Brandon was Amazing!My battery died in the Giant parking lot, he walked over with a jumper. Got the car started and then tested the battery (it was dead) he then quickly installed a new one.He was a lifesaver today!Thank you again!!

Easy ada access with wide isles . Knowledgeable staff. Well stocked . Community oriented . They offer free supplys for group car washes . Good parking . Clean . Used oil recycle drop off .

It is as the name implies, an auto parts store. They have a fair selection of commonly used items for light maintenance. Bulbs, fluids, filters, car care, etc. They also will accept used motor oil. The store itself is uninviting. I cannot recall a time I visited where it was brightly lit and met with friendly customer service. The windows are practically covered in signs (I imagine to block the sun), and the entire front is cluttered with impulse type items. I've received support when I asked for it, though maybe better cross reference materials in the aisles would help. I cannot speak to parts ordering or availability, as I shop online for those items. Great for the occasional battery or bulb, however nothing to build customer loyalty.

We showed up 30 minutes to closing one night weeks ago with a dying battery, on our way to a 4 hour drive for vacation. The store manager kindly helped with installing a new battery before closing so we could safely and assuredly travel. Excellent customer service and knowledge, highly recommend this store and their outstanding customer service.

Mike assisted us behind the counter with getting the Correct battery and gave us what was the the best choice for the type of vehicle without paying a lot of money. He did not try and suggest the top battery as the choice we should buy. He explained the Options.

Showed up 20 minutes to closing and two awesome employees Cory and Nathan really save my day! They even stayed late to help me fix my tow truck.They locked the store up and We didn t leave until it was finished best costumer service ever. Definitely recommend this store for all your automotive needs!

I love going here for my oil, filters, bulbs, ect. They are extremely helpful, especially the guy with the long, straight hair. I wish everyone in retail was this friendly and eager to help you find what you need.

Went here last week to grab a few things. Everything was great until I went to check out. Of the three employees I saw helping customers, not a single one was wearing a mask.For future readers this is during the covid-19 pandemic with 6,000 cases a week in PA. It is currently illegal for a business to operate without covid protections.Wearing a mask is a small inconvenience and providing them is inexpensive. A business that is so irresponsible with the health of it's customers and employees isn't worth supporting.

I drove a friend to this store to pick up a hose for her car. The part was not available here but we could drive to Hanover to pick it up, or order it to come to the store. Your agent told us it was coming from the warehouse and would be available when the store opened the next day.. The part did not come in & someone else said it looks like it was never ordered. I had actually paid for the part. What an INCOMPETENT BAFOON. They wasted my time & gas to drive there. I was told this person is always making mistakes. He needs retrained or LET GO !!I will never place an order for parts !!! Let's see if it shows up tomorrow ????? Or will I waste my time & gas again ???

This place is awesome and Trey is an incredibly nice and generous young man. He got me through a real jam after replacing a battery for me. He went way beyond the call of duty. Dillsburg is lucky to have this place.

Pretty amazing! Nathan helped me immensely. He helped me understand the codes from the diagnostic reader. Hopefully I can find the tiny leak in the evap system.

Buying ATF for my BMW's power steering because thats what it takes. Employee harasses me telling me that I am buying transmission fluid that I want power steering fluid.....and this is for management I ask the kid why it smells like burning plastic in the store and he informed me its because he and his co-worker are in the back hooking batteries up to eachother. Thumbs up.

Although I've never visited the website for Advance Auto Parts of Dillsburg, Pa. I have shopped in the store for the bulbs I needed for our 1996 Dodge Dakota SLT and the staff was very helpful.While parking is ample use caution when driving up to Advance Auto Parts from the entrance by the Giant Gas station as patrons of the McDonald's next door to Advance Auto Parts eat while driving and don't pay attention to other people driving in that vicinity.But aside from that I'd definitely purchase auto parts here at the Advance Auto Parts of 890 N. US 15 Dillsburg, Pa.17019.

This spot wasn't too bad they're pretty friendly and everything but honestly some aren't as knowledgeable as you would think they would be working in a field like this. But A for effort.

The only place to go for auto parts they offer a military and law enforcement first responder discount their employees are very knowledgeable about whatever their products they're supplying and they always seem like they're very friendly and helpful.

Advance Auto has a reasonable prices, there isn't much that they don't have in stock and what they don't have, they can order in a very short period of time

Like a kid in a candy shop, always got what I need. Was unsure what size hose I needed so the one dude came out and looked at it got me what I needed and I was on my way. Very friendly

i was treated really bad, i usually have a good experience there but one guy was really nasty with me and looked at me with such hatred, i was trying to get help since i didn t really know what i needed and this experience really ruined going to this shop ever again, if i could give this zero stars i would.
