Very good service these guys know what they are doing especially Steve who towed my car he is very good and professional with what he does and even though he just started working there I thought that he has been working there for years the way he handles things and his work ethics are top tier and in my opinion this is the best towing company and I have dealt with a lot of other towing companies over the years and also the lady on the phone is also very nice and helpful, thank you!

Excellent local garage! Easily scheduled an inspection on the date that worked best for me. Services and parts were very competitively priced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable too. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Most of the good reviews they have are Fake reviews, scammers !!I don t know how you run business legally like this !! We have a truck that they towed, after charging us insane bill, we paid it and when we tried to take the truck, they said we will have to change you gain to move it out of their yard again !! They would not let us driver it out so they can charge with another bill in top of what we paid !!

Broke down on way to pinchot gifford campground, Blew a tire 2nd in 2 days they came out took rims & put 2 new tires on late on a Saturday. Took it in they replaced rest first thing Monday morning. Fabulous service. Everyone was helpful, & polite. Thank you all who were there to help. Camper pulls so much better. Trip was great. Again if you need a good shop these guys are great

After a couple weeks I got my truck back and I have to say I couldn t believe how much better this truck runs. Chris you and your team go above and beyond to satisfy your customers. Again thanks for doing what you say you re going to do. My home is in Alabama and if something happens to my truck I will have it shipped up here to be worked on. Very satisfied customer. I had C&C do some extensive work on my truck this past March (2022). They replaced the brakes, rotors, etc., for a total of nearly $1,500 worth of work on the truck s front end. Keep in mind that this is vehicle that I drive less than 3,000 miles per year on average. In October (2022), after driving maybe 1,000 to 1,500 miles the right front rotor ceased up while I was on the highway. The truck was difficult to control, and we were nearly in an accident as a result. I was able to get the truck stopped and got a tow.Now by this time C&C had moved from its location on Pleasant View Rd. to its current location, which was no longer convenient for me. I had it towed to another mechanic who was surprised to see the problem was associated with all of this new work that had been recently done, so I called C&C to get their input and gauge my options. I was directed to Chis voicemail where I left a polite and detailed message that there may have been an issue with the installation and to please call me so we can discuss the situation. I am open to the potential that the issue may not have been linked to the work I had done previously, but I received no call back. In lieu of no communication on C&C s part, I am left to conclude that they do not stand by their work.Therefore, I do not recommend this shop for any vehicle maintenance.Update: after 4 months, C&C responded to my review. Remember, they had done work for me before and they have my phone number in their computer and I left it on Chris voicemail. Again no phone call, only the generic call us, we would like to hear from you response.The seriousness of this situation is lost on them. I was nearly in an accident at highway speeds likely from a direct result of the quality of their repair. I had called them to discuss and they ignored me, and only now after noticing a bad review are they responsive 4 months later.Sorry, C&C, that is way too little and it is way too late. My original recommendation stands: I do not recommend them.

I regret to say that my experience with this company was not satisfactory. The fees charged were significantly higher than expected, and the overall experience was quite poor. I would not recommend this company to others, and I am disappointed in the way it is run. Don't use them for towing.Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

To say I was stunned at the quick availability and the price is an understatement. Being at the end of the month, I expected to wait a week or two for an appointment. I had my vehicle dropped off in two days. I also LITERALLY paid half the price of the shop I used to go to. C & C was a godsend when my girlfriend 2014 escape broke down on a SUNDAY morning, they had it hooked and they booked lol within an hour of calling them. Chris was awesome when it came to dealing with my ext. warranty company, had everything taken care of for me. I had just gotten out of the hospital the day before with a stroke. Had me calmed down and was very understanding. Will definitely recommend to others. I dropped my truck off and spoke with Chris. He was able to answer any questions I had on the process that they were doing to upgrade my engine. He has my truck already inside the garage and it was only there for a couple days. From what I can tell so far this is a very knowledgeable garage. More reviews as he works thru the process. If I could give this place negative Stars I would the worst place you could ever deal with I would not do business with these people they towed my car and tried to charge me $500 to get my clothes out of it these are pathetic people

One of their drivers has been in front of my neighbor's house for almost an hour and a half now trying to load a car up not exactly my idea of a top-notch tow company I don't think this guy is playing with a full deck maybe it's his first day I don't know I would be more than glad to send you a video of the truck that says C&C towing on the side of it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Work wasn't completed properly. Owner and mechanic lied about service work multiple times. Took no responsibility for their service or lack thereof. Shady thieves.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
