The latest update on December 12 is one of the most egregious things I ve ever seen by a company. Essentially, if you don t have two hands on the wheel for even a split second, you get a strike out and then they punish you as an owner of an $80,000 car by taking away features of the car That they say is my safety this seems to be one of the most massive over corrections, I ve ever seen Company do I never would ve bought this car if I knew that they would take away the features that I bought the car for. it makes me not want to ever use auto steer and that was my favorite function of the car. I went from loving this car to hating it.

Five stars so far, but this is only based on my first experience. I bought a used 2020 Y. It has a shimmy over 60 mph. The place I bought it from rebalanced the tires maybe and it got better, but still vibrated at high speed. So I made an appointment at the Tesla service center using the app. Super easy to make the appointment. Anyway, they took and went for a drive and determined the back left wheel/tire was the issue. They unmounted the tire and discovered the foam in the tire was defective. He even brought it into the show room to show me. The foam should stay in the tire. It fell right out. They gave me the option of putting on a new tire at a cost of several hundred dollars or just remove the foam. I went with just removing the foam. Car is smooth as silk now and I don t notice any additional noise. Appreciate the tech showing me the issue and giving me options.

Waited months to get door and water leak fixed. Day comes and its done next day awesome. Car still leaks and cause the door handle to get water damaged. Told them about it then pushed it back 2 weeks. I fixed it myself and the door within a day by myself. Didn't seem to care and wasn't much help. They were faster to cancel my appointment then to assist me.Service: Auto maintenance

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this location since 2019. Two new long-range Model 3's (2019 & 2020) and a used 2021 Model S Plaid. I've spent upwards of ~$185,000 in this building. The Model 3's never came with key fobs, but the Model S's used to - at least if it was new. Tesla's call center told me the service center has the ability to give a courtesy key fob and they suggested I go in and ask. Devon service center said they "can't" do that. How many vehicles do I need to buy from these guys to get a single physical key that isn't a cheap plastic card? If I reach $200,000 spent on Tesla vehicles and products, will I unlock the special prize then?! It's an insult to the customer. Literally every other modern car, at the same price points, will come with a physical key fob.Overall I've had decent service experiences here. Usually positive; sometimes negative. Customer service sucks as a whole for Tesla. Their website misleads you on how to use their online chat support and the company has no email support. They really don't care about their customers once purchases are finalized.I still love their vehicles. It's just a disheartening fact to have a company you've given so much treat you like this.

Exceptional experience: using the app to schedule and detail needs, issues addressed perfectly, express drop off and pick up were awesome. Tesla is definitely doing the right things (while growing and experiencing growing pains.)As a side note, I wish Tesla could acknowledge and resolve some of the things it now considers maintenance/chargeable and I believe are design issues (e.g the maddening AC odor issue). Maybe some day.

They were fantastic. Everything was completed on time and great communication through the app. Had one hiccup when I needed to reapprove the estimate and I had trouble figuring out how to do it. All resolved quickly and was still same day service. Never saw or spoke with anyone. I got Uber credits to use after my drop and to come back and get it. EASY.

We have nothing but great things to say about this service center. Excellent service from Louis, and we were in and out quickly. Plus, they even found a small nail in our tire and fixed it! Nothing but excellent service and great customer service. Wish we drove an ICE vehicle that required us to visit a service center multiple times a year to get more time with the great people here! Nicely done Tesla! Keep up the great work TSC team!

Just got my Tesla a few days ago and brought it in for service because the rear passenger side window wouldn't shut all the way up. Chris and a service technician fixed it within 5mins. He even topped off the windshield fluid. So thankful and appreciate how quick & friendly they were.

Great experience here. Appointments are made ahead of time for a specific scheduled time, it was nice to be helped immediately on arrival. I really liked the streamlined process. The sales associate, Griffin, reached out to me the day before so he was prepared for the visit with the correct vehicle and all options that I wanted to see. He was friendly and knowledgeable, vehicle feature demonstrations were very helpful, and he recommended a great route for the test drive with a nice variety of back roads and highway to get a good feel for the vehicle. Highly recommend if you're interested in checking out a Tesla.

Brought my car in early AM to fix a flat tire and get my alignment adjusted. I set up the service appointment via the app and it scheduled seamlessly. Upon entering, I was a bit confused as there is no front desk, but a nice woman came out from the offices to answer my questions.Tesla gave me the option to either stay and wait for my car or to use an Uber voucher to get a free ride. I chose to stay, as the service was quick. My car was into the garage (they didn't even need my key!) and out within about 2.5 hours.The alignment was perfectly straight at 0.0 and my tire was replaced quickly. I was alerted when the service was finished, and I still had half of a day to get back to driving with my fixed-up car. The cost was a bit on the higher end, but I knew my car was getting fixed by people who knew how to work on a Tesla.Great experience overall!

I'm only a few months into the whole EV experience and so far I absolutely love my Tesla. Most service can be done with their mobile team but sometimes you'll have to bring the car to a service center. Their system is smart enough to know when you've arrived, they'll call you and walk you through what you need to do. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about a lack of face to face interaction with people on a service appointment, but the communication electronically is really quite good. The one negative I would say is the location of the service center, I wish Tesla would add another one in the Doylestown area.

Decent waiting area and good communication with the service team via the app and in person when required. They also have tables where you can setup for a meeting etc while waiting.

The service center was surprisingly outdated. Well, the rest rooms are but the service that I received, which was replacing a tail light that was defective was incredibly quick. I walked in at 7:15 I was out by 7:38 AM.

They did what I needed them to do, but the experience is very unimpressionable, and very unpersonal. "Scan the QR code and wait " Most dealerships have people very open and willing to help out on the floor. Not sitting behind wall dividers, and one greeter. That being said, at the very least, they helped.

The problem it was in for 10 months ago has yet to be remedied. I dropped it off 9 days ago for a couple of small matters and it is still not done. My biggest complaint is lack of communication. They do not return phone calls, they have missed 6 expected completion dates so far. I love my car but the Devon service center has left a bad taste in my mouth.

confirmed my part was ordered on the phone. dropped off car for seatbelt repair it was finished early in a few hours. they gave me rideshare credits to get home and back for the day.

Best Tesla service center ever! My main battery died and they took care of my problem like true professionals. Process was the quickest and easiest I've ever experienced and staff was totally 100. These negative reviews on here must be from another planet because clearly they are talking about the wrong place. Keep up the great service guys! #1

I had my friend pick up a nema 14-50 adapter for me here and it was a easy process. I couldn't make it out since it was so far away but since I paid for it online, I was able to designate her to pick it up on my behalf. Haven't had any service done on my car but when I cross that bridge I will update!

They replaced both front upper control arms in my wife's Model 3 in less than 24 hrs, getting rid of the strange noises coming from the the front of the car. They also provided a loaner car.

I went there for annual service, the service was great and quick, but they don t have a rental vehicle, so they supplied me with Uber credit, but I would prefer a rental vehicle . I don t want wait for Uber, if they have rental vehicle I will give five stars, hopefully they will have that for in the future.
