I've been a customer at this store since its opening "many years" ago, and the service and level of customer satisfaction has never lessened. Though in for just a regular oil change this visit, Andy and his team treated me like a valued customer, performing the service on time and responsibly. Pricing is certainly fair and Andy made sure available discounts were applied without my having to ask for them. It's not surprising that their bays are in use and parking lot full on a constant basis.Thanks, Andy!

We keep coming back because we always feel we have been treated fairly. What's recommended is recommended and what's necessary is necessary. We never feel like we are talked into services that aren't completely necessary. The work is done fast, efficiently and at an affordable price.

This Firestone location has serviced our vehicles for years. They take care of us and our cars. They point out things that should and could be done to maintain our cars and charge reasonable rates. Whenever we have had issues with their service, they have taken the steps necessary to rectify the situation. We value the partnership we have established with them and we appreciate all that they do.

I ve been taking our cars to this Firestone Center for over 30 years. The location is great and they have always provided great care for our old cars ( one with 260,000 miles and the other with 235,000)I ve never been disappointed with their quality service and friendly atmosphere. The special financing they offer is really helpful for more expensive repairs.

I had a great experience! Got my car inspected for the year, and they helped me save money by telling me things can wait instead of trying to sell me something I don t need. I d highly recommend this place anytime. The staff are great, they go above and beyond to make sure people leave happy!

I had one of my tires and its wheel destroyed by my son (not sure what it was that caused this disaster). Ordered a new matching tire and wheel and scheduled an appointment for its mount / balance with Barry/ Rick Service Reps at Downingtown, PA location.Along with tire mount, I had a tilted steering wheel due to misalignment due to impact.Rick and Tyrell (the technician) did an excellent job putting on the new tire on the new wheel along with installing and rebuilding the existing TPMS sensor stem.Also, the alignment was done to perfection to complete the entire work order of 1) mount , balance new tire on new wheel 2) rebuild tmps sensor stem 3) life time wheel alignment 4) relearn tpms sensor to reset low tire pressure code.An experience that started with a shredded tire ( and mounting a donut spare tire in freezing cold temperature late night) and ordering a set of new tire/ wheel ended so well with everything fixed by Firestone!!Very Happy with the service provided by the location and special thanks to Barry/ Rick and Tyrell (technician)!!This location is highly recommended for their honest and prompt service.

The gentleman at that location I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are very friendly and polite and I don't feel taken advantage of. They tell me what I need and as a women I feel I can trust them

Great manager but unfortunately you can get stuck with some horrible service when he's not around. I've gone here for at least five years, maybe longer since it's not far from my house but it looks like I'll be going to another store from now on.I won't make any direct accusations but I will say that my brakes haven't squealed or made any grinding sounds the entire life of the car but recently they have started feeling a little spongy. I take it in and suddenly I need new brakes and rotors which isn't cheap. Every other car I've owned I've taken in before needing rotors because I can hear them squealing.I was talking to a friend about it and he learned the hard way that some places peel back the squeal tabs on the brakes so you don't hear them warn you which is what I'm pretty sure I just did since no one has worked on this car except this Firestone.This isn't the only issue I've had but it was the deciding factor.

Avoid these guys and No Thanks Mariah. If someone comes to get their tire changed they don't need the mechanic then going under the hood without permission from owner. Then telling the owner they need a new air filter while a 1 month old airfilter is in the car.

Very unhappy with my experience. I was overcharged way more than the quote for the same specific service they gave me online at this location.Added on 12/2/23 : I decided to give this location another try after few years - booked an appointment online successfully and when I showed up at the scheduled time, I was told it would take an hour and half for them to start working on my car. Also not the friendliest people - I found them to be rude actually in telling me that. Nevertheless, I immediately went to Mr.Tire which is less than a mile from this firestone and was greeted well(that too without an appointment) and they got the job done within 30 minutes(hell, they were busy too, I could tell, but that's the difference- they knew my job could be done soon - so some good practical thinking as well)

Rick and Zach were lifesavers as I m on a driving trip From Florida! My Mazda CX-5 was apparently the 3rd mazda this week to have a P0304 issue, cylinder 4 misfire. Got lucky as the place was not packed! And Zach was able to fix my problem and get me back on the road!!! TY R&Z and Firestone you have 2 great employees there!

Honest guys here. They don't do unnecessary things to make a buck. Also the customer service experience is always great. They really strive to make you happy here. Their credit line is great also they don't rake you over the coals and it's a breeze paying my bill every month....try them you won't be disappointed you'll have a happy vehicle that runs great!!

Oil change was quick and efficient. Staff is knowledgeable. Only minor ding is my tire pressures weren't checked. My right rear was about 8lbs low. Detailed explanation of work completed was also provided.

Every time I got here, the mechanics are great. They always try to get the best prices for me and make sure I understand the work they are doing. Do-not go here under any circumstances! They are incompetent and very dishonest! They will lie, cheat, and steal by charging you astronomical prices for repairs which are-not needed for your vehicles. The Corporate Office customer service department is useless! They'll take your information and waist about 30-60 minutes of your time on the phone, and that'll be the last you'll ever hear from them. They do-not care how customers are treated by the local Firestone Service Centers. I am appalled at how awfully I've been treated by this store management. I will never return to give them my business again. They do-not deserve to be in business! If you cannot respect your valued customers, you don't deserve to have any! My suggestion would be to avoid this company all together, not just this location, but all of them! Have a Blessed day....

Had a caliper put on my car. Was charged over 200.00 for labor for the repair that took maybe a hour. Then over 200.00 for the part which isn't even that much in the auto parts. When I questioned the price I was told it takes a hour and a half for the repair. Wasn't even there a hour and a half. This is not the first issue I have had. Raised a issue before was told to bring in paperwork. Did that never heard from them again. Once my card is paid off I will be canceling my account.Because obviously they don't care about losing customers.

Highly recommend this location- have been a customer exclusively for nearly 10 years. I cannot recall an instance where I have called for service and couldn't be accommodated. The hours are great for flexibility. If an issue does come up/diagnosis the tech responding is very thorough on what was found & what they recommend to correct it. The pricing is fair and the service is prompt and transparent. The only minor critique I have (if you can even you can even consider as a critique) is mentioning/verifying that the free lifetime alignment- if you have it- is applied when making an appointment for service. Overall, this location is a great go-to for service on our vehicles.Service: Oil change

tl;dr: They will blame the problem to other parts rather than the quality of their works. Never going back and not recommending anyone to go there for any sort of work in you car.I was there this morning for the brake fluid change because my brake was spongy and the car was past due the fluid change. It look less than an hour to get the call back from them that its was done. Went back and made the payment and gave it a try in parking lot. The brake was the worse than before, I had to put the peddle to floor to even to stop from 20mph.Base on my understanding, that happen when there is air in the brake line. And I went in and ask one of the technician to give it a try and explain my situation. He asked me to wait inside till he finish up the paper work for the another customer, which I understand. But after dealing with the customer he started filling the printer with the paper and all. Maybe after 15 mins or so of waiting he decided to check my car again. Went for a 2 mins ride for the test and back suggested me to change the brake pad and rotor. Think in mind that, I had my brake pad and rotor changed a week ago from dealership. Thats where they suggested doing the brake fluid change to fix the spongy brake. Dealership was asking for $129 for it, thats why i called multiple places for quote and this place gave me a quote of 89.99 + taxes. I explain my situation and he stared talking about the quality of parts I get from dealership.That being said, be careful going there for any of the repair. They will blame the problem to other parts rather than the quality of their works. Never going back and not recommending anyone to go there for any sort of work in you car.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

My husband s car had trouble with acceleration, so my husband brought the car to the location in Thorndale (near Okiini). They ran diagnostic tests, and determined it was the catalytic converter. They said they fixed it, and we could pick it up the next day. Picked it up, and, the next day, the engine light came on. Called them, and they said the car was fine to drive. Right after that advice, the car broke down on a major highway. Waited 5 hours for a tow truck, and paid for it to be towed back to them. They did another diagnostic test, and said the issue was the battery. I was very confused, since the car started fine, and they ran the diagnostic tests, so no clue why they now said the battery was the issue. Got a new battery, and went to pick up the car. As soon as we tried to drive the car, it was obvious the initial acceleration issue wasn t fixed. Left the car there, for them to try to fix again. They said their diagnostic equipment only checked 1 catalytic converter, and my car has 2. The new converter they put in was damaged by the second one they didn t know was there. At this point, my husband and I are 2 weeks without a working car. They replaced both converters, and said the car was ready. Picked up the car, and the engine light comes on AGAIN. Fixed what they said the issue was, picked up the car, and the engine light comes on AGAIN. Took the car back, and they said it s all set. In total, we were without a fully operable vehicle for 3 weeks. When I asked about anything to compensate for their errors, they told me the original bill should have been much higher, but they took care of it. However, they HAD to take care of that, since there is a guarantee that they will fix their mistakes for free. We had to make multiple phone calls, for them to pay for the tow bill, that was a result of their errors. We tried to reach out to Corporate, to help with this issue, and they did not return any phone calls.Service: Transmission

Went here because my car was making a knocking noise when I turned . They said it was my ball joints which I didn t understand because my car was fairly new . Paid money to get all this work done . Got my car back and the noise was still there . I clean my car out and it was a water bottle banging against the seat which was causing the noise . and I wasted hundreds of dollars. These people do not care they just want your money . Go somewhere else

Love this place never had an issue always take all my cars here. But today I drop off my tire to have replaced and go pick up the tire they take to the car and I had to change my own tire as a shop full of men is present. $145.45 for a tire and changed my self.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had oil change. The did not put oil filter on right. Oil leaked out and I had a mess on my driveway. Put oil in and drove back to Firestone. The said they fixed problem. Agsin oil leaked out. Took it to Chevy dealership in West Chester and the fixed the problem Firestone installed the filter wrong. I'll never go to Firestone store again.Service: Oil change
