I've been taking my BMW to them for a number of years now. They do what almost no other car repair place has done my entire life-- make me feel confident that they are doing what they need to do and not gouging me. They also talk to me, a woman, like I understand what they're saying, which I do. With their help, I plan to keep my 10 year old car for many years to come.

I ve brought my car here 3 times so far.The first trip they forgot to order my tires so the service was delayed. Then when I tried to pick my car up after hours I found they still had the keys locked in their shop. I had to drive back the next morning to pick the car up.Second trip was fine.This third trip, I ve been sitting in their parking lot for 20 minutes waiting to drop my car off and the shop is completely shut down. Nobody around. Nobody answering the phone. It s the middle of the week during their posted business hours.This shop does fine work but they are awful at communication and pretty unreliable. I won t be coming back here.

So happy I found them. They are knowledgeable, and explain the answers to your problems. Going to the dealer directly is horribly expensive. I understand that you must take care of high end cars. I love the fact that you get the personalized care without the egregious price tag. Thank you guys so much for servicing my Porsche. See you guys in a few weeks for the BMW.

Mike and his crew are thorough, honest, responsive and help you minimize repair costs on your vehicle. It is rare these days to find people who are like that so I would encourage anyone to try them. I think you will be as pleased as I have been.

These guys are awesome. I recently purchased a 86' 944 turbo and I had some issues with the motor and stalling that I needed resolved so they did a post purchase inspection and put new tires/wheels on the car. Not only did they completely resolve all my issues that I honestly was very concerned about, but they fixed a bunch of other small things I didn't even ask for. They fixed my pop up headlights' operation, power seat controls, and other small details around the car that I found annoying but thought I'd just deal with since its an old car right? Not anymore. Their attention to detail is on point. On top of that, they gave me a loaner car for an entire week so I didn't have to freak out about work. I called for updates and Mike I believe answered and you could tell he knew what he was talking about, had a fun personality, and he genuinely enjoyed his job, or at least really appeared to. Dudes a G, or a really good actor. I got my car back to as close to 100% as I can get, and I looked forward to calling them. It's pretty dang hard to say that about anything, especially anything in the automotive/service industry. The cost was where it should've been too. If you have a German car and you need anything, stop wasting your time like I did looking around and trust these guys. You won't regret it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had my first inspection on my new (used) Mercedes CLS550 done here and they had very reasonable pricing and were thorough in their inspection, letting me know about some issues that if left unaddressed would have become major issues. I don't live near them anymore, but I still go because they do a great job with European cars. They provide a loaner which helps, they do have a lot of business so plan ahead. I just like how they don't push unnecessary things and focus on real issues and provide recommendations (competitive value). Additionally, I bought a second car with them and that was easy as well and no mayor issues so far with the car. For reference I have 2008 Audi A3 (manual) and bought a VW golf gti 2005.Update: Aug 2023 Took my VW golf gti 2003 and they did a great job finding the issue it had (white smoke), car is running great Im happy, recommended;Services: Tires, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Purchased a vehicle from here.The owner of the company made the whole exchange as pleasant as possible. The vehicle was in absolutely amazing condition for its age. Could not be happier with the purchase.Highly recommend for any service to your vehicle or just go look at the awesome shop they have and the collection of German autos to accompany it.Great team of guys found there.

Mike and his team always take good care of us. The job included installing an aftermarket suspension kit I supplied, which they weren't familiar with.Overall it took more time than expected but they were persistent to get the alignment perfect (most important part), and in the end worked with us on total cost.Outside of a basic oil change, Premier is where we take all our vehicles.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

Premier Eurocars was extremely easy to deal with, charged fairly for the work performed, got authorization before doing any work, suggested ways I could save a couple of bucks, and did a great job of repairing andservicing my car. I took it to them because a prior dealer service failed to properly service the 4 wheel drive system. They understood from the symptoms exactly what was wrong on our Mercedes, suggested the proper service, gave me an estimate and held to that estimate. They are also just really nice too. Extremely expensive place for car services. And check your receipt. Sometimes they replace the broken parts with refurbished parts, not with new ones. But still they charge you like new parts.

I have a 2018 Audi SQ5. I needed front brakes and the dealer was off the charts with price. I stopped at Premier after driving by their shop for years. They replaced my front brakes with better than stock Audi parts and at a reasonable cost. They took the time and interest to answer my questions about maintaining my car for the long haul as I currently have 95K miles and plan to keep it to at least 200K. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Premier.Service: Brakes

Premier Eurocars is a GREAT place to take your foreign car(s) for service. Staff is great, service is excellent, they hooked me up and squeezed me in when I left my state inspection to the last minute. I like supporting local businesses and Premier Eurocars has made me a loyal client. Newer customer (should've been coming to these guys for years - and will from now on). Late model BMW needed turbo replacement. Replaced spark plugs and fuel injectors neglected by dealer during previous engine replacement. Car runs better than when new, 10 years later. Excellent service and detailed explanations of issues. I highly recommend them, I brought my Porsche 911 to them for maintenance and some repairs. I live an hour away from them and it was worth driving to their shop. Mike the owner was very helpful, very trustworthy will really take care of your car properly and making sure everything is gonna be good.
