Best auto shop anywhere ever... Family owned and run for 2 generations (and a 3rd learning the ropes). Ed "Sparky" Forde is one of the kindest, most honest and most knowledgeable car guys you will ever meet. He takes the time to talk to you about your car. He'll explain what your options are, what you need now, and what you can let wait until next time. He has gone WAY above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, because of what he felt was reasonable and fair. I couldn't say enough. Customer for life.

Sparky is one of a kind! Him and Michelle are the sweetest, kindest and the most pleasant people I've got to encounter in a really long time. They will take care of you. Period!I couldn't be happier that life has brought me to you!Will highly recommend to whomever needs a mechanic! Five stars is not enough so here's some more Thank you for everything!

My car was evaluated as a total loss because of flooding withing the past month and this is where the car was towed. They were very professional in sealing the moon roof and open windows of the car, which were open and the condition from when it was towed out of the flooded water. I easily retrieved things I wanted from the car before the insurance company took it for salvage. They have must have an agreement with Berwyn EMT services but if you ever need the services of a place like Ed Forde, go to Ed Forde. I don't put 5 star ratings very easily, only when impressed by far above and beyond services or products.

Recently had some heavy load equipment delivered to our shop down the road, and had no way of getting it off, I called and spoke with Sparky and he said no problem. The guys got it off the truck, and got it into our new shop all with a smile on their face. Thoroughly impressed and will be sending all our vehicles to them going forward!

Oh my gosh this is the worst inspection station that I ve ever even heard of. They scam you! They try to get their money by scamming you Since they are clearly incompetent to actually do a good job. They don t know what safety is, they don t know basic principles of car mechanics. They are so rude! And the owner is not nice. As a word of sound advice to you as a potential customer looking for your vehicle to be serviced, avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I went ED Forde for 2 times, One is for the inspection, They charged more than the market. 2nd time for the Water Pump change. I found them bit rude plus they were not explaining the estimates upfront.

I m am so thankful for this company. I had a flat tire on 202 and they came and saved the day and turned an awful experience into a good one. Professional and kind all the way around and really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you SO much!!!!!

What an accommodating station,we had a truck towed there very reasonable, he even loaned us a Jack to repair something, friendly neighborhood station
