So my car was towed to this place on a Friday. It was late and they were closed so I couldn't get to the shop Friday night. I called Saturday the employee or manager told me that they were open but they would be in and out "whatever that means" and they were short of staff. I told him that I just wanted to get my personal belongings I had medication in my bag, and discuss what I needed to retrieve the car. He told me he would call me later and that since it would cost him to have his employee bring my car from the lot I needed to pay them $50 bucks. I never heard of that from any tow company just to retrieve personal items. They never called and my car ended up sitting in there til Monday and I know he did that just to tax on days so I couldn't afford to get the car out. This company is in cahoots with the police and they conspire to steal people's cars belongings and money.TRY NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Normally this wouldn't bother me. I will wear a mask out of respect for others, if you don't wear one Its your choice but this employee made us feel like she was bothered by us from the first phone conversation. She stressed that we have our masks on before entering the building. Her demeanor was off. Maybe just a bad morning but when we went inside, she was not wearing a mask and she definitely made sure that we stayed back away from her to "keep everyone safe". What happened to my mask protects you, your mask protects me? We had ours on, but didn't get the same respect in return. It just seems like if tell others to wear a mask you should put one on as well. Especially inside a business around customers. I want to feel welcome inside a small business, I didn't feel that way this morning.

We were on our way to a wedding from out of state. Our car broke down and was towed by this company , the towing service was fine.However, once we payed for the towing service, the staff wasn't helpful in helping us find a way to check what was wrong with the car. We needed to fix the car to get to the wedding. The lady talking to us was rude and said they couldn't help us without an appointment, even thought they didn't have anyone at the shop at the moment. It doesn't make any sense, how can I anticipate my car breaking down and making an appointment ahead of time? Don't expect them to help you once you pay for the towing services. Thankfully we found a pepboys autoshop within ten minutes and they were able to help us.

Absolutely horrible customer service.. 100% unprofessional.. the lady would not even give me her name. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. NO WEBSITE.. and a horrible attitude when answering the phone. Like I m bothering her. When I asked for a manager.. she said they don t have one RED FLAG DO NOT GO HERE

Stay away from this towing company. Unfortunately I wasn t able to the police called this company and it has been nothing but problems. I was given attitude from the front desk lady when I called to check up on the status of my vehicle. She was short and rude with her response. I kindly asked if she could contact me when the car was picked up and apparently she didn t like me asking that.

We have been having our cars serviced with Miller's for a decade. They are always pleasant, honest and competitive in their pricing. Won't go anywhere else.

The receptionist, Kathy, is so rude! When you tell her you don't appreciate her attitude and ask to speak to the manager, absolutely nothing is done. Very poor customer service. They do not call you to double check before doing work to your car, which was the last straw. I'm not on the hunt again for a local mechanic.

Stay away from this place! They inspected a large box truck for me 1 month ago. Yesterday the brake pedal went to the floor and we were barely able to get the vehicle to stop. After looking into it, another mechanic found that they inspected the truck with multiple cracks in the rotors and brake pads that were litterally disintegrated down to metal. This very easily could have killed someone and I have contacted the state police to look into the matter. They should not have a license to inspect vehicles if they are going to let you drive off the lot with a vechicle in that condition. Not only did they not apologize, but tried to put the blame on me. Taking your vehicle to this place is dangerous and I can't reccomend enough staying away from them

I've had Millers work on my car and my wife's a few times now. They have them done where they are supposed to be and are very easy to work with. I'll be back here again.
