I was looking for a reliable auto repair shop close to my home and found Ken Doll Auto Repair. Not only do they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price but they are so friendly. I've been there three times and I feel like I've known them for years. I think they are the best mechanics around! I m so blessed I found them. I have a mobile dog grooming van that a lot of places won t work on because the size and weight of it. Plus garages that will work on it seems to have it forever! At Ken Dolls it so different. They always get me back on the road as soon as possible! The customer service is amazing! I didn t have a ride to get my van one of the times and they picked me up for free! They also towed my van on their rollback before because AAA refused to tow it. I can t thank them enough for all the help they provided me! I feel like they totally care about the customers and I don t think they would ever rip me off. It s nice having a mechanic I totally feel I can trust!!

We've been taking our vehicles to Ken Doll's for several years now and we have never been disappointed or felt slighted in any way. They are always honest and aren't money hungry. Very friendly and a cool area to wait around for your car if you can't drop it off.

They fixed a problem with my expedition that I had been trying to get fixed by another place for months. They actually knew what the problem was just by telling them what was going on over the phone. They are SUPER FAST and never overcharge. One of the best auto repairs I have been to. Ken and his staff took great care of us. He drove me to get a rental car and had my truck done in one day so I would not have to pay for extra days. They worked late, they are top notch and a great asset to the community.

Just had my car inspected here. Ken is a great mechanic and provides a service above most other shops that i have gone to. The prices are fair and he is very thorough. He even fixed a couple if minor issues as a courtesy. Thank you! I will be returning for future automotive needs.

I was very happy with the professional, prompt and friendly service I received. They diagnosed and fixed several issues very quickly. They called me every step of the way from initial diagnosis to suggestions for repair and ultimately when it was done they went over all the services. I will always take my auto to Ken's. My car runs like new!

They did a great job replacing my timing belt and water pump. I was surprised to see the sticker they put on the firewall indicating the date and mileage the belt replacement was done...nice touch. I have never had a bad experience having maintenance work done here. Thanks much.

Don't trust this shop. They take advantage of people that know nothing about cars. They don't even look over your car properly.

This past week I had four trailers state inspected and serviced. One trailer took four tires and Ken had them too! Ken Doll General Repair and Auto Sales has become a one stop shop for our family. From needing our kids vehicles roll backed to the shop to major repairs, we've had it done with Ken and Kendra. Very personable at the shop and when you see them around town. Highly trusted local mechanic; that sounds clich� I know, but I'm rather picky when it comes to services of this nature since I rely on my vehicle for all my transportation needs. Historically I attempted most repairs myself, but I don't always have the time now. I ve used Ken Doll s for state inspections and general repairs over the last 5 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. It's quality work for a fair price that matters, with Ken I have personally verified both and take solace in that peace of mind.

My wife and I are health care providers and work at different hospitals and varied shifts. We are definitely a two car family. One of the cars "died" and was in need of repair as we were ramping up for covid-19 at our jobs. Ken and crew to care of us and went the extra mile to get us back on the road. We just started using the Dolls last fall and we will be going back without a doubt! Thanks Ken and Kendra for such great service! A+ and 5 stars!

Ken walked me through every issue with the vehicle, and the steps he took to repair it. He also provided his expertise on future maintenance and upcoming repairs to be mindful of. He is very honest and goes above and beyond what is required to make sure you're satisfied with his service.

Recently needed my explorer inspected. Staff was willingly to do an over look at the suv to give me an idea of what I would need. Needing all four tires, ken dolls repair treated me with the upmost respect, worked with me and had my suv inspected same day. Highly recommend others to get their vehicle needs done through this shop as they are fair priced and friendly atmosphere.

Ken and Kendra are some of the most caring considerate and honest human beings I ve ever known. My family and I have been customers and friends with the doll family for over 20 years and I have recommended and sent almost everyone I know to them for allRepairs and inspections. Kendra is the best and has more knowledge of vehicles and mechanics than anyone I know and Ken is one of the kindest understanding men I know. They always take care of customers that need fast and immediate service and they are thorough and stand by they r work and they r family and dedication to they r customers!.!.! The world would be a better place if all service centers and automotive proffesionals behaved and operated like these people!

Ken Doll Jr garage was recommended to me by someone at church, which was a good sign to begin with. Thus far I have found him and his daughter Kendra to be knowledgeable and trustworthy, both important to me. I had my car inspected and I needed a couple things and they called and explained everything I needed and was willing to fix it for me and it was all fixed and done the same day they called great people !!!! I will be going back
