When I arrived at Mavis, they were clearly busy and it was less than an hour before they closed. I walked in, was welcomed with a smile and asked how they could help. I explained the issue with my tire and without hesitation they took my info and got my car right in. Within a half an hour, the problem was fixed and I was on my way. Their customer service, professionalism and timeliness while fixing the issue was second to none and beyond appreciated. They were kind and understanding. I will definitely be returning to the Douglasville location in the future! Thank you to all of the staff!

The work they did was great. The only issue i had was i made an app. for 5 for a mount and balance, i got there a little earlier and my car went back right away which was fine. I was told an hour to an hour and a half or a mount and balance and it took over two hours! I waited for it because i didn't have a car but they take walk ins also which i understand, but if someone has an app. that should over power the walk ins.

Had an issue with overnight pressure drop in one of my tires and called up Mavis to see if they could assess the issue. I called to schedule an appointment and Brandon was very pleasant to deal with and made it easy to bring the car in that afternoon. They found a puncture and were able to repair the tire within an hour. An overall pleasant experience.

I have used Mavis twice over the past few months for tire repair. I was pleased w/ the customer service/communication regarding wait times and am very happy with both repairs. I also appreciate the service recommendations they provide!

Quick and easy experience! Called about a screw in my tire. Another mechanic told me it s not salvageable and called here they said before they recommend any tires they will see if they can plug/patch it up. Well thy said they could repair it no problem and I was there 30-40 min tops! Glad I called! The employees are super nice and I can tell they are honest about the job not trying to nickel and dime you!Will be back here for any future tire repairs/ purchases

I was there 2/6/24. Brandon and all of the staff were very nice and courteous. I highly recommend them. They explained to me everything that was to be done to my car. There are no words to describe their service. They were exceptional I promise I ll be back again. 100000000000000

I went in with my young child yesterday for an oil change. The guy told me it would be a 2-3hr wait and suggested I make an appt. for today. I thanked him for the recommendation and asked what time would be best for an appt. He said 11:30am. So today, I showed up at 11:20 with my young child and checked in for my 11:30 oil change. At 12:40pm my car was still sitting in the parking lot, untouched. At no point did anyone give me a heads up that an appt. actually meant nothing, or that it would still be over an hour before my car was taken in. I asked for my keys back so I could leave. They handed me the keys to someone else s car, of a different make and model. They eventually found the keys, and I left. I will not be back. The complete lack of communication and disorganization has turned me away and I will be going somewhere else for my maintenance needs.

Took my car here that had a flat tire. The tires were fairly new and the guys were able to patch up the tire and send me on my way at no charge. Great spot. All good people working here.

Called to have a tire removed from an aluminum wheel to be repaired. Took it in, I waited and it was done right away. Great service. I had my oil changed one time there also, They always treated me fare.

Came to Mavis to get a valve stem fixed on my tire. He took extra care due to my aftermarket wheels and did a GREAT job. I recommend this place highly to anyone as the staff and services were amazing.

Today was a day where I was having to multitask, and while you appreciate my patience, I also appreciate your patience with me! You guys are lifesavers! Mechanics shops can be hit or miss sometimes, but this one was a hit. Mike and the other guys were a big help in getting my 2 cars inspected quickly and smoothly. Looking forwarding to returning next time.

Stopped in because car tire was losing air and Walt was very professional and knowledgeable. This is my favorite place to go. I bring my entire family here to get serviced by him. It is such a joy to know that your vehicle is in good hands here

I brought my van in from out of town. Brandon took great care of me and the van. He walked me into the shop, showed me the holes, and elaborated what was wrong and showed me the issues with the tread. In the future I ll bring my car work here and ask for Brandon.

I am very impressed with this place! I have never had a bad experience here. Brandon is so nice and takes a lot of time to talk to me about my vehicle being serviced. He goes out of his way to help customers and gives a fair price as well. The service is excellent! My vehicle is always serviced at the time the appointment was set for and it is always the price I was quoted for. I boughtDunkin Donuts for the staff today just to show my appreciation. Too many people are quick to complain and focus on the negative when someone does something wrong and give a bad review. We need more positivity and compliments in this world and I am more than happy to give the best review to this place! Keep being awesome Mavis Tire in Douglassville!

A 5 Star review indicated top notched customer service along with top quality service. So I wanted to take the time to leave this as I had an unusual situation with a golf cart custom wheel/tire valve stem issue. It is rare that an Amazon kit cost is more that paying someone else do it for you. I stopped in on a busy weekend and was asked if I could bring it back when Brandon was there. I called during the week and Brandon was there and asked if I could come in later in the day. I brought it in and was out the door in no time at all - for cheaper than a DIY kit from Amazon. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service! I've purchased tires from Mavis in the past and will certainly take the time to visit the Douglassville store for future needs!

I would like to thank the auto techs at the store on Ben Franklin Hwy in Douglasville, PA. The work I had done at the Store in Thorndale failed to bleed the brakes after completing replacement of calipers, rotars, and pads. I heard the brakes making noise. I brought it to the Douglasville store where they replace the rotary which was damaged and the pads so they will evenly. There was no charge and the warranty was happily honored. Thank you so much!!

Drop off truck on a Friday night for oil change and Inspection. Explained that I HAD TO HAVE TRUCK SATURDAY NIGHT. They did NOT call me until 5 p.m., and they had not even secured payment through fleet program. After I told them to put it back together because I had to drive 200 miles on Sunday, then they all of a sudden got the approval and were able to stay and get it all done by 6 PM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I came in last minute right before close cause my back tire keeps leaking and man these guys got me in stayed after 6 and got the tire patched. Mavis tire douglasville pa Shout out to a great employee they got Brandon!

I've been to a couple Mavis locations for tires and oil changes, Douglassville Mavis is by far my favorite. They have great customer service & they are very people friendly. They changed my back brakes a while, it was faster then I thought it would be and they made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Definitely my go to place for my car

I own an automotive company and sub my alignments out but it s hard to find shops with in ground racks. But they have one. They got me in very fast and on my way there I smashed my exhaust apart and they quick took care of that too!! They were all super helpful!!! 10/10

I do not post a lot of reviews on companies because they're not really worth it, but this one is SIMPLY THE BEST shop I ever had to deal with. Brendan, the manager was exceptionally nice, courteous and understanding.After putting a lot of miles on my car, it started to vibrate every time I was on the road which was 6 hours a day!The noise was unbearable,so I dropped it off and did not have much expectation for a quick resolution.The dealer was going to charge $1800 to replace my drive shaft, but Brendan had it replaced for 6 times less than that and even gave me a ludicrous discount on my rear brakes.I now rive 4 and half hours to get any service done as it's always worth it as they treat you like family and guarantee the job and parts for over a year. Using another shop is out of the questions for me and should be for anyone else!

After everything Mavis Douglassville is really a great place thanks to the Brandon,Manager. After having to deal with a difficult situation regarding my car & some of his staff. Brandon was very calm, cool, & collective. He listened to my problem, offered a solution that was above & beyond. Exceptional service I recommend going here for all of your vehicles needs. 5 stars all the way for Brandon & his leadership. Very satisfied with him & service that was completely.

Experienced, knowledgeable technicians that make your vehicle and time schedule a priority. Very friendly as well. I would recommend the Douglassville Mavis to anyone!
