By far the worst dealership in Pennsylvania. (Across all manufacturers) Everything from communication to the level of service is absolutely terrible and a disgrace to the BMW brand. I made an appointment for Warranty work, took the car in to find out hours later that the part wasn t in, and the car sat there for five hours. I rescheduled and was told that it would take an hour and a half to complete however the car wasn t available till the next day with no communication until I reached out and asked since I hadn t heard anything 6hours after the job was supposed to be completed. To then find out that the job was done completely wrong Displaying zero common sense, review of their work, or quality of service. Service representatives, notably Rich, failed to provide satisfactory explanations or proactive communication, resorting to nothing but hollow repetitive apologies. If you were looking for a dealership to service your car, please travel the extra 20 to 40 minutes. I assure you this will save you time running your car back to the dealership every couple of days because they can t get their service appointments under control.

Drew was the consummate professional. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to working with him again, although if our new car lasts as long as it should, he will likely be retired. In the meantime, I will recommend others to him. (My other 330 has 182,500 miles on the clock.)

I had a fantastic experience at the BMW of Devon Pennsylvania service department. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. My service technician, Lou, was not only informative but also understanding of my budget constraints. He tailored a service plan that met my needs without any pressure. Lou went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.I also had a positive interaction with Linda over the phone; she was sweet and understanding when I mentioned I was running late for my appointment. The option to pay online for convenience is a great time-saving feature. Joe, the shuttle driver, was friendly and made my commute hassle-free.Overall, the service experience was exceptional, and I found the pricing to be fair. I highly recommend the BMW of Devon Pennsylvania service department for their excellent service and customer-centric approach.

BMW of Devon was a pleasure to buy from. Anthony immediately understood what was important to me, and made the whole process easy. The dealership was refreshingly transparent with pricing, availability, trade in values, and pretty much anything else I asked about. They also weren't pushy, nor did they resort to any of the tactics car buyers dread.They did a nice job balancing the delivery process being informative without taking a ton of time. I honestly can't think of anything that would have made it a 'better' experience. I got what I wanted, they were fair at all times, and they operated in a way that worked well for me.

First of all, I am very happy with our car purchase experience at BMW of Devon in PA. We found the car we liked (a certified preowned 22' X3) and I contacted them through online messaging. They immediately responded and assigned me to Drew Wendle (Client Advisor) at BMW of Devon. Drew sent me pictures of the car because there were not many pics online as they said they had just received the car. I visited their location and test drove the car. Drew W. is very knowledgeable on BMWs. This is important whether you are a BMW enthusiast or simply buying a great vehicle, it just shows that they care about the products they sell. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. They have good selection of vehicles, new and CPO (certified preowned). The is a very genuine place with knowledgeable professionals; they stand behind their products and I feel that I can 100% trust them for car purchase. They are straightforward with the purchase price, quality of vehicles, warranty details, etc., and that is reflected in every way. Drew W. is a very customer-oriented person who seemed to never take a break, always talking to customers and he is patient, and he answers all BMW related questions. Overall, very happy with our purchase of X3 and also the BMW of Devon in Devon, PA. If you are in the market for a new or CPO BMW, you have to review their website for the inventory and I recommend checking them out at their Devon, PA location. We live in NJ, and it was well worth the little traffic through Philadelphia coming to the dealership. You will be very happy, too. Thank you, BMW of Devon!

Anthony of BMW of Devon provided me with a great experience in terms of the purchase of my new 2024 X6 edition. I previously owned 2 BMWs, but buying a brand new build was like no other. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Always very accessible and informative in regards to any questions. Very honest in terms of helping with decisions or uncertainties. If I had to do it all over again BMW of Devon would be my first choice. Thanks again to Mr. Phiri who made this a very exciting experience for me and my wife.

I purchased an Audi A4 from Devon BMW and I LOVE this vehicle. I was a lil skeptical at first, only because I m use to a bigger car. But once I saw the car and the excellent condition it was in, being a 2013, and also the exceptional service I received from Darryl Tate , client advisor , I was immediately sold. I reached out to a couple of BMW dealers, beginning with Wilmington, DE. The lady I met with at the Union park BMW dealership at Wilmington city was slow to respond, rude, arrogant, ignored us, made us wait for hours and did not bother to communicate respectively. She kept attending to other customers who did not take an appointment.And then I call up Devon - They did not just arrange the fastest test drive, but also were keeping in touch answering all my queries the fastest. Frank and Alex - helped me change the options in my car with due diligence and helped me get my favorite customized version. This dealership s attitude and extreme professionalism deserves a big applaud and recognition. I m glad I went to their dealership cause they made everything feel special for me. They are 1 hour away from where I live yet I have never been happier I drove that length to get this experience. They are very transparent in their dealing. I m glad I did not go with Union park BMW dealership !I would say- go to a dealership who are not just professional but also good people! The journey to buying a new car can be special for you and don t let anyone kill your vibe ;) The dealership you go to matters ! Also I m not paid/forced to write this review! This is what you get with excellent customer service, thanks guys !

Kerry was very patient with all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the different features and models of BMW. I went there a couple times before I actually purchased a car. This review is to commend BMW of Devon overall but specifically to Eric the service manager. Eric continues to be an incredible ambassador for BMW of Devon. I have worked with Eric for years and there is a reason that I keep coming back and buying new cars there - Eric. Somehow he always has time for me when each and every car crisis occurs, he never says no, he is always patient and kind, and most of all - he has always advised me in a way that exceeded my expectations. Thank you Eric for reminding me that there are still kind, thoughtful, honest, caring and most of all - superbly professional young men like you. I made an appointment asked for a call back with an estimated. This never occurred.I had the car serviced and waiting for a callback to confirm the service was completed. When I called later in the day they commented they had called to ask for permission to do the work.I verified I never received a call and verified they had the correct numb.They communicated they would call back that even and let me know if the service could be completed that day. They never called. I picked up the car the next day and asked the service manager to call me. I ve done this more than once ant this point an d sti have not received a call. Obviously the lack of customer service is top to bottom for the team members. This was my third and last time using this service department.

I had the best experience with BMW of Devon! This was my first time purchasing a car, I was from out of state, and yet they made the process so easy and painless. Greg answered all of our questions, sent us extra pictures and videos of the car, and we were able to handle everything over the phone before we got there. Greg treated us like family and was very accommodating to our requests. When we got to the dealership, the BMW Genius took his time to show us the features of the car and take a lengthy test drive. The car was in fantastic condition as advertised and all of the paperwork afterwards was set up and a fairly easy process. I am so incredibly happy with my purchase and would gladly make the drive again to purchase a car from BMW of Devon and work with Greg again!

Can t say enough good things about this dealership. Kerry went above and beyond to make my x5 purchase as easy as possible. I visited few dealerships and BMW of Devon knocked it out of the park with a great deal and customer service. I built my car and Kerry s input was invaluable and not pushy. Finance dept was not pushing me to buy anything I wasn t comfortable with, which says a lot. They went above and beyond during my buying process and that s hard to come by these days. 10/10 recommend this dealership.

I love BMW of Devon! They have some of the best service advisors to help you while your car is being serviced. My advisor was Kevin recently, and he went above and beyond to communicate and let me know every step of the process. He even helped me with my warranty questions and loaner car request! I love BMW vehicles period, but it s the whole family experience that s makes it so much better!!!

Davante and his team are amazing! We bought a used car from this dealership, drove from out of state. Buying our car was seamless, and probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Davante is very knowledgeable and helpful. I never give reviews, but I believe they truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you again Sloan BMW! My partner and I were out looking at cars last weekend. Our leases were coming up and we were out deciding what we wanted. We had stopped into several of the auto dealers in Devon, with Mercedes and Audi being our first stops. When we arrived at the Audi dealer, we stood in the showroom for 15 minutes, no one came to greet us, say hello, nothing, it was so frustrating. Finally went went over and got a sales person , who seemed to be bothered that we were asking him to show us a car. So after some chit chat back and forth, we realized Audi was not for us, decided to go to BMW of Devon, which was right down the road. Which is where we should have started to begin with. Boy what a change, anywhere we went at this dealership, from the parking lot, to the showroom, even to the restroom, every single person we came in contact with said hello to us, it was so refreshing. I looked at my partner and said did you notice every single person we came in contact spoke to us We were greeted by a gentlemen named Andrew Krier as we walked in to the sales area. We discussed what we were looking for, Andrew was so friendly he offered us bottled water while we waited. After he took some info from us, he pulled a car around for us to test drive. After driving the car and the outstanding customer service, a few days later we decided to lease two cars from Andrew. This experience from our sales consultant, Andrew, to everyone at BMW of Devon made it a great buying experience. 5 stars across the board from us! I almost forget to mention Riz, who showed me the technology in the car! And I am not a technology person, so his patience and expertise was so appreciated! We highly recommend this dealership, especially Andrew to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Plus the ride is super sweet!

Devon BMW put an ad on the Internet for a 2021 M340i listing it as a clean car with a clean Carfax report. So I drive 50 miles with the intention of leaving with a, new to me $47,000 car , not cheap for a 2021 might I add .When I get there to look at the car the front tires measure 4 /32 , the hood does not open properly, there are dents scratches all over the car .The trunk had the cleared coat buffed off .This car is a disaster and it should be listed accordingly.I did not get a high-line car feeling and you certainly were not trying to sell me a high-line car.I have been in the car business my entire career and you need to do a better job .Thank you for not being honest and wasting my night .On a side note I had a great meal at a truly high-line restaurant up the street , maybe you should take your staff out for a meal there and take some lessons on how to be a high-line business.
