Our college student was home on break and her car was in need of some maintenance. After having it at the dealership for a few days we needed to find a more reasonably priced way to address the issues the car was having. Thank goodness we found Tony! Not only was he thorough when he looked over the car but he also gave us a very quick turn around time as our daughter needed her car to return to school. He is so kind, considerate, knowledgeable and just an all round joy to deal with. Good-bye dealership ..Hello Tony s Garage! You have made us a satisfied customer!

Tony is very nice and responsive. He did the work rapidly. I think he s a great mechanic.The only downside is that he charged *more* than a dealer would. I expected a small independent shop would be cheaper than a dealer.See the attached image, Tony charged me $440.34 (2.5 hours labor at $135/hour and $102.84 for the fluid) to change the CVT fluid. This dealer charges 369.95.I did not have him change the spark plugs, but he wanted $480.82 to do it (2.5 hours labor and $143.32 for parts).This dealer charges $389 for the same service.

Service was super quick and extremely well done. My crosstrek has never sounded or driven better. Tony is truly an expert with an incredible work ethic. My car was done in less than 48 hours, and when I came to pick up my car, he showed me my cars old damaged parts and explained everything! Tony not only does incredible work lighting fast, but his and his wife s customer service and professionalism are unmatched. Thank you so much!Service: Brake service & repair

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a local mechanic. An added bonus would be if they knew Subarus. Read several promising reviews about Tony. I gave a call and left a VM but did not receive a callback for a couple weeks. Decided to reach out again. So glad I did. Tony and his wife were very responsive once I got in touch with them. Was given a quote up front. Tony went over my vehicle and gave me the option to have a couple more items repaired/replaced which I gladly did. Dropped it off on Sunday and it was done on Monday. For a small shop, I totally expected to not have my car for a few days.All in all, they met my expectations, were reasonably priced, fast service and are great people. Spent quite awhile talking about shared interests (Subies and motorcycles). Im glad to say that I have a Subie Guy now that can look after my XTrek like it was his own.

Tony was able to quickly diagnose and replace the parts causing codes on my 2017 WRX. Tony took the time to explain the issues related to my car and provided his recommendations for a fix. I am new to the area. I have a long commute with an aging, but loved, Subaru and I have been to several mechanics in the area with no desire to return. I WILL be returning to Tony s. From the moment I reached out, I was met with kindness and professionalism. Everything was explained thoroughly and the price was reasonable. He took pictures and explained repairs that I should prepare for in the future but repairs that aren t necessary right now. I was VERY pleased with my experience. If you own a Subaru, stop taking your car to the Dealership or to a mechanic that's not Subaru Certified like Tony is. Not only is Tony knowledgeable, he's professional and he's a perfectionist. He works on Subaru's like the car is his own. He provides up front diagnosis, pricing, parts and labor, there are no surprises. The level of communication throughout the entire process is top notch, I won't take my Subaru's anywhere else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

It was a dark and cold Tuesday night. Tony offered to go look at my son s car, broken down at Berkshire mall. Not only did he get it started and diagnosed the problem, he drove it back to my home.Unfortunately the problem persisted and car continued to break down. We were able to get the car to Tony as he lives locally. He obtained the needed parts and repaired the car on schedule as promised.Tony is super nice, enthusiastic about working on cars and explained the problem and the repairs needed.I highly recommend Tony, I would have him work on my Nissan and would consider buying a used Suburu knowing there is such a great mechanic locally.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A great experience from the very start.Jackie was a godsend from the start with setting up my appointment and making me feel comfortable. Meeting Tony who took time out to talk to me and meet me about my vehicle. Which I will see him again next week to do more work for me... His work was outstanding and done in a timely manner. Had a head gasket replacement in my 2008 Subaru Legacy, not only was it a very fair price, it was done faster than expected and parts that were worn as he worked were replaced without cost to me.GREAT SERVICE

Went to Tony's for what was thought to be a bad turbo in my WRX but was actually a torn turbo inlet. While my WRX was at Tony's I had other upgrades completed including an exhaust swap. Even though shipping of the parts was delayed, Tony kept constant contact and was able to get everything completed promptly as replacement parts arrived. I will definitely be going back to Tony's Garage for future issues or upgrades. I highly recommend Tony's garage based on knowledge, speed and communication.
