Brought in my Audi for repair of a scraped door. They would not even take the time to look at it, told me to go somewhere else, they don't work on Audis. Would not even give me a recommendation. I had the work done at another place, not specifically licensed for Audis (no replacement parts were needed). Rude and totally unhelpful.

I got my car towed by then and they could care less charged me 505 and messed my car up not only that the old lady in the front was giving attitude the second I came in to pick up me car and then I look at it condition and was beyond pissed please don t give this tow company no business

Called after an accident to have my car towed after reading the glowing way they describe their friendly 24/7 service. Beyond disappointed in the way the woman I spoke to basically said she wouldn t help me and to call someone else. I was clearly struggling with an unfamiliar situation and had questions that she couldn t be bothered to help with. I found them neither friendly nor helpful and would never use their services.

Crawfords was great with my car! After getting into an accident, my vehicle was towed to their shop. We went to look at the damage and the owner was great with explaining how the process would work. Unfortunately my car was totaled, but the whole process was easier because of them! Thank you!! Such a great local business and they are willing to answer any and all questions!

My son's car broke down in traffic in the rain at night. A cop pulled up behind him and called Crawford's Towing. They charged me $325 to tow his car 5 miles to my house. The next day, I called BJ's Performance Towing to tow his car to Meineke in West Chester to get it fixed. They charged me $50. So I guess Crawford's multiplies their fee by a factor of 6 if you're in a bad situation.

Steve and Barb are absolutely fantastic! I was in a car accident a couple months ago and my car was towed to Crawford's. Unfortunately my car was totaled, but Steve and Barb gave me fantastic advice on how to deal with insurance after the fact, helped me clean out my car, and even snagged some items I forgot after I left for a work trip. They're clearly passionate about what they do and consumer education and it's greatly appreciated!

Crawford s was spectacular. My vehicle was damaged in a crash and Crawford s did the repairs. They communicated well, they were timely in doing the repairs, and the job was immaculate. My dad was in an accident a few weeks ago and his car was towed to Crawford's. In an all around terrible situation, Crawford's was a bright spot. The owners were kind, caring, helpful, and efficient.

Crawford s towed my car after I was involved in an accident. The tow truck response time was great considering it was Friday evening around rush hour. I had to get my belongings out the next week and the employees were nice and helpful. Barb really took care of me by providing great advice regarding how to deal with insurance companies. Thanks for the great service!

Tow service was good, no complaints. Yet the prices are unfair and Barb definitely hasn t got any action for Atleast 10 Years. She came outside and yelled at me after I had paid and my car was released. She wanted me off her property yet I was literally just standing next to my car holding onto my keys which is not illegal at all. Old man who I believe was the boss came outside as well and yelled at his mechanic for no reason, mechanic told me that they are always like that so I felt bad for the guy. They definitely have connections in the police departments because the owners son knew the cops well. Have had similar experiences with my cars being towed but never as extensive and annoying as this one. Overall decent business but rude owners and bosses. If anyone uses this business avoid talking to the lady.Service: Car towing

I can't thank Crawfords Auto Center Inc. Towing enough for helping my mother and I navigate our recent total loss claim. They were truly on our side and made sure we were being treated right by the insurance company! They absolutely put the customer #1! Amazing customer service, can't thank Barb enough for all the help! Wish there were more companies like this out there!

I had got into an accident and my car was towed here requested by the police department , they charged me $340 for a 4 mile tow basically legal robbery

Extremely happy with the tow service I used today and would definitely recommend! The driver was quick to the scene, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware of the cost and any mileage fees when choosing which shop to tow me to and also did not show the least bit of annoyance when we needed to change my destination after reaching the initial shop I chose. Thank you, Crawford's!

Crawford's Auto Center is a great locally based family business, I have been using them for years. I have used them for Towing, Mechanical Services, and Collision Services. Recently this fall I had a deer hit and they were quick with the repairs. Steve, Barb, and Staff always put their customers as their first priority, they work for me NOT the insurance company. I would suggest them to anyone who needs assistance with an accident or if they feel they are being taken advantage of by the insurance company. Steve and Barb are very knowledgeable and can help you out.

Crawford s is top notch. Owners are very educated and have the best interest in their customers. They fought insurance adjusters for two months to get my car fixed correctly. Don t listen to the haters below.

My car looks Amazing! Clean and beautiful. They do excellent work. I'm very pleased with how beautiful my car looks. Very professional and knowledgeable about the insurance companies. I've learned a lot from my experience and highly recommend them not only for the excellent work they do but the knowledge of how insurance companies work. Thank you for everything.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This business is unethical. I originally posted a review last week when I thought the car was off their lot. They called demanding the post be removed and delayed the release of the car another day. They charge a storage fee - so they made more money because of this. Since this is all handled by insurance companies - maybe the justify it. I will not have my car towed there ever again.Service: Car towing

These people work tirelessly to provide excellent service . My vehicle had extensive damage . Steve and barb maintained continuous contact with me via e mail and text throughout the repair . They dealt with the rental car company for me and provided me with rental vehicle above what I expected .. I learned later this was due to the awesome relationship they have with the rental company . My car was return in perfect condition it was clean and I am so happy I choose this shop . They worked for me and helped me get what I deserved. I would also like to note this shop was 45 minutes from my home. I did not choose them based on convience, I choose them because they promised to provide excellent work and excellent communication . I received both and more .. they always had my interests as a priority... if I needed a shop tomorrow I would choose Crawford s ... Thank you Steve and BarbMichelle Gerdelmann.. happy customer

The absolute worst!!! $412 for a 3 mile tow and literally 12 hrs in storage! Owners wife is rude! Does not know how to speak to people talks to them as if she s above them. We were told our car was totaled and when our mechanic went to look at it and said it was fine. ( mechanic wasn t allowed on property without us having to call police) They wouldn t let us remove it from their property and tried to not allow us to pay them (. Sounds dumb I know) and banned us from their property bc of course we were arguing ! After 9 hrs later and six police officers later we finally were allowed to pay for our car and given our keys and drove our car off of the lot but not after the police told her she had to release my keys! I only gave one star bc her husband was honest in the end and I had to chose one star to be able to post!

Unethical business with shady, slimy, and questionably legal business practices. The owners wife Barb is extremely nasty and rude, and has an attitude like she hasn't gotten any action in 15 years. Prices are absolutely absurd. And they only accept cash. They consistently take advantage of people in a bad spot. They would likely not be in business at all if they weren't somehow contracted by local police departments. This business operates unethically, and the owner should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs.

My son was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and Crawford took care of towing his vehicle the person who caused the accident Joe Boyd posted a negative review on the website . Barb has been nothing but wonderful helping me get through this difficult timeIt appears Joe Boyd has no remorse for almost killing my son and for altering his life forever. I wish the only thing my son had to do was pay a little bit of money .Before we trash others perhaps we should look in the mirrorService: Motorcycle towing

I just called to get a recommendation and the A-Hole answering the phone decided to chew me out about how dare I ask him something outside his "expertise". These guys are a bunch of scams and bad actors. Never do business with them!Just seeing this response to my review after three years. They are making up fabricated stories to cover their tracks from their horrific customer service. It s clear they have to have deals with the township bc they have burned bridges with the public. Again, don t do business with them, ever!

We have had our cars repaired here for years. There is simply no one else we would use for car body work or towing. Steve and his staff are the best to work with. They take on all of the aggravation of the insurance company, fight for new parts instead of used parts and are champions in what they do. You will never be disappointed.

Excellent work have had mine and family s vehicles fixed there. I m a mechanic and have auto body experience.Responded to my call immediately at 4pm on a Saturday for an emergency tow 25 miles away and were there in 50 minutes.
