We Enjoyed how well the whole dealership worked with the children. They felt welcome and safe! They were well behaved, focused on the prized the dealership gifted to them. That made the process easier. The facilities were clean, the lot was clean, and everyone had a friendly atmosphere. AJ was easy to work with, easy to communicate with, very friendly to the children, and somehow made our budget possible with the help of his management and the bank.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door and immediately matched with a salesman. I gave my list of needs and wants in a truck and we walked the lot right to 3 that fit my description. Jason was attentive and also gave me the space to examine everything from the engine to frame. He was honest about his knowledge of the vehicle and also respectful that I had done my research. The test drive felt like hanging out with a friend, and paperwork went just as smoothly. He worked with me on my numbers and we got to a number that I felt was a fair value on not just the truck but also a trade that I was hesitant to give up.I honestly could not have asked for a better experience, and especially after walking away from multiple dealers over just sold yesterday , misrepresented low prices, and the tactics that feel borderline illegal in the car sales industry. I got none of that whatsoever, plus good conversation from the employees around me who weren t even there to assist me.The short version?The sold me a better truck than I was looking at, within my price parameters, and they did it in such a way that I m taking my time after I own the truck to write a glowing review for them.Thanks again

The mechanical and desk staff there are knowledgeable, fair, and treat you with respect. I drive two hours to go to this facility as the one near me in New Castle De- has lied about their work and have poor communication. I truly appreciate how different they are at Jeff s.

**SERVICE MANAGER ASKED ME TO REMOVE REVIEW.**I bought a car on 10/13/23. It has been nothing but issues. I have not driven it for ten weeks, as it has been getting fixed at Jeff D Ambrosio. This was after the first time I had it towed to the dealership, and they "repaired it" (did nothing and had me pick it up a few days later). They will not make payments on my behalf for the car, so I am expected to pay for a car I haven t seen or driven in ten weeks. I have experienced headache after headache in trying to get a hold of someone about making the payments, getting a rental car, etc. At one point I made over 40 calls in a 24 hour period to get a singular answer. Every time I call, I speak with someone different, and am always met with immense confusion on the other line. I missed four unapproved days of work due to my car not working and the dealership's lack of rental cars.George, the service manager, will not even tell me where my car is at. He flat out refused to tell me. He was rude and abrasive on the phone and mentioned my Google review specifically. He calls me "buddy" every time he speaks with me. After the car came back from the wiring specialist, they wanted to go over it "inch by inch" to ensure nothing else was wrong with it. While I appreciate this, they should have checked the car top to bottom before selling it. My salesperson even admitted to me that the car was on the lot for less than 24 hours before it was sold to me. They did find another issue in the wiring of the car, meaning that they were going to return my car to me and I would have to have it towed to them a third time if they hadn't checked into it. After finally getting my car back, I had to ask for an invoice, detailing the work that was done. Shouldn't this be standard?The dealership is unwilling to discuss other options as far as refunds, and making payments on my behalf, because I m using a rental car of theirs. That s why I pay the warranty so I can have a car. George flat out refused my request to speak with someone about this. Now I m made to feel like the bad guy, like I m the issue here, because I m a paying customer worried about my car I haven t seen for six weeks. Do yourself a favor and don t shop here. Find a knowledgeable dealership who sells quality cars and has some kind of actual customer service. Because if it doesn t go as smoothly as it should, you ll be stuck making $600/month payments on a car that you can t drive.Additionally, they somehow managed to put nearly 4,000 miles on my car while it sat in the shop for ten weeks. George had no answer for how this might have happened, other than transport and running the engine to fix the issue. 4,000 miles?After receiving my car back, George the service manager called me and asked me specifically to remove my review. Jeff D'Ambrosio does not want the truth of the situation to be known. This is entirely unprofessional and I have never in my life heard of a business asking a customer to remove a negative review.

My only complaint is the need of a replacement piece of trim that was bent above my driver door.There is a small piece of molding that was coming out of place and they refused to replace it as part of my warranty, the piece came loose within the first 2 weeks of my purchasing the car and this was the first chance I had to bring it in.Now this piece is not very expensive and I don't have a problem paying my issue is this is not an example of customer satisfaction and for something so small I feel that the piece should have been replaced at no cost to me. Taking into consideration that I will be getting all of my maintenance needs done at D'Ambrosia the courtesy should be provided.

NO need for improvement at this dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and introduced themselves. This dealership is making moves and getting deals done! David Williams is the BEST salesman. NO pressure, showed me what I wanted, and extremely thorough! I would definitely buy a vehicle from this dealership again, and would highly recommend David Williams!

Make sure the used cars are explained to the customers when they purchase them. May carry a factory warranty but not explained on the change of warranty, did not come with an owners book to even learn how to use it. Make sure your sales people walk the entire vehicle with the customer to check for damage. Also make sure that you don't swindle out of what a customer wants just so you can get a sale. Won't sell you what you want only what you qualify for. Don't understand how I couldn't get a truck but was able to get an SUV for 600 a month payment. I had a brand new mitsu that I didn't pay that amount and got a 3 year old vehicle. Totally disappointed with this sale and will be sure to tell others about this place.

My 2 time car salesman Jon Meade is the ultimate and the King giving you want or need ask if you are new or old customer, patient, friendly and firm on your behalf and execute any mission. Two days ago and picked up my dream family car brandnew 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL Special Edition S-AWC in black pearl. Jon Meade made sure what I wanted twice, the first ever purchase was used and a year later with a brandnew upgrade. This car dealer is like family, friendly and handle their business and make sure you get your dream car!!

Great service. The whole building is spotless. They provide snacks, water and bathrooms. Gary helped us out and even when we were just sitting there waiting he was entertaining us. Also bathrooms are spotless and everyone is really nice.

Bob greeted us immediately upon entering the showroom. He introduced us to Mark Lodzuk who was our salesman. What impeccable service. Mark was friendly and professional! He answered all of our questions thoroughly, he showed us how to operate many features. I ve never had such a fast experience buying a car. Great experience at Jeff D Ambrosio s dealership in Downingtown! My parents and I were helped by Milton Kenner and Mark D Ambrosio to purchase a used vehicle. Firstly, Mark could not have been more friendly upon arrival at the dealership. He immediately set us up to work with Milton so we could find the best vehicle that fit all of our needs. Milton did just that. We left the dealership feeling like we had made the right decision and truly felt supported by each employee throughout the process. They were honest, helpful, and invested in the customer experience. If you are looking to buy used, new, or lease a car then this is definitely the spot I would recommend!
