Oil change was easy to schedule online. Dropped off car. The dealer provided Lyft service home and back when it turned out the servicing might take a few hours. No problem picking up later in the day. The service itself was quick and efficient. Waiting area is nice and clean.

Lou and the service team at Devon did a great job with my vehicle, sharing personal videos of work being done along with suggestions to help save me time on upcoming services. They always got me in and out with a loaner very quickly! Will keep coming here for all my BMW service needs!

Very happy with BMW Devon service group. Had a situation and needed my car towed. They were closing the service center for the day on Friday but they said just send the car over and we will take care. I bought my car from Otto s BMW and tried to reach them, it s been 20 days and have not received a call back. At Devon, got a call back in 15 minutes. Once the car was in their shop they were very prompt and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Lou A my service advisor was very helpful and forthcoming . He would keep me informed and if I call he would respond within a couple hours! Really happy with their customer service. I am done with Otto s group, BMW Devon is my preferred choice for servicing my BMW.

My first time using BMW of Devon...their service staff was top notch and I had no worries leaving my car with them...they were able to get me in ahead of my scheduled appointment and sent me a video showing me the issue with my car. Wanita the service writer kept me informed on the status of my car which was completed ahead of schedule. Overall a great experience.

Great service. Slightly overbooked at dealer, but when you want peace of mind of BMW service on your BMW, a little extra time is worth the wait. Rich was very informative and kept me in the loop as it pertained to updates and cost/authorization for certain work. I d recommend.

My service manager Eric kept me informed and updated on my car s two day service visit. With a hard deadline that was an upcoming trip, Eric made it happen. The online checkout was easy to do and the car was cleaned. Perfect service. Thank you again for a great job and a wonderful experience!

Devon BMW service department is great. This was my first visit there and from the minute I drove up to service garage door to when I picked up my car they were great. Everyone that I came in contact with that day was friendly, professional and represented BMW in a professional manner. Lou kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car. I love the idea of paying through the Text2Pay.

The service was good BUT my service advisor needs to learn a few things. I go in once a year & this is the 2nd year that he talked to me like I was an idiot. Recently he was mansplaining about tire pressure. Next year I will request a different advisor.

Jeff really showed tremendous customer service on Saturday the 10th. I needed a tire after hitting a pothole and Jeff got me in and out in record time saving my Saturday plans. Awesome job Jeff and thank you very much!!

Wantia was a pleasure to speak to. She helped me with my oil change wnd gave me options to save money in the future. Would recommend coming here to any of your BMW services and ask for her.

Great experience. I had my daughters vehicle in for a faulty front driver's side blinker issue. Richard and his team diagnosed the problem and gave me my options for remedy. They also took notice that the car had 2 minor recall issues and took care of them at the same time. I was also given a comprehensive diagnostics of the entire car for future issues, very much appreciated.

Had a routine oil change on 3/11/24 and I didn't receive any video or photos of the look over of my vehicle. My husband was waiting in the lobby for the car but no one communicated with him about the vehicle. In fact, when he saw customers who arrived after him leave, he went to inquire about the vehicle and was told it was ready. When he asked to speak with the assigned advisor, he was told that they were on the phone. When I received the standard text to the link to view the video look over of my car, nothing was there. When I responded communicating that, the advisor said My apologies. We attempted to send video but appears there has been some type of system error not loading customer videos. . I have yet to receive the video of my car and as much as we rely on those complimentary reviews to check the pulse of the car, this is the first time I ve never received it and had this experience. It s a very unusual experience for Devon and I hope it doesn t happen again. Would really like that video of my car though.

Jeff is a great service advisor his customer service is above and beyond he always touch basis with me when my car needs service. The service dept always sends me a video of my car letting me know what needs to be done. I am always pleased with the Devon location. Thanks

My experience at BMW Devon was great! Eric was attentive and kept me informed during the service process. He also arranged for a loaner vehicle on short notice so I wouldn t have to wait. Much appreciated and will be back.

Excellent service! Came in for an oil change and to look at a tire. Kevin and crew informed me back tire had a nail in it and some solutions on what options I had. Will definitely use their services again.

BMW of Devon Service Center is my preferred service center. They always do an excellent job of providing detailed explanations of what services were performed and suggest what services will be needed soon. Their loaner process is also very smooth for me and I enjoy servicing my car with BMW of Devon.

I Great experience getting my service done here. People are easy to work with and advocate for you. Love that they share videos summarizing what needs to they find and how to fix it. Overall I would come back here.

Brought my car in for brakes and rotors as I was advised by another servicer. Kevin and his team fit me in the next day. As it turns out the brakes were still in good condition so no work was necessary . Fact is they could have replaced them and I would have been none the wiser. They also could have charged me for their time but they did not. Total bill was zero.The team all around was super friendly and accommodating.This is now my go to BMW Service provider!Thanks Kevin and team

Even tho I have them at 3 stars .. it's because of some other concerns.... nothing to do with the service! I appreciate the service I received. Everyone I encountered were very polite and perfessional. Car always came back fixed or well serviced.

I am not a fan of Dealerships, but Eric in the Service Department of Devon BMW is great, practical and super customer oriented. They do a great job, and he is awesome to work with.
