Was told 2-3 weeks before they could get to it... Next day they said I could drop car off following morning. Job was finished quick and for less than expected!

I recently had my car in after discovering water on my passenger floorboard. I was directed to a body shop by my dealership after they found rust underneath my cowl. Oneill s did a thorough inspection and discovered that the water was coming through a bad windshield that was put in by SafeLite. Oneill s stepped in, went above and beyond and provided top-notch service. After completing the work, Oneill s performed water testing with a hose to ensure that the vehicle would no longer leak water. Lesson learned - never trust SafeLite with a windshield replacement. My car is now much quieter than I remember and Oneill s has corrected the rust that was found. Thank you to Tommy and Jerry for getting my vehicle in and looked at. Couldn t have gotten this take care of without you guys!

I had my car in for work on two separate occasions over the last few years, most recently this May. Both times O'Neill's has been doing an awesome job. We came to O'Neill's after other body shops had a wait for several months. They were able to get parts in within a week, and see us soon after. They repaired the fender, quarter panel, and driver door of a car that was hit by wildlife. They quoted us a week of work, and they were true to their word. We dropped the car off on Monday, and Friday morning they said we could come pick it up. The car was clean inside and out, the staff was nice, and I didn't feel scammed like at so many other collision centers. I highly recommend O'Neill's for auto body work, especially if your insurance is involved. O'Neill's coordinated with the insurance directly so we didn't need to get involved too much.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We always used O'Neill's for all our cars. Fortunately not much lately. I sent my sister there today after she met up with a little deer. They took care of her better than I could imagine. Thank you all!!!
