The staff at Bruno's is more like family than business associates.Jeanine at the front desk is a get 'er done kind of person. She wants to make sure your problems are cared for.The top mechanic, Mike is top dog as far as mechanics go.Mike was able to care of two things in short order after two mechanics from other shops couldn't solve the issues.This shop is fantastic!

Great service, multiple phone calls, fair pricing, and honest.I had suspicions last year that another shop (a chain no less) I had been using for years was trying to pull one over on me with a failed inspection. The team at Bruno's identified the "issues" the other shop had but were truthful that the parts did not require replacement and even commented that other shops often use this "issue" as a reason to fail inspections (strut pistons having a layer of fluid on them, but not actually leaking - which the manufacturer of my vehicle had issued an acknowledgement).I have been back several times over the last year and have always had a good experience with the team at Bruno's.

Anthony and Nathan helped me immensely out of a jam. Anthony with his courteous help. Nathan with his speedy and skillful hands. My flat tire was fixed in a jiffy. Very important for me to get back on the road. Blessings and High Kudos to them both!Grateful am I... Service: Tires

Bruno s are the best people I ve ever dealt with! I ve been taking all my vehicles to them for years and they are always straight up. They do great work for reasonable prices! They are also really quick too. I can t say enough good things about them.

Great people! Very helpful, EXCELLENT mechanic. I have an old truck that I have been trying to get back on the road. They were very kind and patient with me. I have been a mechanic most of my life, and when asked if I know of a good shop I will say "yep. Bruno's"!

Don t believe any of the negative reviews about this place. Brunos And Sons is THE ABSOLUTE BEST for quality, honesty, and repairs that actually fix your car!! And they definitely won t sell you what you don t need. I ve been using them for my cars for twenty years. As a long time resident of Downingtown it makes me so happy to see they re still here. Sure you can get a faster or cheaper oil change or tire service but why go to a chain when you can support your own hometown local business? Once they even gave me a ride home because I had a sprained ankle and couldn t drive my car. Now THATs local home town service. I get my gas here, my oil changes, ANY repairs, and have brought several used vehicles for them to inspect before purchasing. They ve never let me down. Love Brunos and Sons!!

My wife scheduled an appointment 3 days prior for 4 o'clock, needless to say i got there at 4:05. I went to the front desk and said i was there for an oil change and inspections, the guy at the desk went to the mechanic and told him i was there for my appointment, after it took him 2 mins or so to find my wife name on the schedule. Mind you both bays had cars being worked on. I hear the mechanic sound frustrated saying who schedule that. The guy at the front desk comes back and says sir it takes about a hour and a half just for the inspection, so we can't do it today. I wish i could give them a 0 star.

I brought my 1999 Mustang to Bruno's.... I felt Mike was totally honest with the diagnostic.... I totally appreciated his help. Thank you to the friendly people at Bruno's..... Recommend them highly...

They plugged n patched a flat tire formen $20 flat. ( pun intended ) super quick and easy ifnyou have the wheel off ahead of time. Always nothing but smiles from the staff. A+

I had a serpentine belt go on me. Luckily I was at Bruno s when it happened and they took care of it. Barely a wrinkle in my day. Def. recommend.
