We had a terrible experience with this car and this dealership. We leased a Mercedes-Benz E400 at this location in the fall of 2017 and later bought it. The dealership performed all maintenance and repair.Nightmare!Never ever, not even once got the car back on the promised time frame.Never able to get a loaner. Or reasonable shuttle service (forever a wait). The promised pick-up and delivery service is a joke! Was able to use it once, and the person delivering the car damaged my property gate. They did fix the resulting car damage which of course also entailed additional days without the car.And most frustrating of all, the tires! I lost count on how many tires we had to replace during the years. Every year, multiple tires. Every time, at least a whole day of our time, and they charge a ton. Is it the car? Is it the dealership? I don't know and I don't care at this moment. Just got slashed another bill of $4000+ (on a 6 year old supposedly premium car) that included replacing 3(three) tires (which were probably just replaced in 2023) plus maintenance plus change of brake. I'm fed up. Will never use this dealership again and absolutely will never drive another Mercedes-Benz.

I just wanted to share my latest visit to Euro Motorcars.... unfortunately for me- I travel on 422 and have really beat up my little Mercedes that I love. Every time, Brandon Thorpe has helped me out along the way to care for my car. This last time- I really did a number on it and as usual, Brandon was there. From the guys in the service bay, the service tech and the videos they send, Brandon explaining and being supportive and even to the sweet woman at the cashier's desk. EVERYONE at Euro Motorcars is great. I highly recommend them!~Erika M Haas

Eugene Jackson, the service department technician, provided me with outstanding service. Brought in my car because there was a safe recall for replacing the fuel. During the check, Eugene found 2 of my front tires have bubbles in the side walls so he advised me to get both tires replacement. Luckily, I also purchased a tire and wheel warranty when I purchased the car, so I was able get a replacement at no cost ( though the alignment will still cost $219) . Thanks Eugene !

Purchased our brand new car 1 year ago from this dealership. Car has been garage kept and only has 5,000 miles on it. Had annual service done and they returned it filthy. So took it back to detail it. Car was brought to our house by their driver with the entire side of the sedan scraped and scratched. No word from the owner of the dealership and little communication of how they are going to make this big mistake right. We currently have their loaner and they have the car. Most concerning is the lack of ethics and honesty to notify us of the damage that occurred while the vehicle was solely in their possession.

I had a truly great experience with Euro Motorcars. Kim was super responsive, helpful, and fair. I was purchasing an Audi from out of state and he made the process as transparent as possible, keeping me confident and trusting of the legitimacy of the information I was getting. Even after a hiccup with the shipping company, they worked fast to resolve the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Bad experience. I got a fuel pump recall service. At the first time, they scheduled an appointment and loaner car for me, but the second day they called me to pick up the car because they don t have the parts. Then they rescheduled me on December 15th,2023. Since my wallet got stolen, I have no license with me, so I called Euro Motorcars to reschedule another appointment. I spoke with a lady, and she told me the earliest appointment is January 6th,2024. I asked her can I drop off my car around 7am, she told me the easiest time is 9am, because it s a Saturday, they don t do 7am on Saturday. But when I got there the service department told me they didn t find my appointment. They checked out the lady rescheduled the appointment for me on January 4th, but I m 100% sure she told me Saturday, 9 am. I drove half an hour from center city to get here

The wrost car and dealer we have ever purchased. We bought brand new a GLC 300 for only two months from this dealer. The car already broken and in the their shop for more than 10 days. There is not information during those days about what is going on and the sales department is rude and no helpful. Will never buy anything from them

I made an appointment at Euro Motorcars Devon Mercedes-Benz two (2) weeks prior for leaking rear corroded brake lines on my extremely well-maintained, dealer-serviced 2011 ML-350. I brought the car in at 7:30AM on a Tuesday; advised the technician specifically what the issue was with the car; and waited for their advice. After I followed-up one (1) day later where I was advised a technician would be free to look at it the next day; two (2) days after I brought it in (at my appointed day and time), I received a video describing what the issue was (the exact same issue I had advised them two days earlier day when I brought it in at my appointed day and time)!A few hours later I received a quote to replace the corroded brake lines for get this $7,065. I understand dealerships like this charge a lot more than independent mechanics, but $7,065 to replace some brake lines?! IMHO that was the dealership telling me, No thank you, we don t want to do this work but if we do, you will pay us an exorbitant amount of money . There is NO way replacing some corroded brake lines on a well-maintained 2011 car should cost that much. No way.What made it even worse was the fact they had the nerve to charge me $222.61 for doing the assessment when I already told them exactly what the problem was when I brought the car in, yet they held on to my car needlessly for two (2) days, waiting to look at it and then quoted that absurd amount of money!After a prior sub-standard issue I had with this dealership where I shared my opinion with my assigned service technician and also their online survey questionnaire (to which I <unsurprisingly> never received a response), I will never ever step foot in this business again and neither should you if you value your time and money.UPDATE (08-29-2023): I researched and found a nearby independent mechanic who specializes in German cars who was able to do the repairs for $2,241.75 ($5,045.86+ less than what Euro Motorcars Devon MB was going to charge me). The German Auto mechanic guarantees their work for 24 months or 20,000 miles and also noticed a missing spring on a brake caliper that eluded Euro Motorcar's full "inspection" (for which I paid $222.61). You too have a choice ... you do not need to overpay at this dealer for inferior service.If you value your time and money, DO NOT GO HERE!

I purchased a brand new vehicle from them and paid all in cash. When I reached home, seats were ripped off, back seats were not closing , back door was not responding properly. Moreover, they get my signature on maintenance package without proper explanation. Now the vehicle has recall. I m trying to schedule these issues and repair. They didn t giving me an appointment. They re becoming rude by saying that parts are not available. Besides calling them multiple times in last 9 months, they re even not canceling my maintenance package. For recall, I was told that your car doesn t need it without looking at the vehicle.I am tired of calling this dealership. Worst experience of my life. They rude and disrespectful.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life and have only had a few truly great buying experiences and Euro Motorcars was one of them. Evangelos Kakos was a breath of fresh air and provided first class service, listened well and was very knowledgeable about his products. The entire dealership raised the banner of performance from a dealership in my mind. If you are looking for a great buying experience look no further! As long as Evan Kakos works at EuroMotorcars of Devon, I will forever be a loyal customer to this dealership. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever taken part in as far as car deals go. I work for a NJ electric company, and found this vehicle in their inventory during the peak of Tropical Storm Isaias restoration efforts. Working 12-16 hour days every day does not provide much time to work out a deal, but Evan made it happen, through strictly email - all in the course of less than a full day! My initial talks with him began late Friday afternoon, and by close of business Saturday, we had reached an agreement. Evan filled me with enough confidence that he was being transparent and honest with this deal, so first thing Monday morning I made the hour and a half drive out to Devon, PA to finalize the deal. And sure enough - I arrived to find no surprises, no changes to our numbers, the deal was perfectly intact. I had sent a list of "demands" to Evan - basically exactly what I wanted numbers-wise in my deal - and Evan got it from the start. There was zero haggling, zero need to negotiate, and I knew I received top-dollar for my trade. It was honestly the deal of a lifetime -- on a Mercedes Benz! I also must commend Evan for his commitment to his customers - he sacrificed his day off to make sure he was there for me to take delivery of my new car. His professionalism and commitment to my satisfaction was the highest level of service I have ever received at a vehicle dealership. I can now proudly say that I am the happy owner of my very first Mercedes Benz - and it was all because of Evan. If you're on the fence or considering purchasing a new or used Mercedes Benz, this is the place you need to go. I have been in contact over the last few months with multiple luxury brand dealerships, none of which came remotely close to offering this level of care for its customers - some flat-out ignored my emails entirely. I felt nothing of this sort with MB of Devon. I felt welcomed immediately the moment I walked into their door. Even once I left, Evan followed up with me before I had made it home to check on my status with the Mercedes Me phone app, so he could ensure the fastest set up possible.I also must give a shout-out to my finance manager, Bruce Williams. Bruce did a phenomenal job ensuring that my deal was approved and ready to go before I ever even showed up to the dealership - and he made sure everything went smoothly and quickly once I was in his office. He also did a wonderful job remaining patient with me as I suffered through severe exhaustion and an impending migraine, which led to some unintentional grumpiness on my part (which I made sure to apologize for). He did a great job explaining my options for extended warranties and made sure I understood any risk I took by not opting for the warranties up front.Overall, as stated before - this has been the most pleasant car deal I have ever taken part in and because of the level of professionalism and care shown by Evan, I will be loyal to this dealership for any of my future car-buying needs! Thank you so much MB of Devon for making it possible for me to now have my dream car in my driveway!

I had a very pleasant experience with Anthony. He was honest, professional and practiced excellent communication. I drove 10 hours to trade in a vehicle and purchased a pre-owned MB G63. They honored what the offered me for my trade in and the new vehicle was just as described. The best part was that I asked for a quick turn at the dealership due to a long drive home and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, that's the appraisal, review of new vehicle and closing, AMAZING!

Only gave one star instead of zero because mostly everyone was nice. Should get zero based on the fact that I dropped my car off Tues evening for an appointment at 8:30am Wed. I spoke at length with the advisor about issues with the center console display and roof not opening, which both occurred while the car was having body work done where the relays for those two things are located. I specifically asked that they inspect the relays and electronics that the repair shop had manipulated, and was told that a mechanic with 40 yrs experience would be looking at it since it is a 15 year old car. I was quoted an hour of labor but it could be more if they couldn't find the issue quickly...I told them to do what they had to in order to find the cause.On Thurs I received a snarky message about how they were sorry I couldn't make my appt on Wed. I called the number to "reschedule" and the woman said since I missed my Wed appointment they could get me in two weeks later. I pointed out that I had left my car there Tues evening so as NOT to miss the appt, to which she said "so you car is here?" My response was "it better be."Next I received a text FRIDAY around 2:30 with a video of a man who absolutely didn't sound 60 years old getting in my car and saying he "thinks" it's the console unit. He also said he managed to open the roof but had to push it closed, so don't open it again.About two hrs later I spoke to the service advisor. I asked if they looked at the relays and he said "we didn't take the trunk apart" but the relays are all ok. The problem with that is you cannot even see the relays without taking the trunk panels out and removing the navigation block.He also said the new command unit was backordered (he did not ask if I wanted to order it) and could take months to get, and the parts to repair the roof weren't being made anymore. My receipt says that I DECLINED both repairs, when i was never offered the repairs at all.I went to pick the car up and stood at the cashier desk for a full 4-5 minutes while the clerk texted her daughter (when she finally acknowledged me she told me that). I paid for the hour of labor I was quoted which seemed ridiculous and left.Two days later I noticed that my camera had been unplugged, which wasn't as much of an issue as the fact that they didn't tell me, and didn't plug it back in AND videos from 2 1/2 of the three days my car was there were deleted.To top it off, I received a text from my service advisor asking if everything was good and if not to respond so they could make it right. I replied that I wasn't happy that they hadn't looked at what I asked for and the camera issue....that was three weeks ago and I haven't heard a word.

Dealership gives low ball trade-in values and did not even want to work with me at all. Avoid this place and take your business to another local Mercedes dealership instead.

Did rear brake replacement on C63 AMG. Great service/price and professional stuff!I'm a new customer and came after my regular Mercedes dealer in Cherry Hill tried to mislead me.Devon, who I worked with, was very kind and professional. I received a quick and throughout inspection on my car. The service was done ahead of time and overall I was treated very well.Ended up saving a lot of money and receiving professional service! Look no further

I have been bringing my C300 and C63 to Euro Motor Cars Devon of Mercedes Benz for a while now, and I am consistently impressed with the level of service I receive. Although I do many research and reviews before I purchase anything. I don't do many reviews online, but Euro Motorcars of Devon made me do my first one on google.First. I did not purchase my Mercedes through here (I should ve done more research) but a month after I did, I had a recall on the car. I schedule my appointment with the service department, and they gave me a loaner quickly. I was assigned Darius DuQuesnay. Not only was Darius very professional and helpful getting me set up and quickly into my car but he also gave the experience a personal touch on numerous occasions. When the car went into service, they found a problem and quickly called me to let me know what they had to do to make sure the car was 100% safe for me and my family to get back into and they told me to keep the loaner for a few more days.When the car was ready to be picked up, I went to drive the car I had my 2-year-old in the car. He finally fell asleep, and they allowed me to wait in the car on the parking lot until my son was awake. As I was waiting in the car with my baby, they gave the car a quick detail. I personally had to get going and didn t want to wake the baby up so Darius and Adam (the service manager) both help me getting this out of the loaner and into my car. One held my sleeping son while the other safely and securely took out the car seat and install it into my car. I can t tell you how kind and great both these gentlemen are. They went above and behind for me and my family every time I walk through those doors. I will be purchasing all my future cars with this team, and they need to be recognized for the great work they do. Me coming from a hospitality industry, this is as best as it comes. I wish I have more to say about both Adam and Darius, but the great part of this experience is that I know that this is only scratching the surface of what the both has to offer! I can t wait to purchase my Maybach from these guys.DO NOT go anywhere else but here and when you get the chance to meet these two guys. You will understand what I am talking about.

Recently purchased a nearly new Mercedes here. The experience was first class. Sales consultant Fred Mielke was knowledgeable, available and efficient. The car was correctly priced and I got an excellent deal on my trade in.Highly recommend the company and Fred!

We talked with someone about getting a Mercedes, and on the phone he said they would accept a deposit for the car and then it s like he changed his mind. I called again to give him credit card info for the car and he sounded angry about it! I will not be coming back here, please work on your customer service.

Bought a pre-owned Panamera 4S. Zack was my salesman. Paul was the finance manager. Both were exceptionally professional. The whole buying experience was painless. Could have been difficult since I reside two states away. Zack was very upfront about any minor imperfections the vehicle had which were not much. We agreed on a price over the phone for the vehicle and the trade in. When we arrived, there were no hidden extra costs that some dealers try to sneak in at the last minute. It was the price of the car, a nominal document fee and the cost of registration for NY. That's it. The vehicle was in pristine condition and properly serviced. It was traded in to them by the original owner. They don't normally sell Porches but kept this one because of the condition. The sale price was a bit below average market which was more than fare. In the finance office, there was no pressure at all. Paul presented a 3rd party 6 year bumper to bumper warranty at a great price. Paul did explain that certain things are not covered like brake pads and that the owners manual maintenance schedule must be followed for the warranty company to honor the coverage. He allowed us plenty of time to research it in which we found it to be one of the most reputable warranty companies out there. Paul explained to us that it is one that they accept and that they pay dealer hourly rates. I subsequently found that to be true. I spoke to local Porsche dealerships and Euro mechanics shops in NYC who all said RoadVantage is a very good company. Very important to have when you by a German car. We really appreciated the no pressure presentation. We were in the dealership for no more than 2 hours. In the end, I got a Panamera speced out to a orig MSRP of 140k for 79k with 14k miles and exceptionally kept by orig owner with a 6 yr warranty. This was less than a NYC Porsche dealer who wanted 79k for a Panamera with many more miles and much less options and only a 2 yr warranty. I would definitely buy a car from them again.UPDATE: had an AC issue with my car. Defective O-Ring. Needed to recharge system. Cost $500. RoadVantage approved the repair and the freon charge within 2 hrs! They paid my mechanic the same day! Great warranty!!! I will definitely buy another car from Euro Motors, especially if they still offer this warranty!!

Purchased brakes less than 6 months ago. A reputable shop within the same area put them on so I know they were put on correctly. All they do now is squeal and omit a great amount of brake dust. There was a call placed in regards to the squeal and the brake dust. Answer to the brake dust from the manufacturer is don t apply the brakes ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I understand they are not the manufacturer but come on the price alone for just the brakes is more than $400. There should be some resolution/compensation other than taking off the brakes and bring them back. That in itself is just RIDICULOUS. I ll update review with a photo.

The worst place and the main reason for me to switch frim Mercedes to any other car is the service. I had engine light couple of years ago and I keep going back about 3 times and every time the car stays for more than a week and the same issue come back until my son went and spoke with the manager and the finally fixed. I have also engine service on 10 days ago and stayed a week and no one even called to tell what the issue until I called 3 days after and they said we ordered parts and waiting to come and on Thursday they called that it s ready to pick up. So I picked it up and before reaching my house the light of engine service came back so I dropped it back and no body even called to tell me what s going on until I called to ask for the manager and after long time on hold someone came and said it s water pump and we will see if it is cover or not and let you know. So I feel they re not respectful at all and they re not professional Although I love my car but they make me think to sell it so I don t have to deal with them again. My husband had a Toyota before and now Honda and both dealers are very professional than Mercedes!!

Buyer Beware On October 1 st I purchased a certified pre owned 2019 e300 from Euro Motorcars Devon.I was assured their CPO were premium grade and they spend $3-4K certifying them.There were many issues with delivery that should have been a red flag but I was too excited about myfirst Mercedes-benz. They did not clean the car out there was trash in the back seat which would havebeen seen on a quick glance and the cup holders were filthy. They also promised me all 4 floor matswhich I have an IOU for which I still do not have in my possession almost 2 months laterThe day after taking delivery there was a huge leak from the windshield with water coming in from allcracks and crevices such as the rear view mirror, rear door handles and pooling at the footwell of thedrivers side. I was stunned as this car had been on the lot for 1 month of which it had rained plenty oftimes, how was this not seen before?They fixed this quickly and assured me there was no other damage to electronics which I was hesitantabout. There was no real apology from the dealership and they refused to talk to me on the phone onlydealing in text messages.Since then, some of my electronics have stopped functioning properly such as the exit/entry system andwind shield wipers.After 2 months of ownership and normal driving (less than 2k miles) I realized there was a shaking of thewheel when breaking that no other car I have owned has done a different authorized Mercedes-benzdealer informed me that my front break rotors were warped and that 2 months of normal drivingconditions could not have caused this. I called the dealership that sold it to me asking to speak tosomeone and leaving a message and of course no call back. I will not be dealing with this dealershipanymore and I encourage you do the same.

Don't buy from this dealer. I bought my Mercedes from them last April. The financing person named Paul Moss really pushed the extra warranties and I end up buying one. I was told this one will cover Keys, any minor exterior and interior damages. On the contract, it lists six items: Paintless Dent Repair, Windshield Repair, Interior, Exterior, Vehicle Key, Roadside Assistance.Last week, I found a little ding on my windshield and decided to use this warranty. Since I was taking it in, I wanted buff up the scratch marks - probably from my nails. I pointed out 2 (about quarter inch) of them to the service person. I was told they cannot do them because my warranty only covers "paintless" dent! I asked what is the 'exterior" on the list. He talked to this Paul Moss person and told me that it covers if the paint fades for any reason!! What the heck are they talking about? Why would the paint fades on the Mercedes? If I was told that, I wouldn't have paid $1,500 for this stupid warranty. Replacing key only cost about$500 - I will probably never use it and it seems they are going to come up with all kinds of BS to not to do anything.I bought my last two Mercedes from Fort Washington and never had to put up with such a horrible customer service. Stay away from this dealer.I am going to file a complaint with DA's office because I think this dealership is running a scam.
