I have a 2005 Cobalt that lost reverse, neutral and 1st gear at 109K miles. World Class installed a used transmission & torque converter, had it back to me in less than a week. No complaints about the price. Nice work guys! Unexpected bonus before the transmission failed, braking to a stop in traffic caused a front end shimmy like the brake rotors were warped. Now that shaking is gone. Maybe the busted transmission was causing that. The only issue I can fault them on is forgetting to replace the plastic fasteners on the splash shields in the wheel wells the loose plastic panels vibrate against each other and make a racket you can hear inside the car. I have an assortment of spares so no big deal. As of this post the transmission is behaving nicely.Service: Transmission

Great experience with my OldsmobileFixed and perfect.Great people good quality shop.55 year old car good knowledge and experience to get the job done.Nobody could fix the issue.They had no problem getting it right .Thanks for the great job appreciate the work .Please think about experience when it comes to you old car .I was happy they did what they had to do to keep it inside the shop while waiting for parts.Very respectful and honest.Thanks to the staff of World Class Transmission Service for all your help .

What a life saver, World Class Transmission took care of me in a emergency situation. Craig was the technician that helped me, very knowledgeable about the parts I needed and was pretty quick with the repairs. My transmission had a very bad leak and they took care of it, I'm from Texas and was passing through on a delivery and I knew for sure they were gonna price gouge me but good people here...they gave me a fair price and had me back on the road in no time. I chose these folks because of their high ratings and the fact that another highly rated drive chain specialist, who no longer has time to do transmission work, takes his own vehicles to World Class. I'm so glad I did. Extremely capable and helpful in every way possible. From scheduling and transportation help to handling all the interactions with a warranty company successfully. Well, they've had my truck for four or five weeks now, and for the past two weeks they won't return my calls. I can't tell you about their quality of work because I can't get any info or status updates, let alone get my truck back.I've felt with them (buying parts) many times and that was always a good experience, but having them do the work? Who knows. Maybe I'll be able to tell you by fall...

Opted for a used transmission that only last 5K, but was still under warranty. They found me another used one, went over it, made some adjustments & it has been running great for the last 18K miles. Very pleased.

They really helped us out of a jam. Our van broke down and we had it towed to their shop. They looked at it the same day and diagnosed the problem. It was fixed (at a reasonable cost), and we picked it up the next afternoon! So helpful. I would highly recommend World Class Transmission!

They drove my car into a hillside at their shop, ruined my chin spoiler, asked how they're responsible for it. And dented my brand new exhaust I specifically asked them to be careful with. Unbelievable all to have a $10 seal changed. Totally careless and unapologetic

My window stopped working while at the shop, so they put it outside with the window uncovered all night. Fuse panel cover was inside the car on the floor as well as my car smelling like an ashtray when I picked it up. Absolutely pathetic excuse for management, owner got snippy with me when I asked a simple question.

Worst Transmission shop in the area. I had a th400 transmission that lost reverse. I took it out of my truck and brought it to them to have a total rebuild done. Was told Ford parts were installed, mind you I bought the transmission new from hughes 5 years prior. Then I got it back in and still no reverse. This time I took the entire truck there and it sat for 2 weeks. They didnt charge me the second time but this time I had no low 1, it would work in drive but manually shifting it would just slip in first gear. He said to bring it back but when I looked at their work, have the bolts were loose and they took zero care in removing the transmission from my 68 c10 show truck. Never again. Bring it back for a third time? I think not. I wouldnt have them rebuild a clutch for my nephews mini bike.

They didn't call for authorization after diagnosis and didn't call when it was done. Also didn't have the truck unlocked when I came to get and they locked my only key inside in. Very poor customer service.
