I have been using 113 Auto for our 2 cars for a few years and we couldn't be happier with their service. I used to a franchise shop before which for the most part did right by me but they were bound by franchise rules and regulations so ultimately that turned into extra cost to the customers. 113 Auto is honest, reliable, and the most reasonable car service business I have ever come across. They only performed needed services to my cars and they don't push their recommendations on me. I will most likely use their services for as long as we drive cars and live in this neighborhood.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement

One of the goals of adulthood is finding an honest mechanic. I found 113 Auto almost 10 years ago and am so glad I did. The 113 Auto staff is knowledgable, approachable, transparent, and honest. If they can, they provide options on what can be done or items that can be put to the back burner. You will NOT get a laundry list of suggested repairs that the big name shops (Firestone and the like) will give you for thousands of dollars. A good indicator of a quality shop is how busy they are. If you can t get an appointment for a week, they aren t hurting for business and they don t need to upsell their customers into unnecessary repairs.Complete trust this staff to do quality work at an honest price. Helped diagnose and fix my check engine light for a very affordable rate. Honest, Professional mechanics with quality work. I get all my work done there have for years. Great work and great people. They do awesome work no matter what I had they took care of it. Timing is great. Yes I refer them to everyone. Wendy and Chris are great service is professional.

I have extended warranty from a big pre-own chain, and get tires from a chain for the deals, pro-rated warranty etc. They both tell me I need this, I need that. I thank them, then go to 113 Auto and hear, "oh, no, you don't need this or that. You only need this!". Boom! Someone you can finally trust. Great work, great value, and HONEST. Great people.

I highly recommend! The staff is friendly and really helpful in explaining what you are in for if there are issues. Honesty goes a long way! Good pricing, really accommodating - certainly my new go-to shop!

EXCELLENT service + pricing that can't be beat... It's a no-frills shop, but I'll take these guys any day of the week over the local "big dealership" outfits. If you're looking for an honest & knowledgeable shop who won't try to "upsell" you on things you don't need, this is it. An annual PA inspection will easily cost you $75 to $100 with NOTHING needing fixed at one of the local dealer shops...But at 113, it cost me less than half... Can't beat that. :0)

Great shop with courteous, professional and knowledgeable crew.My family has used this shop for almost 10 years and we have never had a problem they could not fix.If it's the transmission they have several great transmission shops that they can recommend.

Owner was overly aggressive, lied, was obviously under the influence, and ripped me off for $600 , not to mention mention all the quarters were mysteriously missing from my cup holder. BEWARE of this and don't make the same mistake I made!!!PS after $2400 my vehicle still does not run!!Also Chris the mechanic is not qualified to be a mechanic in any way shape or formService: Engine repair

I stopped in the other day for an air conditioning recharge. Chris checked the system for leaks and recharged it all while I waited. A good job done at a reasonable price.
