This was two years ago but still angry about it. Took a day off work to look at a Ford Ranger they had listed for sale. The tuck had seat covers and I asked about them they assured me the seat wasn t ripped. Pulled the seat cover off to find a very poor patch job on the seat. Also when looking at the truck they told me that there was a small patch on the frame and showed it to me and I was fine with that and bought the truck. 2 months later the fuel pump went bad. No big deal. Pulled the bed to replace it and found the the frame was completely shot massive holes and when you pushed on the bumper the frame would flex. It should have NEVER had a fresh inspection sticker on it. The part of the frame that holds the spare tire up was completely gone. I would never recommend buying a car from this sketchy dealership

*Update*The car ran great for 2 months... now its problem after problem! Battery had blown cells, ignition coils all went, now the alternator and wiring have went! 1,000 worth of work being put into it. After being told it was always kept up to date and well taken care of...Met with John to see about a Mercury Sable, great car for a good price! John was nice, I met his partner at the end, both good guys. I've had the car now for 4 days, no trouble at all. Runs great, easy on gas, inside is in great condition, tires still have good treads.

This place robbed me. Got a car here last fall had a brand new inspection sticker and was under the impression that this was a good vehicle. Long story short it needs upwards of $3,000 in work such as new ball joints, both rear backing plates, and a whole new power steering line. As of right now this car will not pass inspection not even a year after purchase.

This "dealership" is full of crooks!!!! They sold a 16 year old kid his first car, took his deposit, and sold it out from under him in less than a day! No calls, no communication, no car!! When we showed up to pay for the car, we were told it was sold and we "needed to calm down". I have never dealt with such worthless people in my life. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL GET ROBBED!!!!

Went here to check out a truck. After driving I was encouraged to put down a deposit which I did. Thankfully I did my due diligence to get this checked out at my mechanic. Even tho the salesman assured me there was nothing wrong it was ready to go, my mechanic assured me this was junk. He had a long list of issues. They tried to sell me junk and wasted my money in the process. I would certainly stay away from this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Huge scamMy aunt got a town and country van from here and they said it was in tip top shape that the only thing wrong was the mechanical sliding door. Ever since we have had it we have had nothing but issues. Bad battery leaking oil. Leaks in the tires right away. The other door not shutting properly heating issues with the heater. Window on passenger side not working properly and they kept promising to fix the car and they just got to it on Thursday and it was supposed to be back Friday to us and they called and said they can't get into auto zone till Monday so now we are vehicle less till Monday they are crooks they kept saying it would good today to but then at 4 today they called and said now it won't be till Monday without a car. What it is is that they don't wanna do the work so they are dragging it out. They are crooks plz do not waste your time or money with these guys

Bought a SUV for my son today. Dealt with John through most of the deal and met Raff at the end. Good guys. During my test drive, I had an issue with the dash lights that went out. Everything, radio, speedo, etc. We tried to duplicate it after we got it back on but could not. It was mentioned that the cluster was replaced. I still bought it as John said if it happens, bring it back and he will make it right. I like to take a man for his word and I will hold him to it if the problem returns. Other than that, the whole process was smooth, relaxing, and easy. My son loves the SUV. Thank you John. See you soon when service is needed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I made the mistake of purchasing a Ford Escape from here that looked clean and Don Eisenhour said nothing was wrong with it. Took it on a test drive and the battery light was on, lights flickered on and off. Got back and asked don why the battery light was on and he said "it'll go off". Checked the codes and there was an EVAP leak, he said it was because the battery was reset and there wasn't actually a leak and proceeded to get angry that we brought a code reader. (Big red flag) He then went on lying about how he could never knowingly sell me a car that had any problems or was unsafe because he has a daughter & blah blah blah. After purchasing there were several more problems, starting with the alternator and the belt tensioner which were shot. My boyfriend and our roommate replaced them themselves and then the back left window regulator magically stopped. Bought a new one, replaced it, and now the check engine light is on with the EVAP leak code again. TL;DR Do not waste your money on a car from this lying pos. Do not go to this car lot unless you want an overpriced car with tons of issues that he will swear aren't there. take your money ELSEWHERE.

Don did a really good job selling me my Toyota Camry after needing an upgrade. Months later and I have had no problems with my vehicle. If you need a car 1. go with Toyota, they run forever, 2. go see Don, he will get you squared away! Overall, I am very satisfied.

I recently bought a Ford Explorer at Dover auto group from a sales guy also named Don. He was very friendly it made me feel comfortable. I felt he gave me a good deal on a used vehicle. About a month after I bought it the passenger window stopped working and I remembered what Don told me, he told me if I ever had any problems just give them a call And he would try to help me out. So, I called him and he was very happy to hear from me and even remembered me. He told me to bring it right in and he had his helper, Tom, fix my window at no cost to me. He didn t have to do this because I bought the car as is but he did it to honor his word and I would recommend him and the guys at Dover auto group to anyone looking to buy a quality used car at a good price. I will be back for my next purchase thank you Don!

I brought a 2004 Lexus ES330, and brought it to Baltimore City, Maryland, I have only 3 things in order to pass State Inspection, I am pleased with my decision,it looks like my total cost to pass State Inspection is $1000.00,not bad!

I bought a Chevy Equinox from a guy named Don at Dover auto Group and he was awesome! He really helped me out by getting me into a great car for a price I can afford (just barely LOL). He even made my 8 year old son happy talking about football. I love my car, it's running great and I would recommend Don and the guys at Dover auto group to anyone looking for their next car.

If i could rate a negative number I would. We had dealt with Raff and Pauly. Im a nurse and had taken a client who is a disabled marine vet to purchase a vehicle. They lied through their teeth that the vehicle was road worthy and that it was freshly inspected and the vehicle was a great vehicle and safe for him and his children. While he was driving the vehicle back home the check engine light came on and just made it to the house. After calling the business to let them know what happened his life was threatened and was told if he made a problem about it he would be shot and killed because the guy who sold him the vehicle has done years in prison and would get away with it!! This entire business is shady and will lie to anyone just to sell a vehicle road unworthy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Bought a ford escape, battery light was coming on and Don said it wasn't the alternator. "Worst case its the battery and ill give you 100 bucks to replace it". Turns out it has an evap leak and a bad alternator.More of a scamsman than a salesman. Steer clear seems like all of the other reviews point to him bs'ing customers into thinking the cars are good deals. Fortunately I knew enough to replace the alternator and seal the evap leak with a friend of mine.No matter how excited you are, if you aren't a mechanic or know what your doing, steer clear of this junkyard.

We bought a Pontiac G5 from here a few months ago and have had nothing go wrong, workers were really helpful and quick about it and even helped us get tags as well as insurance, would buy again if needed

They tried selling me a "freshly inspected" jeep liberty with bald tires, then when I pointed them out he told me he could replace them easily if I was still interested....if they are willing to pass the inspection on tires like that what else are they willing to let slip?

RDT is a great shop. Have used him for years. Never gives me a hard time, and always gets my vehicle back to normal! 10/10 experience every time!

I am contacting a good lawyer.1. Car had Pa inspection sticker1/8/21Brought for $20055.00 on 1/23/212.failed maryland inspection. Inspection station says they'll give me 50.00 to take it off my hands

I was sold a truck on 12-20-2019 Raf and Joe of Dover Auto Group have since blocked my phone number and social media. The truck has been deemed unsafe to Drive. Total fraud and deceit on their end.
