Unfortunately, I have needed to utilize Rick's more than I would like, but I must say I have never, ever, been disappointed! Way to go to everyone who works there and Rick "your amazing", my family, and friends besides myself are very appreciative! Going back 15 years or more of very happy clients!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing to use my car insurance for a claim involving significant body work. I knew I wanted to support a small local business and I couldn't be happier with Rick's Auto Body. Rick and Nick both helped educate me on the claims process, worked with my insurance company, and made sure I was satisfied with the final outcome. I received my vehicle back sooner than expected and it looked great. When I noticed a small issue after I received my car back, they remedied it at my earliest convenience. They truly care about their customers, and it shows in the quality of their work.

WOW! Who would have thought in today s world you could receive exceptional work at a great price. From the moment I was referred to Rick s Auto Body the experience was great. Friendly folks who actually explain in detail what work you need AND how they re going to do it. I never felt pressured nor that I was being fast talked. I highly recommend this place. I had my first accident in 15 years of driving. After getting 5 different local estimates for Auto Body work, Rick's seemed to be the most fair estimate for the work I needed done. Beyond that, after meeting the son, he just seemed like a very friendly and genuine guy. Decided to go with them and could not have been more please with the work they did. My car looks better than it did before I even had the accident! Not only did they fix the major scratch and dent across 2 panels and the hood of the car, he repainted 2 chips on my doors and touched up chips around the back and sides of the car at no extra cost. The car was fully washed and appeared to be somewhat detailed and the inside was vacuumed and clean. They went well above and beyond what I expected for an extremely fair price. 10/10 customer service the whole way through the process, highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After I had work done at Ricks Auto Body,I took my car for inspection. The mechanic at the inspection station said the work done by the body shop was perfect! Highly recommend Ricks Auto Body!

Amazing work! They did it quickly and did a spectacular job on my car. He took it in during the holiday season, which is a busy time for everyone. I needed my car back quickly bc I was starting a new job and they came through. Not ONLY that, but the work was better than if I had taken my car to the dealership. So professional and beautiful. Absolutely GORGEOUS. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I shopped around for prices before choosing Rick's, he was competitively priced, definitely not one of the over inflated auto body shops! Fair pricing and excellent work. Thank you!!!!

Rick s completed body work more than once on a vehicle that was accidentally driven into our garage door/frame. Pricing from another/larger body shop was almost $1500. Rick s completed the work beautifully for far less, and provided phenomenal customer service. We ve recommended the shop multiple times to others we know and will continue to do so.

Rick handled everything in a calm, reassuring, professional manner. The repair was perfect, and was completed one day early. A Thank You note was left inside my freshly-washed, detailed car. Terrific customer service! It was a pleasure working with Rick s Auto Body, and I highly recommend them.

Rick is a craftsman when it comes to auto body repair! I've had 4 vehicles repaired there in 12 years, and every time, the service has been superb!

I've had to come here a few times from having my car hit. Rick does a fantastic job, and is a man of his word! Reliable, honest, and all around great, quality workmanship! I don't think twice about where to go to have these jobs done!

This place deserves every bit of five stars. The workmanship shown in the work that they have performed for me has been wonderful. They are willing to go above and beyond every time. My vehicles always leave Rick's looking better than they do before being involved in an accident. Great attention to detail.

Had work done on my Chrysler 200, they did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service was 100% on point, and matched their quality of work. Many people in my family had used ricks autobody for the past two decades and there is no one better in the county of York than this auto body shop. They are the best and are also just very nice gentleman that work there. The owner is outstanding

Was recommended by a co-worker when I needed some minor body repair To my Jeep after a drunk ran me off the road years ago. Since then he has also repaired it 2 other times after different accidents. Always fair with prices and work is done well and with in the time promised.

I would not even give one star if I had a choice! Rude, all about money, care less about safety, told me WE but the parts NOT you! How do you think we make all our money! Your trying to starve us! Would never recommend!!
