Difficult to find had to order a Toyota right passanger mirror. More economical then ordering from Toyota. They asked all the pertinent questions to make sure they ordered the right part. Would of given a higher score but they need to work on their customer service skills

Was in the need for a rim for my car and they were extremely helpful and had my part pulled for me when I showed up... very knowledgeable people who are down to earth and very helpful... I'll be back for sure!

Great service they have a large variety in parts and if they could not get something they Will do everything they can to try and locate It got something ordered and was given a call the same day saying it was ready for pick up these guys rock.

This is a awesome shop..We sold them our old car..They were very friendly..would not give them nothing but 5 stars..this is a place I would do business again and definitly recomend..Thank you..you guys were awesome

It s nice to see how many people were respected and treated properly, but sadly that was not the case for me. I recently called to order a part for my car, and at the beginning everything was going fine. However, Chris eventually became agitated with us asking many questions about the part we wanted to purchase and began to act disrespectfully towards us. I don t understand where and when Chris thought it was correct to decide when to cancel our order or tell us he wasn t going to waste his time on people like us. But there are other ways to communicate one s message. Secondly, when I tried to understand his statement and clarify that we aren t trying to waste his time, (which I don t understand how it s wasting his time if that s why he s working there, to waste time and make an income) he would not let me speak at all, and interrupt me every time I spoke. I understand we all have our bad days, but as a person who will be working with clients one should learn how to communicate properly with others and control those childish attitudes. In the call, I never played around and became indecisive about the order, I simply just asking questions to verify if I was understanding everything correctly. I understand this is a business where many people are calling for many parts, and you guys are busy; however, at that moment you were dealing with my time, and my money as well. Therefore, my input and my opinion matters as equally as ours. To tell me that I m wasting your time and asking too many questions, is such a hypocrite statement. I find it unfair to me and father who were just trying to make sure we understood you correctly, especially since English is not our first language. I also I find it usual that after translating the information to my dad into Spanish is when Chris began to act disrespectful and aggressive towards us and then later he just hanged up on us. By all means, I would never recommend this place to anyone on my behave. I hope, that any future clients never have to experience this type of disrespect.

I just sold my car to Lebarron's and from the time I called they were nothing but courteous, professional, and offered me a fair price. Scott came to pick up my car he was efficient and professional. I definitely recommend them!

I needed a couple parts for my car. I called and got very courteous and effective service. One part ended up being out of stock and I got a message very quickly. This allowed me to make other arrangements. Top customer service here!

Bought parts for a year straight from this business out of convenience and limited used auto parts in my area. Honestly compared to yards I dealt w in Maryland very unorganized and alot of junk inventory. Not alot of money spent for late model inventory, instead they will purchase elsewhere. I had no problems w returns unless it was electrical items. Well today I called for one of my customers and the guy that answered was rude and zero help. I asked for Jenn whom I dealt w the previous year. Customer didn't need the part it happens, so I asked about returning and that's where it got really interesting. I was told no returns, well that's funny they did any other time. Customers cancel jobs , shop can't eat parts. Jenn's response was that I didn't buy the part. That's irrelevant I wanted to know what happened to return policy for future reference. If something is not returnable or has a restocking fee customer should be aware. She also said it was case by case... so i tried asking a few more questions and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and immature for a business to act like that. That's one reason why that place will never grow only scrape by. Personally I will never order again and I will relay that info to everyone I know. Very disrespectful. Period. Also they are so hard up customer was told they would take it back if they bought 150 drive shaft for 400$ , shady business beware! You guys need customer service training, manners, and organization. Maybe try chucks or lkq you'll get better service, pricing , more inventory and general human decency. One of the other reviews owner responded no returns on electrical and others within 30 days. So what was problem today? Someone peed in your cheerios? Can't hang up on my review either.

The people were real friendly. I needed a transmission. The guy even cleaned it up for me and helped me put it in my truck. That's what I call customer service. If I need anything else I will definitely drive the 35 min to do business again with them.

Chris was very nice and was very professional in finding the part I needed and couldn't find anywhere else. He kept in touch with me all the way through. I suggest that if you need anything, talk with him.

They charge you 25.00 minimum charge no matter how small the part is and they charge you almost 4 percent surcharge if you use a credit card to pay for you purchase Used part prices seemed high too I could have got them cheaper online but didn t have the time They got me once and they will never get me again I ll never use this place again Just warning people to let them know

I ordered a headlight for my volvo s80 they were very friendly people and they made sure I got the correct part for my car before I purchased it and the price was exceptional, the headlight actually looked better than the original one I have on the car. I hope to do business with them in the future.

Had a hard time finding a window for my car, called these guys they found one that would work, chris the guy that helped me was so nice, very professional and very knowledgeable,he explained what the difference was from the glass in my car and the glass I was buying from them! I will def go back if needed and I recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the best auto salvage businesses around. I recently needed a power window motor-regulator for my current Buick and they had one at a great price-much less$ than a new one at Auto Zone! I have purchased used parts here before and in April 2015, I was able to sell/salvage my then near worn out 2005 Buick Century and they paid me a decent amount for it. When you need a used auto part-check out Lebarron's Auto Salvage-they are great!

If I could give them ZERO STARS - I WOULD.STAY AWAY from this place unless you can't find it anywhere else. Told them specifically what year I needed a part for - they point me to a car in the lot to look at. Color looks the same but I was unaware that the part would not fit my year. I RELIED ON THEIR "EXPERTISE" to advise me what would work with my application. They sell me the part and then try to sell me another DAMAGED PART (CRACKED - WHICH I REFUSED EVEN THOUGH THEY PULLED IT). A few hours later I find out from ANOTHER MORE HONEST SALVAGE YARD that the part I had from LaBarron's was NOT GOING TO FIT MY APPLICATION. I go back for a refund and they insist on charging a "RESTOCKING FEE" . This is something they DID NOT WANT TO TAKE CREDIT FOR (the misleading information and trying to pawn off on me a part that would not work). I was FORCED to give up an additional $25 for "RESTOCKING" the part they NEVER SHOULD HAVE SOLD ME. // BE AWARE - SHOP AROUND - GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE FOR YOUR PARTS. These people are NOT GOOD HONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE WILLING TO ADMIT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND EAT THE COST OF PULLING A PART AND TAKING IT BACK AN HOUR LATER BECAUSE IT WASN'T THE CORRECT YEAR. On another note - they did very willingly take my cash without providing a receipt though.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET AN HONEST DEAL - THESE GUYS ARE BAD NEWS....

Needed an Audi 1.8T cylinder head. The head was exactly as described, they went out of their way to help me inspect for cracks between valve seats to make sure the head was rebuildable! I didn't have to pay them to remove the head.They're 100 miles from me. Usually that would rate a bend over moment but LeBarron's charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone.All in all a great experience!
