Needed parts for my Dodge truck and the guys were extremely helpful over the phone, making sure they had the right fit parts in stock. At time of pick-up, I added to the order. Once again, good advice. The repairs and updates went well. A huge thank you to Downingtown NAPA people.

I d say NO stars!!!! Stood and waited for any type of assistance for almost 10 minutes!!! The only guy at the desk was helping someone and when cust was done he decided to answer phone and help that person!!! Walked in and there were 4 other people there and nobody said hello, welcome!!!! Nobody could pause what they were doing and assist???? Wow, just wow!!! Horrible customer service!!! No wonder people buy online!!!!!!!

The best auto parts store ever. I own a local auto repair shop and Ive been in the local auto repair industry for 25 years. This is the most knowledgeable staff you could ask for. They will go beyond expectations to help you get what you need. Not only is the staff great they are backed by a great product. Napa parts are as good if not better then factory.

I go here to purchase all of my automotive parts. I have been using them for several years and they have always been the most knowledgeable and helpful parts guys out there. If they don't know it off the top of their heads, they will do whatever it takes to find out for you.

I have to be honest. I always made this my NAPA store until today. The guy that looks like he fell off his Harley in 1987 on the right as you walk in miserable and I will never go to this store again. He did everything possible to not work and help me with what I needed.

Mike is by far the man to see about anything , very genuine in going above and beyond to help you anyway he can and will always try and find you best prices and honest about quality of certain parts sold. Just a great guy , deal with this Napa exclusively for Mike's help and friendly expertise!

These people know their stuff, provide great service, and can get just about any part in 24 hours or less.I've purchased over $2,000 in parts from them in the last year, and the quality and price cannot be beat.You may find something a little cheaper somewhere else, but I guarantee you're getting a cheaper grade product.-Chris

Refused my business because I wasn t wearing a mask. Only one of five employee's were wearing a mask when I was in there. Owner isn t a real American if he s going to be a hypocrite. Never see me in there again.

I needed license plate lights for a custom bumper. The gentleman that helped me spent 40 minutes looking up different lights to find what I needed. I walked out with a perfect fit pair of led lights.

Love the guys in here, they're always super helpful and nice. Never had a bad experience. Protip: all NAPA branded oil is valvoline
