I recently scheduled service and inspections for two vehicles at Jiffy Lube in Douglassville, and the experience was nothing short of stellar. The staff, including two technicians and the on-site manager, were not just friendly but genuinely helpful. They promptly started working on my vehicles at the scheduled time, which is a rare feat in service industries these days.What stood out most was the constant communication from the team. They kept me informed about each step of the service process for both vehicles. This level of transparency is reassuring and builds trust.The customer service was outstanding. The prices, too, were very reasonable, adding to the overall excellent value for money.As a long-time customer since this location's opening, I've consistently received good service, but today's experience was exceptional. It s always spotless and well-maintained, which is a significant plus, especially if you're waiting on-site. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I made a phone call the day before and the person who answered the phone was honest and so nice. They were also very quick (and affordable) when i took my car in for an oil change the following day. Will definitely be going back in the future!

This team is great and very nice! They all worked together and took great care of my baby! I've had to leave places before for having a manual car, but had no worries here! Will definitely be back for my next oil change!

Great service! We were on the road and found ourselves with an engine issue. We called and they took us in with our an appointment on a Saturday afternoon, which was honestly unexpected. They started troubleshooting the situation right away with out hesitation. They immediately talked to us about what they found and talked us through the parts and costs. Then they even ran for the needed parts all while effectively servicing their customers that had scheduled appointments. It was also impressive to see all of them work as a team moving around the garage and office from customer to car and back and forth. Now remember this was a weekend afternoon and approaching the end of their day. That actually was the most impressive thing they showed urgency and care for us and our situation as they went the extra mile, ran for parts and got the us back on the road. Then even apologized for taking longer than expected. I didn t even expect to find anyone to fix it on a Saturday afternoon. Great service all around. Worked with me when I was running late for an inspection. They were prompt, courteous. Brought a dirty air filter to my attention. Installed new one. Nice, clean sitting area while you wait. Jean and Tyler, keep up the great work!

Took my wife s car here for an oil change and paid around $80. Two weeeks later we got a check engine light so I dropped the car off at our mechanics shop. Upon inspection he told me we were overdue for a oil change as the oil and filter was old and sludgy. I informed him it was done by Juffy Lube 2 weeks prior. I drove over to see for myself. The filter was the same one that was put in from our previous oil change which was done by our regular mechanic. I did not see the oil as he already drained it and was in the 50 gall drum. My mechanic has always been honest and I saw the filter myself which definitely wasn t changed by Jiffy Lube. Jiffy lube got me in and out quickly, now I know why

Came in one day since this location is listed as a multicare location and was turned away from getting brakes, tire rotation, and a oil change only because the "kid" working said "don't know if we can get to you, there is only two of us working". If you don't have or can't get the staff to run your location properly, CLOSE. Customers don't like to be inconvenienced or deal with incompetence. Three stars only because at least they were polite about not wanting my business.

I was approach by a technician asking me what kind of oil I put in the car. It's a 2024 Subaru he said he will look it up. What happened to the service of vacuum and window cleaning and checking all the fluids. For a $100 charge I would thought this would be part of the service. I can go to a local garage and get this oil service cheaper.

I ve been to this location a few times for oil changes and they re always friendly and fast. Today I dropped in last minute for a new starter. That same focus on customer service and speed was still true. Chad gave me insight on price, verified the issue was actually my starter, and had me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff clean environment. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, knowing I was due for inspection in the near future. Low and behold, my car had begun to idle that morning. I stopped in at advance auto, where they hooked it to a machine that gave me a code. They were nice younger guys trying to help but couldn't. I thanked them & and proceeded to Jiffy lube for my oil change appointment.At Jifflube, they did an oil change & said I needed brakes, okay approx $560. Now, the idling I was told they need to look better & drop off tomorrow they could fix it.(Next day) Pick up, $780, I was told that I needed to drive a certain amount of miles for censor to reset. Okay, I wk later about 2 or 300 miles later, I drive a lot. Car still idling I dropped off again. They would need $350 they found what it is. I SAID I just pd you to fix it, and you didn't. They said the supervisor would call me on Saturday.He never called.My time and money has been wasted.If it's not something real basic, don't waste your time.I should have taken my car to my mechanic at SDA in the first place, but I was looking for fast quick service and was lied to & cheated. They said the boss would call me. He never called.I would never recommend this place.But it is clean!

Service time was fast. Headlight replacement has left the bulb and wires dangling in the engine compartment. Removed the battery to replace the headlight. Damaged the positive power terminal attachment to the battery. Now vehicle sometimes fails to receive any power to start or run. Air filter housing is only halfway attached. Air filter is now exposed to engine compartment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Super quick and didn't destroy my oil pan or spill oil. Last place I went messed up my cobalt and stripped my bolt to my oil. For on e a place that doesn't mess all the bolts up! And they were faster than I thought! 7 minutes! And they were awesome friendly and just generally nice people! I'll be back!

I went here in my fleet vehicle they told me how long it would take up front they pointed out some issues with my fleet truck it didn't take as long as they said which is great they got everything approved through my fleet card overall had a great experience would recommend this jiffy lube to family and friends.

Manager was great- service was great- in and out in 20 minutes- price for a synthetic oil change is pricey. My mechanic is over 40.00 cheaper than the jiffy lube price. 18.00 coupon offset that a bit. Hence 4 stars out of 5.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I used to be skeptical of Jiffy Lube until I came to this location. During my service the technician came out and explained the car's computer codes, showed me the needed service, and offered options (all without any sales pressure). They were out of stock for the air filters and they quickly sourced at the Advanced Auto next door. Advanced Auto was also out of stock for the cabin filter...the Jiffy manager found one in stock at Pep Boys and personally drove to Pottstown to get it! Oil and filter change, tire rotation, cabin and engine air filters (including them sourcing new ones) all took less than an hour...and they even applied a coupon which I didn't have on me. In addition to the above, there is a window in the waiting room that looks directly into the service bay. This is a reassuring feature that allows me to see all the work that is being performed.This was my second time using this location and I will be going back for my services for as long as this manager is running the location. I can't say enough positive things about both my experiences there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

As soon as I arrived, close to closing, they were very inviting, professional and personable!!! I was laughing and joking with the gentleman within a minute of meeting him. It was the cleanest and most updated jiffy lube I have been to. On top of all that, I was in and out in about 20 minutes!! Anywhere else I am sitting for an hour!!! Definitely will be going here from here on! HIGHLY RECOMMENDService: Oil change

I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated, earlier this month, on my 2019 Chevy equinox. 21k miles. When my requested services were done, they proceeded to tell me that my brakes and pads were all shot , rusted and falling off. and that it wasn t a good idea to drive much longer on them. They even made sure to tell me that I should absolutely get them done before the winter weather hits too bad l. And I quote well I would hate to see you out there on ice and snow and have issues. We don t know when they could fail . I m a mom, so hearing that scared me and put me into a panic. He told me they could get it done that day for $1000.This was confusing considering I just had the car inspected by another shop in October and it was a newer vehicle with only 21k miles. I decided to return to my normal mechanic for him to take a look. He lifted it, inspected everything and even took photos for me. He told me that my brakes couldn t have been any newer and that there were absolutely no concerns with them. My biggest mistake was trying to get my oil changed quick and settling on Jiffy Lube. I should have stuck with my trusted mechanic who is honest, fair and trustworthy.Now, my question is .. had I not taken a moment and gotten a second opinion, Jiffy Lube would have BASICALLY robbed me of $1000. A grand that I absolutely do not have to spare right now. You see a female walk in and you assume they won t double check things and you take advantage of the situation, and I m absolutely not OK with that. I am disgusted by how you all tried to get one over on me, put me in SHEER panic mode thinking I was placing my child in danger every time I put him into the vehicle, and stressed over a financial issue I didn t think I could avoid.I would like a return call/email, whatever. This kind of BS needs to stop. Women are not prey, and quite frankly, we are a lot smarter than you all think. But thank you so much for having me nearly in tears everytime I had to drive anywhere. You re absolutely terrible and I will avoid you at all costs, and tell everyone I know to avoid your crooked company.Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys are great. I took my Subaru in for an inspection and an oil change. I knew my brakes needed changing soon. They recommended it be done but wasn t necessary. Terrible Experience - Jiffy Lube Always Rejects Customers!My recent encounter with Jiffy Lube was nothing short of frustrating. They seem to have a habit of consistently rejecting customers' requests, which left me feeling unimportant and undervalued. I won't be going back there again. Avoid at all costs!
