I have been using chucks auto salvage for years. There prices have never been beat by any other yard that I have tried. I always trust my salesman Geoffrey jones. With all the parts shortages going on, I know he works hard at finding me the part I need and at an affordable price. His customer service is top notch. If I leave a message for him, I know within a reasonable time I am getting a call back.

I have been buying from Chucks for at least 10 years. This company has the highest level of quality control compared to other used parts sellers. My sales person Jonesy is amazing and makes it happen for me just about every day! This business and Jonesy are highly recommended!!!

One of the cleanest well organized places to buy parts. That s why they have great parts! I would love to sell parts for a company that adds so much value by inventorying clean parts that are accurately described and stored and show up to the customer in the same condition.

Their prices are out of control. I called for a price on a tail light assembly and was quoted a crazy price for a used part. I then called Patriot Chevy and got a brand new one for less than Chuck's wanted for a used one.

Brian M. is very professional, helpful and efficient. I found my rim on eBay, but I didn t have time to wait for eBay to process my order. So I called the shop directly. Brian picked up my call and placed my order right away! I got my rim the next morning via UPS. I can t thank him enough!!

I've been using Chucks for years and never had an issue. Never had a warranty claim of any sorts. I order an engine for a customer. After installing the engine and firing it up, i noticed it had a spun bearing and was making a lot of noise. After being in contact with their sales manager James K about the matter they refused to do anything about the engine and did not want issue any refund claiming I over-heated the engine. The car has zero miles on it after the install. I proceeded to do business with chucks on other vehicles which amounts to several thousands of dollars and they still are trying to wipe their hands clean of this junk engine they gave me.I would not recommend doing business with them. James was never rude to me on the phone but he is the worst person to talk to when trying to get something serious resolved. Ive tried getting in contact with the owner and no one wanted to help me. Leaving a review is the last thing i wanted to do but they left me no choice.

Dude, had to get a door for a 2013 Nissan and these guys delivered. Responsive and knowledgeable for a man like me that wasn t sure just about anything. Kept their calm and niceness even when I thought I got the wrong part me not them. They simply just ordered another door and when I said I m just a clown that didn t know they politely educated me further with a chuckle and smile and returned the one and let me keep the right one they got me the first time!! Talk about cool and understanding. Thank you Josh and thank you Michael!! You guys and Chuck s Auto Salvage not only got me the door so quickly other pros couldn t believe it and asked who I used for it; and you guys also rock!!

I was so lucky to talk with Rob. He was so nice and polite and helped me out so much that he went above his job. He is at your Myerstown branch. He deserves a raise for how nice he was. I recommend everyone to call this company for auto parts. I ve had a bad experience with an online company and Rob made me realize not everyone is out to rip you off. Stand up guy. Very pleased.
