This is hands down THE BEST auto shop in the area AND surrounding areas. I have never once been made to feel like I couldn t trust these guys. They are straight shooters, with more than fair prices, and I always leave there with a smile on my face. Out of all the errands I have to run throughout the year this is my one stop that NEVER gives me a headache. If we moved hours away I can confidently say I d travel the distance just to make sure my cars were taken care of by them. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. I trust these guys to address the problems at hand and they always educate me in a way that I can understand without making me feel belittled or like I m getting scammed in some way. Quite simply put, these guys are hard working, HONEST, amazing people who always make my day when I get to stop in there! I will NOT by any means ever go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Thank you guys! I really appreciate doing business with you and I hope your 2024 new year is the best yet!

This is the type of mechanic shop you want. I have been taking my vehicles to bj for years! Even now, eventhough it's an hour drive! I never feel like hes taking advantage of me or my wife. Sometimes he takes a little longer than expected but it's well worth it because he is usually trying to find a better price for what your car needs.Update- At the 9 year mark and still have no intentions of going any place else!

I drove from Glenville PA because Pennick was highly recommended by two coworkers. BJ replaced the fuel pump in my suburban. I needed the vehicle right away and he completed the repair within two days of me contacting him. It was very much appreciated.When he had the gas tank out, he noticed that the bolts were lose on a crossmember and he tightened them. My rattle is now gone. Bonus!I had a good idea of what the repair should cost before I dropped the vehicle off (I checked with other garages) and I was charged at the low end of the range that I was expecting. So I believed I got excellent service for a very fair price.I will certainly return when I need future repairs.

If you want an honest and professional mechanic, look no further. My family and I have been going here for well over 10 years. They will keep your vehicles running without breaking the bank. I live in Philadelphia and gladly make the trip to Dillsburg whenever I need major work done.

Zero stars....Absolute Joke! Do not even waste your time with these people. Had my truck literally for months, for the first 2 months every time I called for an update I got "it'll be done in 1 week, right on schedule, wait for my call" by month 3 they went ghost completely called several times a day and left messages and never received a single call back. Finally after months of waiting I arrived unannounced today to find the truck had not even been touched... I mean not at all...they hadn't even looked at it. I was met with a thousand excuses and then this idiot tells me again while I'm standing in front of a truck that has clearly not been touched that it'll be done in a week (honest to God folks, you can't make this stuff up). This place is an absolute joke and is all about how NOT to do business.

Pennick Automotive has the most experienced, knowledgeable owner and mechanic you can find in this area. They are thorough, skilled, hard working and open 6 days a week.

if you don t mind dropping your car off and then not seeing it again for a few months(best case scenario) and getting continuous lies about the progress of your car,that you ve already paid for, then this is the place for you! what a complete joke. go ANYWHERE but here
