Amazing all around - from the first call to the final pick-up, their team made me feel comfortable about the work they were going to do. They took the lead with the insurance company to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally.Highly recommend them for any accident repair. I just recently had my Buick Enclave fixed at Downingtown Collision and it came out great. Cassandra at the front desk took care of contacting the insurance company and the billing. They also have cars to rent while yours is being fixed. Thanks again for everything!!!

Customer service and quality of work is top notch. My wife s Honda Civic had a tree come down which affected a majority of the panels. I brought the vehicle here based on reviews and living close by and seeing how clean and organized the facility is. Body and paint work looks amazing on her vehicle.What really stood out was the customer service. They really know what consumers are looking for in auto body repair. I was apprehensive that I couldn t go over the car myself before delivery due to time constraints on my end. Knowing this, Tim gave me a call and went over the repair and gave me complete confidence in knowing they will take care of any issues that I would have. Luckily I have no issues but it s the little things like that which make this place a great place to get your vehicle repaired at!

Professional, timely, and transparent I m so thankful I went to Downingtown Collision to get my car repaired. They took the stress out of the process for me and my car has been running great ever since! Highly recommend going to see Tim at Downingtown Collision!

Tim, his wife and his crew are the best! Not only did they do a fantastic job on my repairs three different times!, they were friendly and comforting. You just knew that they were going to take care of your vehicle and return it looking like new. Tim also takes the hassle out of getting a rental car by having his own small fleet to rent. UNBELIEVABLE!!!Tim & his crew went above and beyond the normal world of hospitality It sucks when you get hit & sucks even more when you have to deal with the police, the insurance company & a body shop all at the same timeTim not only assisted me with the pick up an delivery of my car & a rental during the time process, he handled the other insurance company & was friendly & professional..It doesn t get better than this. Highly recommend if you need any kind of service done! Tim was super helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. They did a great job fixing both front and back end damage - service was quick and they even cleaned up the inside of the car better than I could ve hoped. They even spoke with the insurance company on our behalf. Very happy with the results!

A tree fell on/into my car while I was driving and I had it towed to Downingtown. Tim went above and beyond to be helpful with my claim, even reaching out to my adjuster for me when he became nonresponsive. Unfortunately my vehicle was totaled, but I would recommend this shop to everyone if I could. Tim was amazing and helpful during this challenging time.

I wish we'd connected with Downingtown Collision many years ago. Tim is transparent and authentic. He presented options that other repair centers ignored. By far the best Auto body shop i've ever done business with! A few years ago when we moved into the area my daughter had a little accident with my house, the van was older and we simply wanted it drivable, Tim put it back together for me and was super gracious about it! Since then we had an accident with a Honda that was a victim of a hit and run at Exton Mall where Tim went way above and beyond in dealing with our insurance company and fixed our car as good as new (or maybe better). Recently I had an incident with my BMW and a Deer on 202 and Tim and team again exceeded expectations! He put my car all back together perfectly. I couldn't be happier! Hoping to not see them again but if the event arises the dread of an accident will be far less because of Downingtown Collision!

Can't recommend them enough. Tim was great, kept me up to date, and was very straight forward throughout the whole process. He dealt with the insurance company and helped make a difficult process very easy on me. My car looked incredible when done. I did have a concern with the AC about a month after getting the car back. When I reached out to Tim, no questions asked, he was very quick to take a look at the car that same day and had it right back to me. The best! That s right THE. BEST. PERIOD. Tim and his team are professionals at every step. From communicating with insurance companies to follow ups regarding your repair. You won t find a better team anywhere in Southeastern PA. Just remember Get it done right or get it done right now . The attention to detail and craftsmanship had the car looking better then delivery day. I m extremely happy with the work done on my 21 VW Atlas. I won t take my car anywhere else. What can I say Simply Amazing. I had a little mishap with my vehicle and dented the trunk. Tim and his team at Downingtown Collision took my car in immediately. The were very efficient and did a great job on my Forte. Tim communicated with me the whole step of the way. I have used Downingtown Collision on 2 separate occasions and they are beyond great. I will definitely use them again. They are my go to Body Shop. They even got my vehicle fully detailed that was a great surprise too not only did they fix the damages but made sure she sparkled. If you need your car repaired, this is the place to go. Tim, the owner and his team did a great job repairing my car's bumper. He is honest, sincere and a pleasure to work with. The customer service is incredible. They came out, picked up my car and delivered when the repair was done. Tim even had my car washed and the interior and trunk of my SUV shampooed! A very nice and considerate surprise. Tim, thank you for your attention to detail, I will absolutely recommend you to family and friends!

The best in town! I highly recommend using Downingtown Collison for any and all damages done to your car. They worked with my schedule and did an excellent job getting my car back to perfection. I didn t have to deal with my insurance company. They did it all. They even installed my rain guards on my charger. Tim and his crew are the best around!

I recently used Downingtown Collision to replace the tailgate on my new truck when I backed into something. I went to DTown Collision based on the great reviews I saw and since I always see high end cars out front I suspected they do great work - I was right! Tim and his team were very professional, everything turned out excellent and they even detailed the truck for me before I picked it up. I particularly appreciated Tim s great communication with me along the way and the way he worked with my insurance company. Highly recommended.

Outstanding job. Someone collided into my car in the rain, long story short this collisions repair shop went above and beyond, extremely helpful folks at Downingtown collisons that won't cut corners. After having driven the car for a while I can say I wouln't be able to tell it got rear ended one bit.

I took my car here for body repair on recommendation from my dealership. The work was excellent and the car cleaned up. It looked like it just came off the car lot, inside and out. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Additionally they handled the insurance end of it very well.They would be my first call if I ever needed body work again.

If you live in Downingtown and need your car repaired, don't think twice, bring it to Downingtown Collision and ask for Tim. He's personable, friendly and his team will do great work on your car. Alisha and Tim are so welcoming. They explained everything, answered all my questions. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. The guys that worked on my car did an excellent job. My mechanic referred me to them and he didn t steer me wrong! You have to look for them because they kind of blend in but you won t regret it!

These guys are top notch. I walked in without an appointment to see about getting a hitch bezel painted to match my vehicle. They quoted me a great price, and turned it around in less than a day. Like many others, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and DTC. I was recommended the shop by a friend after a stressful first car accident, and they turned what could have been an extremely negative experience into a truly positive one.The process was simple and transparent from start to finish. Tim went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep came back better than new. Service was extremely timely and efficient! These guys were great. I had a hood replaced somewhere else several months ago and was certain it was out of line. I got in touch with Tim through their website and set up a time that was convenient for me to stop in. Not only did they get the hood aligned properly, they fed me lunch, and didn t charge me for any of it (seriously). Very professional start to finish, I would highly recommend these guys for sure.
