We have been bringing our cars here for years, and they are the only shop that we trust. They are knowledgeable, and are always honest regarding repairs. In addition, they have always gone above and beyond to fit us in a timely fashion when there is a need. I'm happy I found a place where their prices are fair and the work is done right. Not knowing much about cars it's always nerve-racking finding a new place to take your vehicles. The front end staff, Sarah is always so kind and answers any questions I have.

I have been bringing my car here for years. They are wonderful! I brought my car in recently because it was making the worst noise in the world. I was afraid it was something serious. They let me know it was just a rock that got caught in the brake system. They knocked the rock out and did not even charge me for their time ! This is the place to bring your car if you want great work from honest people!

Failed inspection partially over my turn signal not cancelling. They returned my vehicle with the turn signal completely broken. I gave it back and they fixed the turn signal, but now my horn does not work. Vehicle is less safe than the condition I gave it to them two times in a row. Will not take it back for a third time because I do not trust them.

Recently relocated to the area and used these folks to do inspections on two of our vehicles. Nothing but good things to say about these people. Sarah was friendly as can be and Brian was the one doing our inspections. Brian was very professional and easy to talk to. Good people here. If I buy another vehicle I will come back here.

Honest, Fast, Flexible!I go to this shop for any issue with my car. I am a Mom with a long commute, trying to get my boy through college, so turnaround and fair prices are a must. This location is always so fast and reliable. They never try and get more money out of you by making you get repairs you don t need just yet. They also let you know what you might be needing soon which is helpful. I always get my inspections done with them and am always happy with the service! Sarah at the front desk is always super helpful!

Todd and his team are fantastic. I have never had a complaint. They are fair, easy to deal with, and the main thing I love about them is their honesty. They give you options, explain in detail and are the first place I call. If you re looking for an honest owner and mechanic, I highly recommend.

As always they do excellent work. They are very courteous and do their best to get your car back to you as quickly as possible. They never tell you things you don't need and take the time to listen to you and explain any needed repairs. Their pricing is awesome. I was 40 miles from home on late Friday afternoon, and my exhaust pipe broke. I found this Meineke. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, efficient, friendly and professional!! These guys are awesome they will get job done in a timely manner! Customer service is great! Communication is awesome and prompt! This is definitely my go to shop when it comes to my vehicle needing anything repaired. I would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Meineke for more than 20 years and I have been more than satisfied with their work as well as their pricing. I sent my Daughter to Meineke when she first moved into the area 13 years ago. We are definitely loyal customers!

We have been using Minekee for my wife's car for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences. Todd is a great guy and knows his stuff. Never has had the vehicle longer than was told and always honest as to whats needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Called on a Friday afternoon and they had tires ordered and ready for us on Monday. We were taken on time for our appointment and were out the door in less than 45 minutes! Price was competitive and will recommend to others.

We have been taking 3 vehicles to them for a couple years. Always have great service. The mechanics care that your car is running right and inform you if they see something wrong or what work you will need in the future. Todd, his staff including Sara are great, they have done some costly repairs for us. And if they can t fix/figure out what s going on they are up front.

We were able to get our car in quickly to have our emissions and safety tests done. The receptionist was warm and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions quickly and throughly. We definitely be using them again for our other vehicles.

Sarah is extremely good and a real professional. The mechanic who performed my work did and excellent service on my Infiniti.I highly recommend this company. Also they honor VA discount.. Moved to the area recently and have contacted every other shop in a 5 mile radius for oil changes. These people are the nicest by far, always make time for you, and have competitive pricing. I'm so happy I live near the shop and can just drop my car off. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

EDIT: Meineke is now A and M Auto Service.As usual my car was taken care of promptly, when I went to pick it up the next day they noticed the passenger side tire was completely flat. I was not charged for them looking over why it was flat. Great group of guys. And Sarah at the front is always pleasant.

I took my car to my regular shop for inspection. I had a ridiculous estimate to fix an exhaust leak. I retrieved my car and took it to Meineke, having used them in the past for another exhaust problem with a different car, they were able to do a repair instead of a complete replacement, which saved me a lot of money. I just found my new regular maintenance shop! Thanks Sarah, and the Technician that took care of me at very short notice.Service: Exhaust

Great service! It takes practically all day, but I guess that s because they re in such high demand. You would think an oil change would be quick though. I guess they go in order.I asked for my tires to be rotated but that s not indicated on my bill. I m a little concerned that my maintenance was not done correctly. Also, the the oil dial wasn t reset, but I know how to do that. I hope the oil was changed?!

The receptionist is still not wearing a mask and for that reason alone I will not use them again. My grandaughter s car was eventually fixed but not until some unnecessary work was done on it. No compensation was given until I complained to the receptionist who was not the least bit understanding or nice about it. Staff friendly and they take time to explain your car situation. They discussed the different angles to help to repair your car to get it on the road. Sarah is super she also let you know about your car the price the different angles you have to do to get your car back on the road safely

I have been a customer of Meineke for several years now. They all, from reception to completion, are pleasant helpful and most of all knowledgeable and efficient. My brakes had been squeaking for a couple weeks and I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get new ones. I took it to this Meineke and told them to go ahead with the brake repair.I was very ready to spend $400+ dollars on getting the brakes done and was just hoping I hadn't grooved or warped my rotors. I was pleasantly surprised when the nice lady working the desk told me that they hadn't found anything wrong with my brakes and they suspected the squeaking was just a hard spot on the pad (and it would go away after a while).They said my brakes had over half their life left and that I don't owe them anything.I'll go back there with any car issue for my entire family. I've told everyone at my work about it (those guys drive a lot) and I will tell anyone I meet what a great experience I had. I really appreciate their integrity in a business where you rarely know if you are getting hosed.I hope this review helps make them get a lot of business. This is the type of business I really want to see succeed. I know they just made a customer for life.

Every time I have something wrong with either of my cars or need an oil change, I always go to Meineke. They are quick, professional, fair and honest--you can't ask for more in an auto repair shop. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to get their car fixed!

Been going to Meineke Downingtown for a few years now. Finally remembered to leave a comment. The things that are important to me in a mechanic have been met at this location. Friendly and professional reception/intake. Timely service. They are good at getting your auto work completed in a timely fashion, especially on the rare occasions that I have had to wait at the site. Most importantly... They do great work. All my brake work is done here as well as any other mechanical issues with my vehicle. I have never had any problems with them trying to "up-sell" services to me. Any recommendations that they have given me were always clear, straight forward and actually true/needed. I have recommended this shop to all my friends and that is my true test of quality, as I'm slow to recommend things to friends because my reputation is as much at stake as the place that I recommend. Anyone who has a vehicle knows how difficult it can be to find a good mechanic I think that you will be satisfied here I have been,. Good luck. JB

This is by far NOT the best place to go. The reviews are creating a false image. I took my car to get an oil change, something my husband could easily do but for convenience sake, decided to try this place based off the reviews it got. I booked an appointment online, called to ask if I could change the time, which I was told was fine. I told the woman on the phone that I had noted synthetic in the notes, but I thought high mileage oil would be better for my car. (Online pricing was full synthetic $70, high mileage $55, basic $20 special So she said changed it.. My husband took my car in, and they told him it was 97$!! He told them he wanted high mileage, which they tried telling him it would be the same price...??? Once the car was done, he noticed the sticker said the oil needed to be changed after 3k miles, which he paid 97$ for, which is what a basic oil change requires, so he had to turn around, speak to the owner and was reimbursed so we ended up paying 65$ but we still have to get the oil changed in 3k.. Doesn't make sense to me as last time I had it done professionally was at STS with full synthetic, was $75 and it lasts 5k miles. I basically just wasted money and blew 65$ on a simple oil change my husband could have done for less than half that price. I won't be going back!

Excellent, Honest, Experienced Mechanics you can trust their expertise and their word. This is like a family shop to me personally. I have used Dan Brown's Meineke for years, for my Mother and Father's cars and trucks as well as my own vehicles. Warm friendly staff and Excellent men to not only do the best for your vehicles but also your wallet!!! Couldn't recommend Anymore than Meineke in Thorndale Pa.If you need an honest mechanic to help you, well call Todd or Steve and and Im sure you will quite satisfied. Sean a consumer that has only used Meineke for over 7 years

I've been going to this shop for many years. The best testament I can give you is that my last car made it to 372,000 miles before I even thought of replacing it. My supercharged Bonneville before it made 268,000. They have always been accommodating and provided excellent service at a value price. Zero complaints.
