This was my first time taking my car here as my long time mechanic Will Black recently joined their team. Service before the appointment was great. Reminder texts were helpful. Loved the lock box to pick the car up after hours. A great overall experience! Highly recommend.

Recently started using Maclane's auto service to work on my Ram 2500. Started out with some tricky codes from the def controller, but they figured it out in short order and got me back on the road. Also installed my leveling kit and waiting on tires. Service and communication have been top notch! Also enjoyed working with Alan to get my truck just the way I want it.Highly recommend. Marilyn was very friendly and communicated throughout the entire process. I appreciated having a full summary of the technician's analysis text to me with the ability to approve/decline any of the recommendations. All work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was competitive.

Maclane s is the best! He is thorough and honest. The system of communication they have in place is streamlined and no nonsense. The customer service was excellent. From start to finish, it s the best mechanic experience in the Philadelphia area. Highly recommend!

I got a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try when my windshield wiper flew right off my car. Imagine my surprise when I heard the service manager say her name was Marilyn. She was very friendly and got the job done right away. I will definitely be returning for all my auto needs.

Incredible service!If you are looking for an automotive shop this is your place!I drove down from Boston to speak at UPenn and during my travels my vehicle had a mechanical failure. I searched for a few hours for a shop and a friend local to the area suggested Maclane s auto.I went over as soon as they opened and they were extremely kind to get my vehicle in that day even though they had a busy schedule. They got all the work done and I was able to get back on the road that night to get back home.Work was great quality, people were extremely kind, and transparent about the service. If you live in the area be sure to give this place a try. They are amazing.Thank you again Maclane s team.

Maclane's Automotive did a truly exceptional job on my car, after having my car fail inspection at a different repair shop and the overall cost did not appear to be right, I decided to take my car here for a 2nd opinion, and WoW! I m so glad that I did. Much of the work was NOT needed Maclane's Automotive did, the right thing and only charged me for what was needed, saving my money. They re very thorough, do bids and payment by text/website, and so far, they get me in pretty quickly. They are thoughtful with maintenance recommendations on older cars. Only knocks are they overfilled my oil when they changed it post-repair.

I had an unexpected emergency with a tire losing lots of air quickly. I was 30 miles from home. I stopped in without an appointment and they got me in very quickly. They were very accommodating.

Great service, very knowledgeable. I use to go to a local dealership for service but made the switch to this local shop. I scheduled an oil change first thing in the morning so I could wait for it. No problems and they also did a multi point vehicle inspection and found out my battery was about to die! Good to find out then and got in and out in 1 hour. I ll be coming back for sure!!Service: Oil change

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! Marilyn at the front desk was super friendly and a big help from the get-go, both getting me in ASAP for a check engine light issue, then setting me up with a loaner vehicle for the period of time it took to complete the repairs. The initial inspection was very thorough and continued to be as each repair was made. Other issues with my car were found and communicated through an online service website provided by them via link, then discussed through call and text with updates as they were available. I was able to choose what services would be taken care of and then provided with a financing option through Maclane's, all while being able to use the loaner free of charge. The repairs were thorough, the service and staff were great and my Jetta is much happier because of it. Definitely make Maclane's your first choice and thanks so much!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Tyler/Maclane/Marilyn Took good care of my new car and ensured that it was properly functional for me after a few headaches had accured. Very honest and Marilyn was upfront about everything going on and making sure i was okay with any work. Overall am heavily satisfied with the work and they will be my go to in the future.
