I was less than thrilled with the service I received and the lack of even knowing what kind of oil they should be putting in my car. That's your job.But it got topped off when I drove away and heard thumping with every tire revolution. A bolt/screw they left laying around got stuck in my tire. I was told someone higher up would reach out to me on Monday. I sent an email as requested. I've heard nothing from them. Not one word. It's been over 2 weeks.Their employees had tried to push it off as something that had been there for a while, so not true. I heard it loud and clear as soon as it got in my tire- from their shop. I haven't seen any care for their customers and won't be going back. I encourage everyone to find somewhere better to go.

Quick easy 10 minute oil change, filter was included in on the price. Great deal. Added washer fluid and put air in the tires. I've had experience at a lot of different companies and so far this was a good one. I'll definitely be back.

$100 for an oil change. No fluid checks, no light checks, no filter checks, nothing. Straight up just oil for $99. The gentleman did not even ask me what kind of oil change I wanted, he just came to my car after he was done with the total, saying, I got the premium oil change. I d hate to see what they do for the standard oil change. The 10 minute oil change Took 40 minutes for the car 2 spots in front of me and another 30 for the one right in front of me. I should have gotten out of line way before I did, that s on me I suppose. Not impressed, won t be back. The guy was nice but the price for what was done was ridiculous.

The new manager Derrick and crew gave me excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly, they got me in and out after being given quality service at an affordable price. I appreciate the way they set my car reminder to let me know after 5000 miles to get my oil changed. I know Derrick, he is an honest, knowledgeable guy who works hard and will do well managing this location. I will be frequenting Costa Oil with my other vehicles too. If you haven t ever tried them, or haven t in a long time, go check them out, let them change your oil.Service: Oil change

We used to love costa oil in dillsburg. But watch out, things have changed. Im not sure what is going on there but it should be looked into. Had my husband's truck to a garage for some work and we were notified that the oil filter they used was half the size it should have been. Last time I had my oil changed it cost me all but $100. I never told them I wanted the premium oil or whatever they used and charged me for. I always went and had oil changes for around $30. I should have refused to pay. We will never be returning, which is such a shame bc we used to love it there. Just a warning be careful. I dont know what happened there but it's upsetting. Whoever is in charge please look into your dillsburg store bc there is some extremely shady stuff going on there. And stop making excuses like in the other complaints. Yes ive read the other complaints before writing this. There is something serious going on.

We ve been coming here for years for multiple vehicles but with the new staff that are corporate mission driven, we will not be returning. A local auto supply store has shared the same sentiment with loyal customers not happy with the new staff. Limited selection of oil so if you say you want 10w30 or a certain type that is recommended for your vehicle, they ll say what they have is a fine substitute lol. Also be prepared for them to find low this fluid and low that fluid or this fluid should be changed- when it doesn t. Pure maximum profit driven now Marvin is gone.Service: Oil change

Always a great experience. The guys get you in and out and are always friendly. Just let me know my oil pan was leaking. Always topping my fluids off and have the best price around!!!

This place is great when they have the oil in stock and all their equipment is working. I have gone here many times when they are out of 0W-20 (the oil my car needs) and when the have it, there always seems to be something broken that causes them to not be able to perform the full service like the air pump not working or their wiper fluid is not pumping. Now they have been closed for two weekends.I want to like this place. It's convenient and fast. Hopefully they can get it together.

Been taking my cars here for a few years, probably done now. Went up yesterday (Monday) at 5pm. They were closed, sign read open until 6.Went back up today (Tuesday) a little after 5:30 pm. One car in the bay, one car waiting. They came out and told me they are only working on the cars in front of me, that I would not give serviced.

Since New Management took over this place has gone downhill big time. They are very overpriced and do not stand behind their work. I had an oil leak at the filter that they put on and they refused to stand behind it. Very rude and unprofessional

I've been going to this facility for 10 plus years. My truck has 225,000 miles on it and every oil change service has been completed by Costa. I can't say enough of the customer service that they provide. Ask for Marlin. He is extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. All around a great person. Any time my truck has any issues I take it to him to give it a look and he makes a recommendation. This place gives someone like me, who is a vehicle novice, peace of mind. Today, Gene provided my service. He was outstanding as well with his knowledge and customer service. Thanks again for everything.Service: Oil change

It's rare to go to a business (especially in the auto industry) and get exactly the services advertised for the price advertised. Gene and Marlin were transparent, honest, quick, and competent. The guys working there were super friendly and fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I made a mistake on trying to use the wrong coupon, but they provided another one in its place. Marilyn and Gene were fabulous I did not have an appointment but desperately needed my oil changed there prices were below all of there competitors but there service was amazing. They truely went above and beyond checked other issues at no charge there location was extremely convenient right off of route 15. Marlin & Gene were super friendly, helpful guys! We came for an oil change with a Groupon, but they noticed a vacuum leak under the hood & fixed it for us, just to be kind. Really appreciate them & we will be back for our next oil change. I would recommend them to anybody!

I had the pleasure of getting service Marlin and Gene. I can t say enough about Marlin, he is always polite and courteous and he really just goes the extra mile to service my vehicle. I just met Gene for the first time today and it was a pleasure, he put air in my tires, and you can tell he was trained well by my friend Marlin. I love their loyalty program, your 5th oil change is free! I live in Carlisle and I drive to Dillsburg for Costa! Can t recommend enough!

Running a tight schedule this week and was in desperate need of an Oil Change. Stopped by and was met with two gentlemen that provided top notch customer service.They were efficient, and very respectful.Price was great too!Wish I had gotten their names to pass along another Thank You!

Quick, efficient, friendly service, locally. Regular and synthetic oil options. Competitive prices. It might have a fancy waiting room or complimentary coffee - plan on waiting in your vehicle during your brief visit - but it doesn't matter.If you need a quick oil change from a trustworthy local business, you can't go wrong here. And best of all, they're open until 6pm most nights, which really helps for after work oil changes.
