I am my own mechanic. I just needed an inspection done. Two things I didn't think would pass, didn't. Fine. I knew that. But what I didn't expect that he would charge full price and not even be able to tell me the amount left on the rear shoes. He told me that the shoes were too tight, and someone put anti- seize on the adjusters. I did so they work! So they always adjust so the rear brakes work right! So I paid him to do a job and you didn't do it!?! Then that night I did an oil change and found that he must have lowered the car down on something that bent, (straight up) my oil cooler (I just checked it the day before for leaks.) Plus broke out my cross over pipe on my Rack and Pinion. It was just hanging there. After waiting 2 weeks for a return call, my fault for being stupid, I call him on Saturday and leave a message about reinspection. Monday afternoon,(3:00) I call again. He picks up and he tells me to come get my refund. He didn't like my review of his business. A professional would have worked it out with me. Not this guy. He tried to say he was doing me a "favor". I stopped him right there. Don't want to here it. Gave me a check for the amount. Let's hope it's good. The guy has a crappy attitude and very poor work ethics. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT HERE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I notice I am the only review..... Hhmmmm......

The best best best auto repair shop in the Poconos. So nice and friendly works with u and gives u the absolute best price possible for the work needed..I went to a few along 209 will never ever go in that direction again!! Sooo happy right now

Kinda back in the woods. If you re going fast you d miss it. Really small. But he s professional and friendly. I d go there again
