They were up front and honest about my changes before u dropped it off to them. They has the work and my car ready by 12 as they said with no other charges added but what I was suppose to pay and that was really appreciated. I love their timely work and their great customer service skills and communication. TODD AND MARTHA WERE THE ONLY 2 NAMES I GOT SO I WILL SAY THEY WERE AMAZING FROM 2 WEEKS AGO TO TODAY!!! From me coming in to ask questions to getting a appointment set up and rescheduled because of a family emergency. They were absolutely amazing. Thanks again and I will be back ASAP to finish my work.

Service was outstanding but was very disappointed to learn that Team One added a 2.9% credit card surcharge without telling us it was "new policy." I didn't notice the policy posted at the shop and the person who took our payment didn't mention it. I noticed after I got home and looked at the invoice then the credit card receipt.

I have been using Teamone York, PA. nearly 3 years. Steve and his team are friendly helpful and most of all professional.I chose to do much of my own auto repairs helps me feel connected I suppose. But for the major problems I'm not equipped to handle I chose to go to TeamOne its about a 40 min. drive just a little inconvenience I suppose but knowing they will take care of my automotive repair needs timely and efficiently is important. Thanks guys!

Took my vehicle in to get the timing belt replaced, diagnosed other known problems too and fixed them. Called 7 other shops for quotes, they had the best price. Probably will take my car here to get inspected in February.

I dropped my Lexus off for the annual inspection. Was able to make the appointment to fit my schedule and there were many choices. Steve is always friendly, accomodating and professional at all times. I dropped the car and came back later when it was finished. I had the oil/filter changed as well. One of the pluses is being a member of their oil change club. This saves money and I can split the oil changes between two cars. I am definitely a repeat customer!

Always a pleasure dealing with Team 1. They're always willing to help or to give you an appointment when you need one. They do a good job. They keep us reminded when we need to get a car in. Have always taken care of us if an emergency arises that we can't schedule ahead of time.

Team One has serviced my car for years. Usually they do a great job (especially the Dillsburg location), but if something doesn't go right, they stand by their work and fix it.

The team here is awesome. They take care of my car in a timely manner. They also have text and online scheduling, which I really appreciate. I never feel pressured like they're trying to sell me services I don't need. This is the only place we take our vehicles. We feel they are very honest and do a great job with whatever our cars need. If something is found to need attention they call us and we talk about it before they do the work. If they have felt that we have a problem that should be under factory warranty they let us know ahead of time. These guys are great!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I called them Monday morning for an inspection that was going to run out at the end of the month as I had a Monday appointment somewhere else but something came up the shop was unable to do it, and they were able to get me in Tuesday morning and I had the car back that afternoon. Gave me a reasonable rate for new tires too being they were needed.

Traveling thru Dillsburg from OREGON ran into a problem with my jeep throttle sensor. Called at 7:30 am on a Monday morning and talked with Todd. Explained I was traveling thru and he told me to bring it in that they were very busy but would get to it done somehow. Called me back at around 10:00 to tell me it was, indeed, my throttle sensor and they had ordered it. Also, that they would finish before their 6:00 pm closing. Picked up my wrangler at 5:00, runs great, and can t thank Todd and his staff enough for helping me get in and out on such short notice. This is such an EASY call 5 stars!

Our car broke down today on our way to Hershey. The guys at this shop were kind and went out of the way to get me on my way quickly. The diagnosed and fixed the problem in under three hours, and we were able to be back on the road. I brought it in for an oil leak, thinking pan gasket. Instead they said no and said the plug grommet was damaged. Very cheap fix. I was so impressed with the honesty that they have won my business. They could have hit me up for a $500 repair but instead a minor $54 with the oil change and plug replacement.ThanksService: Oil change

They charged me $19.99 for a check of the charging system when all I wanted was a alternator replace. I was already at advanced auto and that is what they told me was wrong with my car. We were 7.5 hours into our road trip from NC and ended up with a flat tire and Team One came to our rescue! They promptly came across the street and the technician had our tire off and back to the shop in no time. They ordered a new tire that arrived within the hour and he brought it back to where we were and installed it. Had my inspection done here for my 2008 Scion XD at TeamOne for 116$ as well as a battery replacement for 263$. After my scion broke down on US-15 I had it towed to their garage for 125$ and it cost 104$ for them to tell me it was my alternator. They wanted 625$ for an alternator replacement but I couldn't afford that.**Edit: The owner Jason reached out to me after seeing my complaint and hearing the details he agreed to refund me for the tow and checkout fee. We limped here in our car earlier today when the check engine light came on out of no where. Very accommodating all around, took a look at the vehicle and ran the error codes for us even though they were very busy. Helped us make a plan and let us to hang out while our tow truck arrived to take us the rest of the way home. These guys are super genuine and kind - thanks for being there when we needed help!

We use TeamOne in Dillsburg for our state inspections and oil changes. They re always on time, and have appointments available (without have to wait weeks). Staff is always courteous!Highly recommended.Oh! And you can t beat their prices!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Emissions testing

First time I ever went there for an alignment I had no issues what so ever. I even told friends they should go there even though it was out of their way completely. A few years later I went there to get another alignment after putting basically a whole new back end suspension on and new tires and I can't honestly say one thing good. First off they told me a certain time my car would be done and it ended up being the end of the day instead of lunch time like I requested and was told. Thank goodness I had someone available to take me hours after the original time. Second, after waiting all day to get my car, which happened to finally be ready right when they were closing. I was on my way home and noticed my steering wheel is a little off. I call back 2 days later thinking it must be me just being picky on my car feeling a little different. Well turns out it was off. They told me to bring it in they would check it out. The guy took my car around the block to see what I was talking about. To see if he saw the steering wheel/steering off too. His response was, "It is a little off, but it's nothing that you will notice or will cause any wheel damage." About 3 months later the inside of my tires were getting bald in the back. My brand new tires i put on right before i had them align my car. 2 back tires ruined from their incorrect alignment. I take it elsewhere, because after me taking the car back to be looked at again and getting the answer I did about my steering wheel being crooked to even the person at the shop, I wasn't willing to give them anymore of my business. Have had NO issues with my tires or a crooked steering wheel since another shop corrected what they should of done right the first time. If you need a routine oil change they'd probably be a good option especially if you are willing to leave your vehicle there all day to have it done.
