As a former mechanic and new customer..... the mechanics and staff here are all amazing and helpful! Needed a solid and reliable car quick and who knew? This place is it! 2015 Nissan altima. 129k miles. That mileage though 32mpg city, 37 highway.

My experience at Wessels was really good . Matt was was easy to work with, he was honest, patient and understanding. He sold me a 2017 Kia Sorento Lx that I absolutely love !! It drives amazing. My family loves it and it was everything that I needed.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Wessels. They have been a staple in our community for many many years and have supported countless activities in our community. They take pride in their company and make sure their customers are taken care of as well. We have personally purchased 3 vehicles over the years from Wessels and they continue to put their customers first. This is a true example of a family owned business who takes pride in supporting their customers and community.

Bought a used Subaru from Wessels in May. Within a couple weeks, the car had transmission problems. The warranty covered some of the cost and Wessels covered the rest of the cost even though they were not required to do so. Great customer service. Highly recommend. By going above and beyond, Wessels will have our future business. Good customer service is rare .

A couple of years ago my credit was in the trash, nobody would finance me. Though we had money and are business owners we all know that credit is what they look at. Well due to medical bills and some other things I wasn t a good risk. Skip Waverly introduced us to Bill Wessels and he was the only one that gave us a chance. The program he put us in worked for those with bad credit. We paid on time and never missed a payment. Mr. Wessels only asked that when we got our scores up and it was time to get another vehicle to come back and give him our business.It s almost two years later and we kept our promise! We went from a 2010 basic dodge minivan with over 100k Miles to a new 2017 Nissan Quest with bells and whistles!Bill Kimmel and Brad were amazing! When the banks tried to give us hard time they fought for us! Got a good rate, payments are fair and we didn t have to settle! We got exactly what we wanted for our large family!I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat! They treat you like family and not a number! The staff is super friendly and Mr. Wessels is a gem.Please don t overlook them because they are not HUGE compared to other dealerships. They are a blessing! No haggling, No fluff, No lies! They just make it happen!Thank you Wessels dealership you kept your promise so we kept ours!The Collins.

I purchased a 2011 ford explorer on February 24th of this year. I was in a tight spot with 4 young children and needed a vehicle asap and they were able to get me approved with $2K down. Not even a week later, I needed two new tires in the front because they were bald and had wire showing. Also the 3rd row was constantly soaking wet everytime that it rained because water was coming inside through the lift gate/seatbelts. They offered to fix the tires and put rubber along the lift gate to stop the water. Fast forward to today, the two brand new tires in the front again have wire showing and now the front of the car gets soaking wet when it rains. The tires have only put on 7K miles and are already no good. I feel like I would have had a better quality vehicle from a buy here pay here smh and that is saying a lot. Our previous car from wessels that my husband purchased didn t even have 75K miles on it and the transmission went out. I will no longer recommend this business to anyone.

Got Mazda Cx 9 a year ago. Spent 12,000. But it failed inspection. It was rusted down. So many problems in this vehicle.

I bought my 1st vehicle it was a Ford f250 4 door truck 8 foot bed. Love the truck they where very helpful. Coming up two years on the truck and still love it!!Thanks again!!

Had a wonderful experience here. Brad was exceptional to deal with. Bought a Dodge fully loaded minivan he was knowledgeable and awesome from start to finish. Will definitely be repeat customers loved the family atmosphere that all the workers showed us. Had an awesome selection for us to choose from. Would recommend them to anyone. Very pleasant car buying experience.

I just want to say that I have never been treated so well by any group of people. The staff, especially Bill Wessel himself, are genuine, respectful, and go well out of their way to take care of their customers. These are characteristics that you don t find often these days. Thank you for treating me like a part of a family, and not just a customer. My appreciation is boundless.I bought a 2010 Jeep Compass about two years ago and Bill and his team have supported me through the entire process with utmost generosity and efficiency. Thank you Bill, and your team, for reminding me that there are truly great people in the world. I would recommend this team 100%, without reservation. I d also like to give a shout out to Brad, because he was so personable while I waited around for some touch ups.When I m dealing with Wessels, I know that I am getting the best deal out there. Wessels was an excellent place to get my 2nd vehicle. I worked with Matt and He was professional and polite, helping me through the process. I've talked to people in town and they have positive things to say about them. As far as the used van I got, it's working good and very clean inside. I appreciated the full tank of gas and full tires as well.

Great customer care. Purchased work van from Matt. They give you a warranty with their vehicles that I ended up having to use. Bill Wessel handled the warranty end of it with speed and integrity. I ended up sending my son there to buy a Transit Connect. Thanks for everything. Will purchase more vans I'm sure.

Hands Down the BEST car buying experience EVER! Brad is amazing!! He got us a heck of a deal on a beautiful van! Super nice, genuine guy. He knew how bad we needed the newer van and he was determined to get us financing. He listened to the details of our situation. We warned him that our credit was pretty bad. He didn t blink an eye! He held the van for us for a week until we got our tax refund. He worked hard for us and made my dream come true! We will be repeat customers for sure! This is the place to go for used vehicles! I just can t say enough about these guys! Thank you Brad! You rock dude!!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Bill Wessels. From beginning to end everyone was great. The no pressure laid back process from the test drive on was great. They are extremely personable and helpful making car buying easy even when you really were not shopping. They stand behind what they sell and what they say. The vehicle we purchased had some issues with the radio reception when we got it home. To some this may not be a big deal however, Bill went above and beyond to get it right. Bill said "if it's not right for me , it's not right for you". Bill and Paul kept me updated every step of the way throughout the repair. They did their absolute best to avoid any inconvenience for my family. I cannot say enough about them. They all have been the absolute best car dealership I have ever done business with.

Had our first experience with Wessels last week. My wife any I were in the market for a minivan and were quite impressed with their selection. Our salesman Brad was very knowledgeable and non-pressuring throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a used vehicle!

My family and I just bought a minivan from wessels. I have to say it was a blessing finding this car lot. We drove 2 hours to get there. The cars are priced to sell. It was very quick and pleasant dealing with them. They made us feel appreciated for our business. I highly recommend buying your next car there. I already have friends checking them out and they to have had a great experience just talking on the phone. Thanks Wessels for my awesome Minivan and great car buying experience.

Bill Wessels is a man of great integrity and his genuine desire to help people find a reliable vehicle is shared by everybody who works for him. I bought my first car from him over 10 years ago and have done business with him several times since. Wessels makes sure that they treat people right from start to finish. They have a great selection and will work with you to find the vehicle you want if they don't have one on the lot. They also have the largest inventory of used commercial vehicles that I've ever seen: including Cargo vans, Panel/Box/Straight/Stake Body/Bucket Trucks of all sizes and varieties. Great financing assistance also.

Happy everyone else has had positive experiences at Wessels but me and my husband did NOT! We are not mechanics and just trusted this dealership and their vehicles. Wish I didnt even have to leave "1" star. Paid 13,000 for 2002 Toyota Tundra, husband desperately needed 4 wheel drive to get back and forth to work. Biggest mistake we ever made!!! Was already inspected so a year later we went to get inspection renewed only to find out although beautiful truck on outside underneath was COMPLETELY RUSTED.. To where a local Toyota dealership in Hanover did install a NEW frame but to NO avail. A ABSOLUTE MONEY PIT! Wasn't just the frame that was rusted!! ONE problem after the other, spending thousands of dollars to try and keep on the road. Until upon the advisement of "2" mechanics, because we wanted to be sure with a second opinion, one very trusted through the years, told us for latest inspection, starting price would be 5,000 because it needed whole new engine..at that point, after only "3" years AND thousands of dollars in repairs already, we decided to cut our losses. We are average family with children, trying to make ends meet. To say dealing with Wessels was a negative experience would be a understatement! Wish to God would have NEVER gone in there that day..AND I could have those "THOUSANDS" of dollars BACK!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Great experience and great deal. Service is courteous and helpful. Bought a 2005 Honda Element there with no hassle. Approval was fast and at a good rate even with my lack luster credit. Fixed a couple small defects I noticed the day after I took it home (broken rear window washer nozzle and door latch that didn't work properly) no questions asked and at no cost. Even gave me a loaner car for the day and washed my car. Would definitely recommend and will go there for my next used car as well. They have a really large selection, multiple lots within the same area. I dealt with Matt Freeman and he was awesome.

I bought a truck from Brad earlier this month. After searching around, I felt that the price was fair for what I was getting and so far, so good. Brad was easy to work with and the whole deal moved fast. I ll add that during my search, I dealt with 3 other bigger dealerships that offered a pushy experience by comparison. I d recommend Brad and Wessels.

I was involved in a car accident in which my van was totaled. I had one day to replace it because I can't be without one. We were so stressed that day because we couldn't find financing anywhere because the loan for the old van wasn't showing as paid off yet on my credit. We stopped at wessels because they had a van exactly like I was looking for. Brad Rogers was extremely helpful and friendly and had me financed in no time at all with no hassle whatsoever!! Will definitely do business here again and highly recommend Brad to everyone!!

The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. They have a great inventory at very reasonable prices. After our last vehicle broke down(not purchased through wessles) we were in need of a new vehicle as soon as possible and they made sure that we got into our car as fast as we could after we picked one out. I will recommend Wessels to everyone I know looking for a new car. And when it comes time to get another new vehicle we will be back.

My fianc� and I were in a tight spot and needed a car but suffer from bad credit. I was so stressed but Brad eased our anxieties, got us a loan and found the perfect car for us. We had several appointments at other dealers but after hearing what he had to offer, we looked no further. He must have X-ray eyes for deals or something. We bought the car without a second thought and are happily making VERY affordable payments. I wish I could give 6 stars! Wessels is really a family friendly dealership with great cars and competitive financing rates. I truely cannot say enough about my experience. No where to go but up!

I bought my first truck here and it was a great experience. It was over Christmas and Mr.Shoop held it for us without any problem. We had a very great experience buying the truck from them. Only a little dirty on the inside when we bout it but overall great service. After about 5 months of owning the truck the only issue is there is a Crack in the radiator. Radiators only $100 and I'll just keep adding coolant till I can afford a new one. Overall great used car dealership and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We are young couple looking for a decent car for our family. Mr. Wessel himself takes his own time to call us personally and make sure everything is going well and staff are treating us right (they always do). My credit wasn't the best but the Wessels team did everything they could to make sure I left with a great vehicle. You can tell, they don't want to just make a quick dollar and tell you everything you want to hear. They genuinely care and want to see you leave the lot in a nice, affordable and reliable car for you and your family. I could never thank the Wessels team for all they do!

I needed a car but I didn't want to invest in a new car. Paul was very helpful through out process. They gave me a four month warranty. I was having a problem with the car and Mr Wessel took care of it and I just love the car I purchased and everyone was so professional. I would buy from them again
