Outstanding service at Mr. Tire in Downingtown, thanks to Michael! Faced with an urgent need for tire replacement before a sudden long-distance trip, Michael was incredibly helpful. He quickly found the needed tires and got me in on Saturday. I was ready to go within an hour, thanks to his efficiency and dedication.Michael's commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out, making my experience seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and knowledge are commendable, and I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Downingtown for their exceptional service and reliability. A big thank you to Michael for his exceptional help!

They have one job and cant even do it properly. They gouged up all 4 of my rims entirely around, and are trying to claim it was there before and that they aren't at fault. There is literally no way to get that kind of extensive damage on every single rim unless someone did an awful job replacing the tires. It's obvious that they were all made at the same time and therefore are not curb rashes accumulated over time.Avoid this place, and make sure to take before and after photos because they have no shame and will duck out of culpability!!Besides that, they are just poorly run. I ordered these tires, then called back days later since they hadn't called me and I was told that they never even ordered my tires. They're completely clueless about how technology works or how to communicate internally.

These guys are great. They always get the issues with my car fixed quickly with no long wait times. They are friendly and professional and I appreciate that. They definitely have a repeat customer in me.

Michael was the man. Helped me out more than I could have imagined when a different location dropped the ball. Mr. Tire is lucky to have him, he picked it up and ran all the way. Service was also reasonably price and done in the timeframe proposed. Thanks again for helping me out Mike, great personality and a wealth of knowledge. Greatly appreciate the service we had today.

Wonderful, quick service and friendly staff! Noticed a nail in my tire at night and wasn't sure I could make it in time to get it looked at before they closed. Called and was able to drive over, the quickest car service I've ever had. Really appreciate having them close by. Thank you!

This is one of the best mechanic shops I ve ever been to!! When I got there, I was so blown away to see A WOMAN WORKING HERE!! She was very personable and helpful throughout my experience and better explained to me what was wrong with my tire and why I would need a new tire instead of a repair. Very knowledgeable, quick and efficient staff. Definitely recommend this location for any car needs because I ll definitely be back!

Michael helped me out big time! They were the only shop open in a 30 minute radius from me and they were 45 minutes from closing. I called, they said absolutely. They stayed after closing to help me out. I could not have asked for better service!

I call like 3 other places for my tires and they did not have them or I have to make an appointment or wait for them to order them. And I call Mr tires and they solve my problem right away and give me a good price.I definitely coming back to Mr tires ind I would recommend it. Thanks

Bad experience. Mr Tire at this location 3910 Lincoln Hwy, Downingtown did not perform one of the agreed upon services (alignment) but still charged it.

These guys are great. Needed master cylinder replaced and they were the cheapest around. Very knowledgeable and thorough with their work. Will definitely bring our vehicle back to them for service.

Matt and Rob, the manager and assistant manager; are wonderful at explaining and understanding problems with your car. I have been in there several times now, and even when customers are yelling and screaming, they remain level headed, explaining pricing and timings. The two technicians are also efficient, willing to explain to me what was wrong with my car, and talk about affordable options. It really feels like one of the last Mom-and-Pop shops, and I always love feeling like I can talk to a person instead of a corporation. Will always bring my car here

I've used this location twice now and have been treated with respect and outstanding customer service. Michael is extremely concerned about safety and has shown compassion for someone going through difficult times. I would recommend them to everyone.

Matt and Marc were fantastic. I work in the Local area and dropped my car off for inspection and Emissions. They made my car a priority and called me to let me know what needed to be done and what they suggested. This allowed me to work everything into a budget. I just wanted to take the time to thank Matt and his team and let him know that his great customer service did not go unnoticed.

Over the past 2 weeks, I've had 4 tires, all new brake pads, and spark plugs done here. The tires that i wanted were on back order from tire rack, but they were able to order them for me at a great price and install quickly.Awesome guys here that do great work!

I called around because I waited last minute to get an oil change and the list of places I knew that were around were probably smaller due to availability. I've never been there before, but the man that answered the phone and helped was nice and didn't make me feel like a "girl at a car place" like a lot of mechanics like to do. I waited there while it was being serviced and I noticed they have signs and regulations for covid which is also nice to see that safety is also a priority. I unfortunately don't remember the man's name who helped me, but it was all in all a good experience, and I'd definitely go there again.

I have been going to Mr. Tire for a few years now. Today I stopped in for 2 new tires and some wiper blades. Well apparently the ones my car needed are not only a bit difficult to find, but also to install! That didn't stop these guys though! After a bit of a hunt, they found them and offered to put them on for me. Well that turned out to be a difficult task as my blades are not the easiest to put on! They did amazing though! Great people and prices! Highly recommend them!

Manager Matt and his team are great. They are friendly and explain everything to me. I am so glad Matt is back. I recommend this shop and won't take my cars anywhere else.Update: Been back several time and they always take great care of me....I wont go anywhere else. Thanks Matt and team

This was the first time I ve needed a mechanic in the Thorndale area so I went to Mr. Tire.It was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. The staff was friendly, did everything I requested at a fair price, and finished the work in a timely manner. I d definitely recommend them.

Mr. Tire really took the pressure off of getting my car inspected. The mechanics were professional and handled my car and situation with personal care. They did their best to ensure I was taken care of as a customer. I will definitely be returning for future service, me and my family.

I came in for an oil change the other day and the store manager rob helped me out. His professionalism exceeded the standard! I will be happy to take my car there. I'm hoping he decides to move up in the company to really set that standard of excellence.

I needed an oil change ASAP, really bad situation. These guys, despite me being really really spontaneous we re able to fit me in quickly and send me on my way. 10/10 service. They re honest, thorough, and will tell you if they see something urgent.

What a great group of technicians! I always receive the best service when taking my vehicle to the Downingtown location. The estimated wait time is always accurate. I trust the members with my vehicle and will continue to take my car here for service. I am highly pleased and highly recommend them.

Wow! Great customer service and great price!! I barely rolled in Mr. Tire in Thorndale on a flat tire, literally 2 mins before they closed. I went in just expecting to tell them I was leaving it overnight. They took my info, put my car inside overnight and told me they would let me know if it could be repaired or would need to be replaced. They took the time to explain why it could be either scenario. It s was past time for them to go home but they took care of their customer first! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Matt (the manager) deserves sainthood for dealing with the unresponsive people in corporate. I have always been pleased with their work and their prices. They had a computer issue last weekend that didn't record my payment, but he confirmed it with the CC company. 3+ hours later after many urgent calls and emails, which were totally ignored, he finally got a response from his manager to confirm his plans. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for the work they do and the honesty and concern Matt brings. CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE=0 stars.

Amazing, effective and quick service! Ran here after Mavis told me on site that they did not have the tires they had previously confirmed for my appointment. Mr. Tire had my tire, matched the price and installed within the hour. Will be coming back for all future vehicle services.
