Called to place an order for an exhaust manifold on a Wednesday. Said it would be in Friday. Call to confirm delivery of manifold and find out it was never ordered. You guys are really batting a thousand lately. Thank God for Amazon Prime.

As a female your treated like garbage and you don't know anything. You are also ignored. The store needs to price ALL ITEMS, not just brand stuff! I won't be back to this store.

My husband went to this location because we were heading that way. Replacing a cabin filter for our RAV4. After being in the store for a half hour the salesman said he could have his delivery guy bring it to the store with in the hour. He would give him the better filter for the price of the one he wanted. After which my husband said okay we would stop on our way back. When we stopped the sales person he delt with wasn't there and so the person at the register said he could not do that. I would have said forget it but my husband paid and has been mumbling ever since. Not happy.

Great people. And I had gone to AutoZone to get a cabin air filter, and when I got outside to start, my car wasn t really turning over. I didn t really say anything or make any deal bad I just was in my car waiting for it to maybe cool off and be able to start, and some of the people who work there just asked me how I was doing. Any rough working on my problem a little bit on my car side and had me on my way there. I couldn t be more pleasant and supportive and kind.

This is probably my favorite autozone location. It is fairly new to the area (2019) and has most of what I stop in for. The staff is superb when it comes to help. They were great helping me find lug nuts I needed and also called near by stores to see who else stocked them.

Had to get a water pump for my Cummins, Evan was more than knowledgeable, and very helpful with some great hints on shortcuts and insight. Can't say as much for their commercial pro, he sat and watch the phone ring while just doing nothing.

By far the best auto parts store in the area and definitely the best autozone I've been to. Very knowledgeable staff. Evan has helped me the past few times I've been here and he is an outstanding employee. Really good guy and very helpful. This is my go to store for anything I need for my vehicles

Let's just say my day did not start off as planned. Went into this autozone thinking I just needed brake pads. Brittany assisted me right away was very nice && got me in and out. To my dismay I ALSO needed rotors and a new front caliper with brake fluid so back I go where stevie took the time and had the upmost patience in making sure I had everything I needed for todays project...he even told me about how i could save some money bringing my old caliper back in!. So guess what I did? Returned that caliper with the both of them remembering my name and asking me how everything went. This is the best customer service I have ever received not only from an auto store but I think in any outing I've had in general! These are exactly the kind of people we need helping us out. I also want to point out that a gentleman that was working that had been outside saw me struggling with my heavy items and offered to open my car door! I mean come on how much better can we get!?? Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and turning my unexpected day into a wonderful one! You are appreciated.

Things were switched all up on shelves u would see a Clearence item go to pay and wouldn't be a clearence item ! I'm not gonna crawl on my hands and knees to read the price label or stand on my head to read product. I had 10 items and one was a clearence product ! Shame !!

I needed a new battery and even though the workers mentioned they were short-staffed they were friendly and courteous and Justin even put the battery in for me. I really appreciated the extra service even though they were extra busy and short on workers. Highly recommend this location.

Super friendly and helpful! Kurt kindly ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle, while Bryn took the time to explain what he thought was wrong in terms I could easily understand. Everyone there seemed genuine and trustworthy. Thank you!

Hello my name is Aimee Bryan. Today my shifter cable popped out I was in need of assistance. Justin who was off the clock not only reversed my car into a safe spot but also spot but also found fixed my car. Bryn and Kirk were awesome with helping me return my item. This just shows there are good people in this world still.

These associates here ALL are always super pleasant, helpful, and will even help others with their car issues if needed. I have been visiting this store for quite awhile, every visit I leave satisfied. Join their rewards program, it is simple & easy to do. They are in a nice location right in the middle of Benjamin Franklin Highway, so no matter what direction you are coming from it is easy in, easy out of the N parking area. Great job guys, despite the Covid restrictions!

I went in for a free battery diagnostic test. Ended up i needed battery replacement $99+tax $105 & the young fellow took old battery out and put new one in for me no extra charges....Great Experience very hard to find help these days!!! Thanks AutoZone I will be back for Anything else I need!

Great store with great employees! Brynn, the store manager, was so helpful this past weekend when I had some problems getting the correct tools for the job we were doing! I had to go back to the store a few times until we got it right, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. With his determination, in the end, the right tool was found! I will definitely be going back to this store over Pep Boys from now on! Thanks Brynn!

I stopped at new Auto Zone in Douglassville due to my being down that way to buy new windshield wipers for my mother's 2015 Ford Explorer. Her wipers were awful. Made horrible sound us didn't clear windshield properly. I had a very helpful young man show me the different ones. I bought Bausch Ultimate. He installed them and WOW. No noise. Cleans windows completely. Smooth as butter. Would definitely buy them again.

One of the best Autozone's in Pa. The manager is a great guy. I assume he handles the hiring bc his employees where a great reflection of him. Nice descent knowledgable helpful chill group of men.

They had my parts but the counter guy toke for ever to find them. An that I had a hour an a half, to get these parts, that I called for a head of time. To make sure they were in stock. The time I had given to go there an back was all mostly, used at the store wait, for parts to be found an check out .. I was late getting back to work. I don't normally have problem at the other store, that was I called also not to be waiting that long.

I was parked outside of the Urgent Care and when I came out and I went to start my car, my battery was dead. Luckily I saw an Autozone about a half mile away and went walking there. Feeling so frustrated, these two employees really helped me out and made my day. They were professional, courteous, and genuine. They truly helped me get a battery and went above and beyond the call of duty. This one isn't close by to my house but I will definitely take the ride to come to this one. No doubt Class A+ employees...

In and out most of the time , they are pretty quick and get the right part you need if u give them the correct make, model and year of the car you're working on. The AutoZone on 5th st. Highway gets 5 stars from me

I recently had a warranty issue with a part. I had great experience at the Douglassville Auto Zone in PA and wanted to share it with you. Evan, Bryn, and Justin went above and beyond what most employees will do today. They got me what I needed and kept in touch with me until the part came in. They were great. Thank you

Fast easy. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Don't know what you need to go straight to the line. I suggest using the app and look up your car then finding what you need before going just in case they don't have it

Great staffUPDATE: my original review of the store staff had changed to 3 stars, because they gave me the wrong part, and the Morgantown autozone was able to get me the right part.The overall 1 star should be half star review for autozone as a company. I have been a very loyal customer for a long time, I placed a very expensive order that was supposed to be delivered next day. 3 days later still no parts, they can't even guarantee them in the next 2 days. They won't allow me to cancel the order so I a simply screwed.NAPA and Advanced Autobwill get my business from here on out.
