Murph, Felicia were absolutely lovely. I came in without an appointment and they got me in and out fixed in no time at all. I was blown away by the kindness they provided and understanding with the last minute notice for the repair. They had me in and out. I will recommend everyone for this location! Thanks guys!

I have been to the Dover location twice in a week to have tires repaired. The employees were all very pleasant and professional. My car was taken in right away. Hope I don't have any further tire issues, but if I do, this is where I will go again.

We were welcomed by Felicia as soon as we walked in the door. Murphy performed a tire rotation, replaced my hubcaps, checked my sensors and offered valuable advice. We'll be back!!! Very happy with our service today!

Had a hole in my tire and had to get to an event (I must have gotten it within just a few minutes prior because air was gushing out). I pulled in just as they were closing but Rob was willing to patch me up and get me running again. A HUGE THANK YOU for taking the time to help me make my event without having a truck down to rim greatly appreciated!

Hands down the best tire experience I've had so far, the prices and the service where definitely unmatched. I recommend this specific tire Shop. Quick, Fast, Service done right. Everyone was so kind.. I absolutely will bring my car back for future tire issues and I will definitely recommend this tire Shop for my close family and friends. 10/10 experience.

Mavis was awesome! I walked in the store and expressed that I needed help with a flat tire. They immediately pulled my car in and plugged the flat. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend stopping by Mavis if you need help with a flat!

Came in to get a leak in my tire checked out. They found the issue, fixed it and had me on my way super fast. They were great and super friendly! Absolutely will be coming back for any tire needs in the future!!

Our first experience at Mavis was wonderful. The lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We were very satisfied with maintenance performed on our vehicle and the mechanics were very professional and polite. I went into Mavis tires in Dover for a flat tire that another shop wouldn t repair. They were able to look at the tire, get it fixed, and put it back on all in a span of about 25-30 minutes. Friendly and quick service. Highly recommend getting service done at Mavis.

Had to get my Dirty Dodge tire repaired and they jumped right on it and fixed it within minutes.. Great customer service from all staff!! This is my 3rd experience with Mavis from purchasing, mount and balancing to repairs and all have been top notch.

I just stopped in Mavis during the snow storm without an appointment. The team there were able to diagnose the issue I was having with my tire, fix what was necessary, had me on my way within a half hour and for an extremely fair price. Thanks again to the team there. I would recommend and will likely return for service.

I just had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Dover, Pa. I had a flat tire on my 2000 BMW Z3 this am in my garage. I took the tire up to Mavis. Felicia took the wheel right in and fixed the flat in 5 minutes. No charge! I will be going back to Mavis Tire in Dover for my next set of tires! Thank you!

I had a tire going low on air pressure on my truck. When I went to add air to it I found a screw head sticking out of the center of the tire. On my way home I stopped at the Dover location to see if they could possibly put a plug in it. Lady at the front desk, sorry I did not get your name, walked out to my truck. I showed her the screw and she said no problem. Asked when they could fix it and she said right now if you can wait. I gave her my keys and she took it right into the shop. Within 10 minutes it was fixed. Thank you for the quick service. I highly recommend giving them a try for your service needs.

If you need ANY tire service near Dover I highly recommend! Murph, Felicia, and the entire staff were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to get my tire taken care of, and made a stressful situation way more manageable. You will absolutely not find a more affordable place with better customer service. I will always trust them with my tire needs going forward. Thank you so much Dover Mavis!

Was able to get in for an oil change next day and they were super fast and the workers were very kind and welcoming. They had a nice waiting room as well. I will definitely be switching to Mavis for my general maintenance!

Stopped in to check a low tire. The team met me at the door, got my car in within 5 minutes found the issue and repaired it. I was out the door in about 20 min. Great fast service!!! Thank you

The people at Mavis Discount Tire are great, very helpful. My car could not start in my garage, and they came personally to jump start my battery. They followed me to the shop to make sure I made it there and they took good care of me. They are Great.!

The valve stem on my truck tire blew out so I took it to Mavis in Dover to have them replace it. The service was more than fantastic and the staff was wonderful. This was my first time at a Mavis Tire store but after today they gained all my future tire needs/service.

Went in with 2 front tires with slow leaks and Mavis Dover got them fixed for me quickly while I waited. Fortunately, they checked all of my tires, because it turns out I picked up a nail in a 3rd tire at a job site earlier that day. Exceptional service, friendly employees, and a comfortable waiting room with a wide selection of choices on the TV to keep you distracted while you wait!Also, free wifi!

I came to originally get tires mounted and balanced! They got me right in and turns out I need front struts! They got me the parts within the half hour and had me out in record time! Great service here!!

Great service. I pulled in to have a tire checked for leaking air and then I added an oil change. They changed the oil quickly and found the valve stem leaking air and fixed that for free. I will be back for future needs.
