealership I have ever worked with. Amazingly friendly staff and they may sure that we got the deal we wanted without any hassle. There was a minor battery issue that they very promptly and professionally took care of. We would have no issue or even hesitate to purchase another car form them or, wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends or family to purchase a car from them. Ryan and Luke both a cut above the rest. Low balled me 7g's on trade in. Went elsewhere got newer, much better soorts car. Avoid Purchasing here. Clearly the cars there aren't high quality considering they don't move vehicles and the one I inquired about hasn't sold in almost a year and has had multiple price drops. This tells you one of two things. Either they have poor sales skills or they are selling polished junkers that will breakdown on you. Just avoid these guys.

Bought a car January of 2021 it has been in the shop more than I can count. With in the 6 weeks of buying it I had to have it towed back there. Since then there is problem after problem. Everytime I write a review it somehow disappears or I get asked if I have the right place.

Hello,I purchased a 2015 Audi A3 and the entire process was great. Acquiring funding for this 4th vehicle purchase wasn't easy. Lenders don't like owners with multiple vehicle loans held at the same time, but Josh and the finance team found me a lender as well as this beautiful car. I didn't select this vehicle as my 1st option but with their guidance, I walked away with a vehicle I love!!! They selected this vehicle for me, which was much better than any of the cars I picked out.Appreciate their patience and willingness to work with me and will definitely refer all my friends and family. The 1-1/2 hour drive from Maryland was well worth the trip. I'll be back for all my vehicle purchases in the future.Monica

Within one week of buying a car from them, I had to replace a tire, because unbeknownst to me, they sold it with a patch. Five months after purchase I had to make a $2000+ repair because water had been leaking through the sunroof and into the electrical equipment. This expense could have been avoided if the dealer had properly maintained the sunroof equipment with regular maintenance. Two months after that there was another major repair ($1000+) to deal with leaking in the engine. The auto body shop I took it to then told me there were still significant leaks and that I should consider getting rid of the car before it further became a money pit. All told, I spent nearly $4k on repairs on a car that is now worth less than that. I had the car for less than a year before selling it for a significant loss. It's clear to me that PA Auto Select doesn't care about maintaining the cars they have for sale.Edited to add in response to manager's comment:When signing to purchase the car there was a line to the effect of "after purchase this dealership owes you nothing" so I did not bring it back in for repairs. Once I was going to have to pay for repairs, I was going to go to a mechanic I trust. The vehicle is a Mini Cooper and this is the correct dealership. The purchase price was over double what I paid in repairs, and the trade in value when I decided to get rid of it was $2500. I have my repair receipts if you would like them.

I visited PA Auto Select with my father. We decided to travel from New Jersey to Pennsylvania on a day off because we were so drawn to the cars on the website. The beautiful and detailed photos online do resemble the cars in person. The cars at PA Auto Select are well taken care of and are of great quality. Along with their dedication showing through the quality of cars, the customer service is just as impeccable. We had the pleasure of dealing with Paul. We were not very specific on what car we wanted and he allowed us to explore each vehicle without hovering. Which in our opinion is the best for this type of shopping. My father and I could discuss freely without the pressure of a salesperson near us. However when necessary, Paul was very attentive. All cars were brought out and warmed up for us because we visited on one of the coldest days of the year. We left PA Auto Select that day with a new car! It was a very painless, stress free purchase and we left extremely happy. Thank you to Paul and PA Auto Select for an amazing experience. We plan to visit again in the future.

If you want friendly service professionals with your best interests in mind, and not overbearing salesmen, this is the place to go.I recently moved back from college, and decided its time to give grandpa his car back, and get my own. This was my first time applying for financing, and getting my own insurance. The guys at PA Auto Select made this entire process as painless as they could.I got the car I wanted at a great price, with a competitive financing rate. I am a happy customer, and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My customer experience with PA Auto Select was stellar. From the very beginning, Paul handle my account with professionalism and integrity. The main factor of purchasing a vehicle that I hate is the pitch and bait and switch tactic that most car dealers play. Paul didn't do either of those things. If you visit the dealership, you will see immediately why they didn't need to. I purchased a Cadillac SRX. The car is beautiful and rides like a dream. In fact, the vehicle was so clean that, I didn't want to test drive it out of fear I'd scratch or crash it. The vehicle and service was equal in comparison. Josh completed the transaction for Paul and the entire process was painless. I was in and out. If you are looking for high quality vehicles with low mileage, I highly recommend PA Auto Select.

EDIT: Leaving the star rating, but adding to the info below (will update star rating depending on outcome). It turns out the car I purchased has a bad oil pan gasket, which is going to cost about $3600 to have a dealership install. This isn't a part that spontaneously goes bad, and it's something that a competent mechanic should have noticed before selling the car (or when they had to replace the water pump that died the day I purchased this car). Speaking of that water pump, I ended up paying $250 out of pocket to have a thermostat installed because it wasn't done when the water pump failed and was replaced, even though it should have been. The salesperson I worked with isn't in today, the manager is on vacation, and my car and I are stuck in a holding pattern until they call me back. Will continue to update, but given the previously lackluster service, I'm not expecting much.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Adequate car dealer is adequate. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. They offered a better financing rate than my credit union. However, when the water pump on the car that I purchased died literally the same day I bought the car, they didn't do anything to dazzle me with reassurances. I had to wait until they were open again, then arrange to have the car towed (it took EIGHT phone calls with the warranty company, and then apparently four hours to get the car less than 20 miles after it was picked up), then wait while the dealer diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part, which couldn't be helped, but did take three days. It's a good thing I had a spare vehicle, since that would have been most of a work week without transportation. The seller never addressed that potential problem.The salesperson did drop the vehicle off to me when it was done, which was nice and saved me having to leave work early. He didn't put any extra fuel in the tank to cover the trip, though, so I ended up paying for gas to get my car home. The salesperson was apologetic, but I didn't get the feeling that anybody was particularly concerned with my overall happiness after I signed the paperwork. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience and it wasn't spectacular. I can't really blame a smaller dealership for not wanting to go over the top with customer service like some larger places. But some token acknowledgment of how bad it was to have my car break down within hours of purchase would have been nice.To;dr - if this place has a car you can't live without, buy it here. They probably won't screw you and they're not creepy. If you want the softer customer service experience, go to a larger dealer.

On June 30, 2016, exactly 60 days ago, we purchased a BMW 535xi from PA Auto Select. I intentionally waited a couple months to write this review because I wanted to see how the vehicle performed. This is the 8th used vehicle I've purchased at various points in my life, and I must say this car has performed exceptionally! Not only have I been incredibly pleased with the car itself, but I must say the buying experience from start to finish with PA Auto Select was extremely positive. My wife and I visited the showroom approximately 5 times while on our vehicle search, and each time we were greeted by a friendly employee who was ready to help. Having done weeks of due diligence searching for a car, I am confident in saying PA Auto Select has the cleanest vehicles of any lot I've ever seen. All their cars are clean and have been detailed, which is an uncommon occurrence in today's used car market. Though the whole staff was friendly and helpful, special recognition to Chris for being great throughout the entire sales process. The group at PA Auto Select does a top-notch job. They are reputable, knowledgeable, and very forthright. I will recommend them to my friends and family, and will certainly visit them first the next time I am on the market for a car.
