Great experience. Super helpful and welcoming over the phone. And just as helpful and welcoming when you go into the store. Rand was the best and I'm happy to have been helped by him. So much useful information to help me understand my options on zero turn mowers and accessories. Highly recommend Littles, and again Rand made the experience amazing.

Just had a yearly service done on my X350. After having another shop do it last year because they were cheaper, I now understand the value of paying for certified John Deere service. Dustin came out and was awesome. Knowledgeable and quickly saw what the previous non-John Deer shop had gotten wrong and issues I was having as a result. Really appreciate his help and professionalism. Won't be going the discount route next time I need service on my tractor.

I have bought my Z375r lawn mower last year from this place over the phone and they delivered it with ease to my home & I also traded in my old John Deere for a reasonable price. I have also just had a flat and took it here and they fixed it without hassle in under 20 minutes. Brilliant service.

This is the place to go when you are looking for outstanding front desk customer service. They find solutions to every problem and carry the line of Stihl products we use in our Tree Company.They are very professional and attentive to detail. Very Glad doing business with them!!!

I bought an S240 John Deere tractor here. I got a good price and good service. The tractor was delivered on time and all the staff were courteous and efficient. I went back just recently to have a mulching blade fitted and once again, prompt, courteous service and a job well done.

Just off the phone with this company and one of their technicians regarding a technical question, equipment specs. They are just great people. They have serviced my snow blower, generator and other lawn equipment in the past. Employees at this company, are kind and thoughtful in their customer dialogue, even though we live in busy times they find time for their customers, the way business should be conducted....I applaud this company for their consistent customer/people oriented culture! First review I have ever written, truly warranted the time to figure out how to write a google review. Thank You to Little's of Downingtown and your team.

At one point I was a Customer of Atlantic Tractor. I was restoring a 314 and their parts person seemed annoyed at me for such small parts. Littles JD Sales Parts and Service treat me like no matter what I need it's important. So 3 loaders 3 gators and a zero turn later I'm happy I found them. You will love the Ladies in the Parts Department. They are Angles to me.

I have an antique John Deere garden tractor that I am restoring. I had planned on buying parts online because I assumed the dealership would be too expensive. I decided to try Little's in Downingtown because it's a relatively quick drive from my house. The store is clean and organized, other equipment shops I've been to could learn from the appearance of Little's. The people in the Parts Department are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was shocked that I was able to get all of the parts I needed at great prices. A few parts were not in stock but they were able to get them to me the next day! Overall, a great experience. Give them a shot.

I purchased my John Deere 300X mower 5 years ago from Little's. I get my tractor serviced every year at Little's and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of the entire staff. Recently I had an issue with the steering and the problem was diagnosed and resolved in record time at a reasonable cost. I would like to thank the entire staff for their prompt, quick and reliable service.Ken

Little's staff were super helpful with a recent warranty concern with a 2016 sub compact utility tractor. This piece of equipment was purchased privately and was in no way linked to Little's, after working with me to re-register the equipment serial numbers they processed a complete major mechanical repair, pick up and return with door to door service. Couldn't be happier with there excellence and concern for my satisfaction. They have definitely gained a loyal customer for parts and service in the future.

The team at Little's does a great job all around - professional folks in the service group, took time to answer questions, very helpful. Have had the lawn tractor serviced by them, and will have the snow blower in to them this fall. Strongly recommended.

Everyone gets one free shot at me. I will not be going back to Little's. Your experience may vary.Response to Little's: Required parts for my mower are available to me online. Little's technician determined that it needed a new transmission. and recommended that I purchase a new mower. I knew that this was incorrect and said so when I picked it up. I spent the time diagnosing and repairing it myself. Turned out that it had a bent $2 cable bracket. Certainly not worth a nearly $50 diagnostic fee. That is why I won't be going back.

I needed a push mower and was going to buy from Home Depot or Lowes, but decided to stop in Littles in Downingtown. Was helped out by Sean Kritzman, and he was excellent. He really knew the Honda product line, talked about the pros and cons of each model and I bought the HRN216VKA. Sean hepeld me load it into the minivan. Great experience and will return to buy a Deere tractor once I finally retire my Husqvarna.

I have bought several items from Littles over the years. Ive had a chainsaw..Stihl..for 8 years with zero problems. Just bought a heavy duty weed whacker and hope it gives me as good of service as the saw.Sales man was knowledgeable about the product line friendly and took all the time i needed to make selection then took another half hour to explain the use and maintenance for what i had bought.

I have been dealing with Littles since the first opening day.I have traded my lawn tractor every two years and it is a pleasure dealing with the sales and front desk staff.My recent trade in had 24 hours and I was experiencing starting problems. We tried a new battery and still would not start.The service staff proved to be just as accommodating and very quick in getting it repaired having to order a new part.They had my tractor returned in one week.Needless to say I was extremely pleased for their wonderful service.I recommend Littles for anything regarding lawn equipment.Thanks to everyone at Littles for making my experiences so awesome.

Got a new toy. Makes yard work easier. But I gotta say, way disappointed with Little's John Deere for not delivering on time (whole day late after I took a day off from work to wait for delivery) and failing to reply to my emails to find out what happened. I won't recommend them for any new gear. WAY disappointed in their customer service.EDIT - Littles came through and delivered, also tossed in a 50 hour maintenance. Thanks Dave for taking my call and discussing!

Purchased a new Z930m with tweels. Mike was great to work with. Demo unit was sent and picked up with no hassle. I made the decision to purchase with great pricing as an after thought. I had my new mower delivered in less than a week after purchase. Never had to step on site to complete any paperwork.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they don't have the JD part they get it fast. I have a relatively uncommon lawn tractor (JD SST16 spin steer) and they are always able to supply me with the parts I need to keep her going. They are great about calling when ordered parts come in which is usually within a couple days. Also a big inventory of tractors and parts along with accessories and JD collectables, toys and clothing including kids clothes. Always a pleasant visit when I go there. Good accessible location and a fun place to shop. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I am there!

Little's is a great local business. I've purchased a John Deere lawn tractor and cart from them, as well as an Ariens snowblower, in addition to various parts and John Deere toys over the years. The showroom in Downingtown is bright, clean and fun, and I've found the staff to be courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Today I bought a maintenance kit for my D105, which I could have bought from Amazon, but I'd much rather support this local institution.

Unfortunately I spent 3000.00 on a john DeereIt has broke down on me three times now!!Littles couldn't find anything wrong and sent it back Charging transportation 100.00 plus charge fir looking at it of 70.00. Now it's dead again during my second cut for this year!! Now I have to wait a week and a half for them to look at it Again!

Rand Mitros was an incredible salesperson, took his time explaining about the Z540R and allowed me to ask a ton of questions. Showed patience with a new customer and was extremely professional. I cannot say enough positive things about my Z540R purchase experience.

If you have John Deere equipment and you live in the area, this is the place to go. They have a good selection of Deere equipment as well as Stilh and other equipment. Good service. I service my lawn tractor there but didn't purchase it there. I should have.

I recently purchased a gator equipped with a plow and had to comment on the help that Sean provided to this novice on this type of equipment.David was also extremely helpful at the time of delivery. I would highly recommend this friendly, knowledgeable and professional business to friends and family.
