Has worked on 5+ cars for me over the past few years. Always calls me before making decisions that effect my bill and his quotes are spot on!I've even used their towing service and was completely satisfied.

Classic bait and switch... my elderly aunt went here and was swindled and overcharged for a standard mechanical repair. She was NOT provided with a prior written estimate the way that professional shops would do. The final bill was more than 30% higher than originally quoted, and she wasn't told before/during the time the work was done.

I've been waiting 45 minutes to simply pay for my car window that fell down a month after they replaced it. $80 to pull my window back up, no mention to me when they fixed my windows the first time that my window motors might be bad, place is extremely expensive and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Ridiculous towing rates. Called elsewhere and paid half of what they wanted to charge me. Not recommended.
