Kenny, let me tell you, I was in a tough spot four days ago, but Kenny came through where others couldn't. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, regardless of their credit situation. They really go the extra mile for their customers. And the car-buying experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio was unexpectedly enjoyable even the finance team was welcoming and funny. It was truly amazing! Make sure to reach out to Kenny Ortiz for your next purchase! Plus, Kenny was able to get me into a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan with a very reasonable monthly payment and a low down payment!Thank you guys for a truly amazing experience! The website was very helpful, good inventory and I was able to see everything I needed to about the car before I even stepped a foot inside. Walt, our sales person, has a reputation that precedes him of being fanstastic to work with. And it's all true, he is professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions in great detail. He made our whole experience so easy. I also appreciated the follow up email and text to see how we like our purchase. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car.

I had an Awesome experience at Jeff's. I was talking with 5-6 different VW dealers, before purchasing my Atlas CrossSport. Even Princeton VW who I purchased my last VW Tiguan with, was not as professional or as dedicated. Or some dealers never followed up or told me I couldn't get the vehicle in the colors I wanted, because it's a 2024. I originally spoke with Dominique who was friendly, professional and pleasant on the phone. Bob was my salesman who was great to talk to and kept me updated with texting. Bob also found the exact VW Atlas CrossSport in the right color exterior and interior that I wanted. Some dealers made excuses, but Bob was more focused on customer satisfaction and find the right vehicle for me. Jas was also fantastic he was the manager on when I bought my VW. Jas also took the time to explain my options, worked with me on the price and was very patient explaining my lease or purchasing options. Other VW dealers were a little pushy or acted like they didn't have the time to explain things. Overall the staff was Excellent and I had an Amazing sales experience because of the sales team.

Andrew has been very helpful every time I have taken my car in for a service. He explains any issues found, answers my questions thoroughly, and provides updates throughout the service! Service staff have always gotten me scheduled quickly and my appointments are always timely. The staff have been so kind and helpful to me and have eased the anxiety I have around my vehicle.

Thank you Kenny for helping me find the perfect VW Atlas. I had so many questions and specifics that I was looking for and he helped make sure that all the boxes were checked. Erik Baron was great and was able to get me into my car at the payment I wanted. It was very helpful to communicate ahead of my visit to sign for the car, so all the paperwork was done and I didn't need to sit in the showroom all day.

This was the best New Car buying experience I've had, and there have been many over the years.Buying a new car can sometimes be as stressful as going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled.Walter Konyk and the rest of the D'Ambriosio sales staff showed me that it doesn't have to be that way. Excellent Job all around.

Wow Wow Wow!! Huge shoutout to the team at Jeff D Ambrosio Volkswagen in Downingtown. My husband and I test drove a Jetta with the manual trans with our salesman Walt. He was excellent (he s the first desk on the right when you walk in). For the test drive he asked if we wanted back roads or highway and we said both. Off we went. He knew when to let us listen to the engine on acceleration and when to pick back up the conversation. He understood that talking just to talk with all the typical bullet points salesmen utilize doesn t fit every buyer. He recognized that and we appreciated him understanding we re true car enthusiasts and knew what we were looking for. The quiet time with the car on the test drive was what sold us on the car. The Jetta we drove was white and we preferred the charcoal gray metallic, which wasn t in stock but was to arrive a week from the day we took the test drive. Walt brought over Jas the manager to meet us and Jas asked us what was stopping us from buying the car that was arriving next week. We said we liked the car but it would have to be a deal that we felt we couldn t turn down. If it was that special of a deal then we d sign and put the deposit down right in that moment. That s when Jas asked us what a special deal like that would look like to us. We negotiated an out the door price and not only did Jas agree in that moment (without going to the back for 30 minutes while wasting our time like most dealers) but he found the car we wanted at another VW dealer and dealer traded for the car. We drove back down to pick up the car 2 days later and to our pleasure there were no surprises. The car was beautifully detailed, without any scratches or blemishes inside or out (which has happened to us in the past causing us to walk away from plenty of deals). We sat down with Kirsten who completed all our paperwork. She was a car enthusiast herself, it was a nice conversation, without the pressure of up-selling additional coverages! She offered every additional coverage but when we declined we didn t feel guilty. We ve bought many cars, trucks, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and trailers over the years. We want to truly acknowledge, appreciate the best experiences, spread the word, and say thank you. This is only the third time we ve ever written a review but we felt the need because the great dealer experiences are so far and few between. We wish we found this dealer sooner. Do yourself a favor if your reading this and save yourself months of frustration and skip the other 5 dealers you planned to go to and go straight to Walt, Jas, and Kirsten at Jeff D Ambrosio in Downingtown. You won t be disappointed! Thanks again! You ve earned a customer for life!

For starters buying a car is not a fun process. But when you have Kenny Ortiz helping you out it s not as painful. I have had my eyes on getting a Jetta for quite a bit and honestly wasn t planning on purchasing it when I went in. I just needed a to and from kind of car. Nothing special. Until I saw a black Jetta 2023 parked in front of the building. I asked Kenny to scratch all numbers for the car we originally were in debates with and to see what we can do about this Jetta. He made it his mission to make sure I was driving off in that car. He did an outstanding job. And now I happily drive my to and from car with no regrets thanks to him.

My salesman Jake and the manager Jazz were great. There was a mix up with my trade due to an outside error and both Jake and Jazz were communicative with me on their day off. All in all it was a smooth transaction and I got a good price for my trade and a very competitive low price for my car.

I had my car repaired there for the first time and now the seatbelt light and traction control lights are on. Also, just pulled into a parking lot and wires hooked up to a flat, black rectangular box started hanging close to the ground on the driver s side. On the bill it claimed that we said the check engine light is on, which it never was. I only went here because of being able to get my car worked on fast. I live in Reading and drove a good distance. I expected better service from this company.

This was my second experience working with Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown and I can say they consistently provide amazing service. We worked with Ian Carlton who was fun and personable from the start. He made sure to keep my whole family entertained during any slow time or waiting and we had great conversation when I went to pick up by myself. Very clean building and helpful staff. I loveee my new car and I'm grateful Ian made the process so easy and fun! Thank you!!

I was greeted immediately by Jeannette who checked me in for the scheduled service. I sat in the waiting area and before I knew it, my name was called and my car was done. The wait was not long at all.

I was schedule for a 7am appointment. The door was not opened until 730. When I told service that my appointment was for 7, they said they don't open up until 730. I asked why I was scheduled. Seems like it was an error with the receptionist. But no one came out and talked to me or acknowledged my presence that they could clearly see while I waited outside for over 30 minutes.

When I had my car towed and explained over the phone about the leak they didn t take down all of the information which made fixing the car take longer. But setting up the appointment and keeping me informed about what was going was good and very professional. Once they knew all of the details they were able to figure out what was wrong faster then what was expected.

This service dept is fantastic. I pulled up out of the blue, no appointment, only needed to have my wheels locks removed & new ones put on. Done in 10 min. No charge. Unlike some other dealers in the area Will definitely be servicing my VW here from now on!

Wow. Couldn't be more impressed with this dealership or my sales guy Stefan Williams. I started searching for a VW Atlas online and had limited my search down to a specific trim with certain options. There were about 4 cars that met my parameters, and I reached out to all 4 dealerships. Stefan was quick to respond, got me the quotes that I needed and they were very competitive. I was in and out of the dealership for the purchase in less than hour, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership, give them an opportunity to earn your business, and you won't be disappointed!

After searching several dealerships for my car of choice, I decided to give this one a call. The sales staff was extremely friendly, low pressure, and honest about their pricing.I could not believe how much cheaper their deal was when compared to the other dealers I spoke with, no hidden charges or fees.Kenny Ortiz handled my sale. Very personable and honest. Price was as advertised and the vehicle was fresh-off-the-truck new.There were a couple of small scuffs on the vehicle from delivery, but Kenny made sure to add them to the paperwork and had his manager sign off to be taken care of. No complaints there, as these cars do travel quite a long way.Overall, the honesty, pricing, follow through, and follow up on my vehicle purchase, made my experience at this dealership top notch.
