Terrible! We had a deal worked out, they wasted our time and made us come into the dealership all to try to charge us $2000 more than the build price currently listed on gm's site. They then proceeded to offer us $3500 less than the appraisal that was done by them. The salesman got angry when we called them out about several lies they told us. Very untrue and deceitful dealership. Be very careful.

Very pleasant people here. High caliber of employees. I often figure taking the car to the dealer is the best in order to get i's dotted and t's crossed. And usually I'm happy to pay a premium for this.However, two out of four times they didn't top off my DEF fluid though they charged me for it. I had to take the vehicle back to get this done. Also, my tires wore prematurely and the alignment was spot on. I believe they didn't rotate the tires for at least one of my oil changes. Probably more than one. This makes me worry that maybe they forget to change the oil some time.I've been here a handful of times for oil changes, and a lot of small warranty work on my diesel Silverado. They seem to do a good job with the warranty work.We are all busy and it's nice when things are handled right the first time.

The customer service is good and everyone is nice to customers, but the service department is a joke. When I first bought the car almost 3 years ago, it was making a noise. Brought it in to be looked at, and they thought it might be road noise or heat glaze. Car continued to make the noise and the mechanic said "we have to wait for the noise to get worse because we don't know what's causing it." I've been coming for oil changes and inspections because it's included. I've had grease stains on the dash, seat, and sunroof shade. Brought my car in for inspection today and it needed front brakes and rotors to pass. Almost $500 for front brakes and rotors is absurd. But, the car needed inspected because it was a couple days past due so I had to swallow that huge pill. Suffice it to say I will never use Shorkey for anything ever again in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change
